• Celine (9/5): Recommend 👍 - Lovely Neighborhood. Restaurants are only a 3 min walk away. The bus is close and very convenient to take to the Malaga center. Only 1,40 Euro one way. Convenient pool - It was always free. Comfortable bed and Coach.. absolutely enough space, don’t worry. You could sit outside - pillows for sitting are provided, so it’s comfortable. I need to sleep in the dark, so I loved that you can close the shutters and it’s pitch black. Big plus for me. I like the interior design. It’s cozy. I generally felt home. Great Host - David is lovely and provided great explanation and quick response. Honestly, if we come back to Malaga, then we will stay with David again - We recommend! The shower curtain & water pressure. It was no issue, only slight flaw for us because I think this is simply preferences. Most people probably don’t even mind. Also I am a girl. I have a ton of hygiene stuff and make up. I first struggled where to put, so I simply placed it on the BD. It worked for me 😉👍

• Lawrence (10/5): Hidden gem ! - A secure parking place, a cozy private terrace where to drink our morning coffee in the sunlight, a swimmingpool to cool off after a long day walking. All in a quiet barrio with a comfy mattress to top it off. This was a great find on Booking !! Host David went above and beyond to make us feel like home. Checking in to see if all was to our liking and giving very good tips on where to eat locally. The apartment is just some kms outside the city center, easily reachable by car, but we didn’t even bother. We simply took bus nr8 to go to the center and nr33 to come back. (1,4 euro per trip) So no need to spent money on parking - the apartment is super connected by public transport. Thank you David ! Malaga was a great city, so chances are we will come back and we’ll be sure to check if your apartment is available. 😃🙏🏼

La ubicación es ideal, con fácil acceso a transporte y servicios cercanos, y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue rápida y amable en todo momento. Sin duda, muy recomendable.

• Nicky (10/5): Lovely stay would definitely come back - Lovely apartment which was in a quieter area but very close to local restaurants, supermarket and other amenities. We got the bus from Malaga which stopped a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Instructions to get the keys and to into apartment were very clear. David always responded quickly when we asked any questions. The beach with lots of seafront restaurants was also around a 15 -20 walk. We would definitely stay again. Thank you David for a lovely stay.

• Julija (8/5): Ok - I was especially pleased with the fact that there was an oven! As I was having a special diet it was very good for frying fish from the local supermarket. It may sound strange but the cosyness of the place was disturbed with all the passive agressive signs. For example - do not throw anything in the toilet or there will be CONSECUENCIAS. It is not cosy to threaten a guest. Not every guest is stupid especially after filling all the information about the payment details and relationships in the written form tha Spanish government asks now. Also - I am not sure that all the kitchen things are clean after the guests. The owner do not check everthing. Yes, but the owner do tell to leave everything AS IT WAS and throw out the garbage anywhere we can. I guess no CONSECUENCIAS there.

Has everything you would need for a short stay and the facilities and equipment provided are excellent if you want to cook in the apartment. The weather did not allow us to use the pool but it looked nice. The parking was welcome and free of charge. Bed was very comfortable.

• Julia (8/5): Great base from which to see Málaga. - David was very helpful. The apartment suited us as it was close to family and a wide range of restaurants at the nearby roundabout. There was also a supermarket and a ladies' boutique. Useful to have a kitchen area including a washing machine. Great to have a sofa! Bed was extremely comfortable. There are lots of dark stairs down to the apartment and an extremely steep drive. It would not suit anyone with mobility issues.
• Carmen (6/5): Not very clean, disappointing. - Communication was ok. Living area and decor were good. Our stay was unfortunately disappointing for several reasons. First, the cleanliness was subpar, disappointing , especially in the kitchen and bathroom. The oven, fridge, and freezer were untouched, very dirty, with expired opened leftovers from previous guests. - unacceptable - Basic hygiene standards were not met. Additionally, the bathroom had maintenance issues—both the shower tap and bidet need fixing. The entire property had a noticeable damp smell, and the humidity was quite uncomfortable. For smokers, be aware that SMOKING is PROHIBITED both indoors and outdoors, including the garden area. This wasn’t mentioned in the listing, so it caught us off guard when we arrived. It’s something that really should be clarified upfront in the property description. Accessibility is also a concern. If you have mobility issues, this location could be very challenging unless you have a car. I think you should be honest about this and it should be written in the description. The pool is small, with an overwhelming number of rules that make it difficult to enjoy. It’s only suitable for a quick dip, and there are no sunbeds or seating around the pool, which limits relaxation. Lastly, the photos don’t accurately represent the property. You are basically in/ next to a car park. Overall, this experience fell well below our expectations and left us quite disappointed. Especially for hygiene reasons.
