• Yaroslav (7/5): - Хорошее расположение квартиры , довольно чисто , кухня маленькая но всё необходимое есть ! Лёгкое заселения ! Хороший хозяин! Полезная площадь квартиры максимум 25 квадратных метров ! Некуда разместить свои вещи , стоит один шкаф который забит запасными подушками , одеялами, полотенцами и тд, свои вещи положить некуда. Главная проблема это диван-софа на которой не возможно спать , этот диван продавлен до металлической конструкции, даже дополнитеный матрас не спасает ситуацию , этот диван нужно срочно менять, после сна на этом диване спина болит

• Ken (10/5): Nice apartment with view. - Fantastic location, surrounded by atmosphere, on the most historic street in town. Lovely view. There is a great restaurant, Mehana Tihiat, at beginning of the street. A lovely orange kitty cat liked visiting us at the windows each morning. There are oddly-located steps inside the apartment itself which can catch you unawares when you go to toilet in the middle of the night. Walk slowly!

• Beatriz Tejada (1/5): Lamentable elección - Nada Es incomodísimo. Está lleno de escalones en el interior, sólo tiene luz natural el dormitorio y está lleno de hormigas por todas partes y el baño huele mal. Además llegar al apartamento es difícil y la escalera de acceso es para matarse.

The apartment is really well renovated, kitchen is very well equipped, it's cozy and nice inside. The host was very responsive, in fact they thought of everything in advance and there was no need to ask for any extra details. Not applicable.

• Todor (10/5): Great place and location and the host was responding immediately to any questions. Possibility to pa - Property was on a great location, easy to access. It was possible to park outside. The host was very communicative and responsive and was able to advice on any question/concern. We have stayed for a week and had all necessities. It appeared that the oven was broken, however the host responded quickly. Most likely this is not needed as nobody cooks at BnB's however as we stayed for a week we checked it out. Will most likely be fixed before your stay as the host responded immediately.

• Sonia (10/5): - This apartment wasn't just a fantastic price for a week's stay...it was in a beautiful location away from the hussle and bussles of the city centre with amazing views of the "old town" of Veliko Tarnovo...The apartment had everything I needed for either cooking for myself during my stay or very nearby was some amazing places to eat...I also can't thank the owner enough for his correspondences before and during my stay especially when the code for the door just wouldn't work....If I was to say anything negative it would only be about the shower, the floor floods very quickly but I am aware that Bulgaria as a whole doesn't have the best water facilities so think this was a contributing factor...so it did take quite a while to finally have a dry bathroom floor....but definitely don't let that be a put off because the apartment was perfectly splendid....Thank you again to the owners for doing all the right things to make a first time experience so memorable. I'll definitely be back and totally hope I can book this place again....

• Paul (10/5): A beautifully renovated traditional home in the perfect location with an outstanding host. - The house is a beautifully modernised traditional home on the iconic Gurko Street. Staying here was a unique and memorable experience, with all the main attractions of Veliko Tarnovo just a short walk away. Our host, Emil, was fantastic - always available on WhatsApp or Booking.com, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. He provided detailed information on how to get there, what to do, and even allowed us to check in very early. The house was spotless when we arrived. I would definitely stay here again. Since it’s an old renovated building, you can clearly hear the footsteps of the neighbours upstairs. It was a noticeable inconvenience at first, but I got used to it after a while. Despite that, the great location and the host’s excellent responsiveness still made the stay very enjoyable.

• Пако (10/5): Very nice, would recommend. - Place was spotless, the host was super friendly and responding. The house is located very nicely near the old town. It has a very small kitchen and air con. There are a few small parking spots outside that are free. Water from the tap had a taste, just buy bottled water. There are quite a few steps and a few more inside the house. Low ceilings, good for keeping warmth, but not nice if you are taller than 190 cm.

Мястото е тихо и спокойно, а едновременно в самия център на Велико Търново. Самата къща е модерно обзаведена и осигурява всички удобства: кухня с необходимите електрически уреди, посуда, кафе, чай и някои хранителни продукти като олио, оцет, сол, захар и др. Спалнята е удобна, възглавниците също, всичко е чисто и подредено. Банята е снабдена със сапуни, душ гел, шампоан. Има и сешоар. Всекидневната, която е свързана с кухненския бокс, е широка, снабдена с ъглов диван с лежанка, удобна маса за хранене, телевизор. Интернетът е отличен. И накрая най-важното: прекрасна комуникация с Емил, който винаги беше на линия. Преди да пристигнем, се свърза с нас, за да попита дали имаме нужда от нещо или някакви специални изисквания. В деня на пътуването ни изпрати точни указания как да намерим къщата и как да се настаним. Изпрати ни и информация за забележителностите на Велико Търново, за добрите заведения в града и т.н., информация, от която се възползвахме и за която му благодарим. Благодарение на чудесните условия и на вниманието към нас от страна на Емил, имахме една прекрасна екскурзия до Велико Търново! Нямаме забележки.

Czysto. Widoki z okna niezapomniane, łącznie z wizytą rudego kota:) Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Miejsce do parkowania na wąskiej uliczce przy apartamencie, ale dla nas nie było to problemem.

• Florentin (9/5): Nice apartment, well located in the old town - The host, Emil is very kind and helpful, easy to communicate with him; the apartment is well located in the old town, with traditional surroundings, has all the needed and mentioned facilities. Easy The apartment is on an old building; the rooms arrangements put a constraint on using a bit more than half of the available surface, while the other half can't be used and is somehow cold; It is the way was built, nothing to be complained to or solved by the owner.

Emil was a lovely host and very helpful with his suggestions on things of interest etc. The apartment itself was, spacious, clean, comfortable and modern. If you like craft beer their is a bar called Zavera literally a street above where you stay with a great range.Would recommend Bobevata Guest House to anyone staying for a few nights in the town.

It is situated in the old town,with a great view,we had everything that we needed and Emil,the host, was very friendly and helpful. For sure,we will choose this location again.

• Simon (7/5): A quaint location that requires a reasonable level of fitness to enjoy. - The location on General Gurko street is good for sightseeing - but quite a tough walk. The owner was helpful and managed to find a taxi to pick us up from the property (with our heavy suitcases). There is a view over the river from just outside the door. The stairs to access the property are very uneven and great care needs to be taken The split level of the bathroom compared to the main accommodation is somewhat awkward. Most taxi drivers refuse to go to the property and will only drop people some way from the property There was a lot of noise transference from the apartment above; so the peace of your stay will largely depend on who is staying in the top flat. The shower does not have a tray and the water spreads across the floor.

Nevertheless everything was freshly renovated inside. Good communication, very helpful host Small rooms, as soon as the sofa is transformed into a bed it becomes very narrow. Access from the street only via a steep staircase (was not a problem for us, but may be a handicap).

On a very romantic street :) It is amazing to experience a city without cars traffic noises. To be able to sleep with the window fully open. The apartment was fresh and chill even it it was really hot outside. And this, without ever turning the aircon. Really nice, thank you :) The apartment is quite small, but it fits everything you need :) For two it's just perfect

Overlooking the iconic Tsarevets Fortress and the serene Yantra River, it was the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink, offering a peaceful and picturesque setting. The location of the guest house is ideal. It is within walking distance of the main attractions, including the fortress, the old town, and a variety of cafes and restaurants. Despite its central location, the guest house is situated in a quiet area, offering a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring. Overall, my experience at this guest house in Veliko Tarnovo was fantastic. The combination of warm hospitality, comfortable and well-appointed accommodations, and a prime location made it the perfect place to stay.
