- Dileep Kumar (10/5): - Very clean rooms, beds and bed sheets, Super nice seaview from all 3 bedrooms and balcony . Very relaxed stay. Conveniently located with ample of eateries around. Host and their group are so friendly, accommodating and fast response. Overall we are very satisfied and plan to stay again in future. Only drawback I can say is the shower water force is not strong enough for a relaxed bathing experience. If you can adjust the water force a bit more , we can enjoy the showering too.. Overall nothing to say as any negative.

- Jacob (10/5): Amazing stay in a luxurious apartment with a unique view of Singapore. - The view from the balcony was incredible. The apartment itself was very modern, comfortable and well furnished. I really appreciated the extra cot and baby chair. Only thing is that once you leave the apartment, your phone will connect to the Singapore mobile network. Ensure you have enabld roaming, or cross the mall to connect to a Malaysian network.

- Lee Lian (10/5): exceptional and will definitely stay in the property by the host again - the layout and interior design of the property is exactly as per shown in booking.com. the property is very clean R&F mall is very accessible via a link bridge from CIQ, (around 12mins of walk) and from R&F mall it is a very pleasant stroll of ard 5mins to the block the host gave very clear instructions on check-in procedure and even provided some information on nearby attractions/ eateries. nothing that we dont like. everything was exceptional

- Gemma (8/5): Nice room, not suitable for our plans. - The size of the apartment was excellent. Check in and communications were efficient and helpful. Close to the Woodlands crossing from Singapore. Lovely room but in wrong location. The area its self didnt feel very hospitable, lots of security around that encourage you to wait for taxis inside the lobby. Actual crossing from Singapore is carnage, so not worth the savings of not staying in Singapore, if thats anyones idea. A few maintenance issues in the room, leaking water in the toilet. Beds quite uncomfortable.

Just minor issue for sanity checks, like the game console controller not working properly. 1 of the electrical point isn't working well, could be developer issue.

- Marliti (9/5): Prima - Leuk en ruim opgezette appartement vooral als je met kinderen reist. Vlakbij winkelcentrums en station om naar Singapore te reizen en weer terug. Het zwembad voor dus ook de mensen in de omgeving die daar wonen en je moet je voorstellen dat er zeker z’n acht hoge appartementen complexen staan waar iedereen gebruik van kan maken en was tot 22:00 uur open.

While the table setting was aesthetically pleasing, it turned out to be a bit impractical, as we needed more space to enjoy the meal together. Unfortunately, we were all a bit too tired to clear and reset it ourselves. Additionally, as Muslims, we’re unable to use certain types of tableware, so it would be more appropriate to provide disposable items such as plastic plates, cups, forks, and spoons.

The mall offers plenty of space and potential, yet many shops remain closed, even those conveniently located by the roadside. This lack of open stores detracts from the overall experience and misses an opportunity to attract more customers.

Clear and helpful instructions were provided for key collection, including both a video and text messages, which made the process smooth and efficient. 2. The host was responsive and communicative, which we appreciated. 3. The apartment offered an unobstructed view—definitely a nice touch that added to the overall experience. 1. We rented a 3-bedroom apartment that could accommodate up to 10 guests, but were only provided with one set of keys. This proved quite inconvenient, especially for a larger group. Fortunately, we were only staying for one night. 2. The towels laid out for us had a damp smell, so we opted to use the fresh ones stored in the cupboard instead. 3. The blackout curtains did not fully block out the morning light, which unfortunately woke us earlier than intended. A few additional touches would have made the stay more comfortable: a. Hand towels in the bathrooms and kitchen would have been appreciated. b. A simple guide with useful tourist information—such as nearby attractions, grocery stores, or 24-hour clinics—would have been helpful. c. Clear directions to the R&F Mall via the connecting bridge would have saved us time and confusion. We ended up circling the building and walking through the carpark in the rain before finding the bridge.

Unfortunately on the second day in we had building work going on right under us which was extremely loud and totally ruined our stay. We had a young child that needed naps during our visit and was disturbed by all the noise. Would not have stayed there had we known there was refurbishment going on as it was very unpleasant.

The view is spectacular, able to view sunrise from the balcony. My children n grandchildren enjoys the dip in the pool. No problem for us ordering food via foodpanda. The exceptional prompt reply from the staff for fulfilling my request without any extra charges. My kids are happy staying there they would not go out for lunch or dinner as they prefer to cook at home and lazing around the house and balcony. I graded them astonishing 20 star 🌟 as they will reply to u within 10mins or less.. The host prioritise your comfort & worries first. The prompt reply of their Team makes your holiday or stay-cation much more easy & less worries. With their friendly services they show you.. The guidelines to retrieve your access card are well informed with full step by step details. Congrats Loy, Syahidah and Team.
