• Lori (8/5): the property manager was quick with responses and was very pleasant to deal with. - Not the property's fault, but if you are not used to the temperatures, be aware there is restrictions on Air conditioning prior to May 15th in Italy. This unit's air conditioning was not available due to this reason, and it was warm in there.

La Comunicación con sr. Marco fué buena, es muy flexible lo cual nos agradó mucho, después del contratiempo del viaje. No tenemos duda, que sin dudas regresaremos. Extrañamos una tostadora de pan. Esto para los que nos gusta las tostadas en la mañanas
• VeeTee (8/5): Good enough for a mid-long stay - Well connected, spacious, good internet, nearby garages for parking. The apartment is cold and relies on AC for heating. There's almost no sunlight so keep in mind if you plan to spend time indoor.

• Rob (8/5): Very good basic apartment - Nice apartment, having the outside space was good, good shower and kitchen was fine. Some good bars and restaurants in the area and although it’s a little outside the city it’s quite easy to travel in. Not the fault of the property , but worth noting that the tram is out of action until December and replaced by buses, which were found to be very crowded at times.

• Mauricio (6/5): Could be really good but they need to change the beds - I really like the neiborghood , the appartment its close to supermarkets , restaurants , bars , tram station , bus station The beds were really uncomfortable . The appartment was describe in booking whit 2 bedrooms but in fact its just 1 bedroom and a room whit a desk and a tiny bed that its really uncomfortable for an adult . The other bed its the sofa-bed in the living room that its good for 1 adult . I suposse to be for 5 person, but i think at most its suitable for 3 adults and 1 kid. They really need tu put comfortable beds. Other thing also was that the kitchen lacks of lot of things, it wasnt properly equiped, and we really have a bad time whit the mosquitos

• Puneet (7/5): Pleasant little apartment - Good sized space and nice building, wonderfully quiet at night, and space enough for 3 to 4 people. Convenient for both tram and bus stops right outside. Hosts were responsive and helpful when we needed some assistance with small things. Cute little kitchen, great shower. Kitchen lacked a few necessary items to make a meal; plenty of cutlery, glasses and plates but no peeler, grater, chopping board etc. Because it's an old building, the electricity cut out during the heatwave as we maybe overloaded it by having air con and oven on at the same time. So maybe just use one main appliance at a time.
• Jordan (4/5): Not what we expected - Hand soap etc provided. Able to leave luggage from 11am Fast response from owner Check in is extremely late at 5pm, which can be quite inconvenient. The AC does not get the apartment that cold and there is a weird smell that comes out of it. The door handle to one of the bedrooms was broken, so it meant that whenever you tried to open or close the door the handle would fall off and sometimes it would land on my foot! It is a heavy metal handle so it hurts quite a lot. Check out is quite early too at 10am, with no option to leave your luggage. The shower is quite small and its very easy to flood the bathroom as the shower pretty much sprays water out onto the floor the entire time. The towels had some weird black fluff all over them so your body was covered in it after you had just finished showering. There is only 1 full length mirror and that's in the double bedroom. Meaning that if anyone else in the appointment wants to look in a full length mirror they have to disturb others in their bedroom.

• CHIARA (7/5): Un buon soggiorno per qualche giorno per chi vuole visitare Roma ad un buon prezzo - è un buon appartamento per passarci qualche giorno, lo spazio è grande e dispone di tutto ciò che è necessario, la posizione è abbastanza buona, nel senso che anche se non attaccatissimo al centro, ci sono mezzi comodi sotto casa. Non era al cento per cento pulito, in particolare andando con un amico, volevamo dormire in camere separate, ma credo sia stato dato per scontato dormissimo assieme e, mentre un letto era stato pulito e preparato, l'altro era visibilmente non stato pulito; noi ci siamo arrangiati, ma consiglierei di preparare sempre tutto l'appartamento

• Camille (9/5): Great spot for 2 couples visiting Rome - Great location right in front of the bus and tram stop, making it very easy to go visit many areas of Rome. Comfortable stay for 4 people, perfect amount of space and all the amenities you need. Perhaps a few kitchen utensils were missing. No cutting board, no wine glasses, knives that weren't sharp, and no pan for the oven. These are things that could easily be solved, so just mentioning!
• Ethancrofty (8/5): A lovely apartment in a nice area, hitting all the marks, but missing the extras to set it apart. - Apartment is spacious with plenty of room for three to stay. It has all the facilities you could possibly need to enjoy a nice stay. Shower was good, and the area was relatively well connected, and even had some great local food options (La Fata Turchina is fantastic!). I personally enjoy a long walk, and so getting home from the city centre takes about an hour, which I enjoyed. You can also choose plenty of buses that are very cheap to get home. The value for money is fantastic though, I paid around ~€525 euros split three ways, totaling €43 a night - very good value for the apartment quality. The air conditioning, which was fantastic on the first 3 nights, stopped working on the final night, and the WiFi also stopped responding properly. Minor issues but led to worse sleep on the final evening. Some extra hospitality would also have been nice during the stay - not that the hosts were not hospitable, but it misses that special touch of personal aid to make it a truly lovely spot to stay at. Some local information from the hosts would have been great, for example.
• Hanna (6/5): It’s ok for a 1 or 2, simple and well located - I like that we had a lot of space, everyone had their bedroom. It was closely located to the public transport. The grocery store around the corner sells a delicious bread. It was noisy from the streets. The towels were a bit stinky. The cutlery and plates were sticky and we had to wash them before using.

• Nedim (10/5): Our stay was wonderful, offering comfort, convenience, and a touch of classiness. - Gianicolense far exceeded my expectations on many levels. The building is perfectly situated on Gianicolense Avenue, right next to the tram and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient to commute to Rome’s city center. The apartment itself is very spacious, offering two splendid separate bedrooms, with additional sleeping space on the foldable couch in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with everything a family might need, but the bathroom stole the show for me with its classy design and the delightful surprise of a bidet. I would definitely choose this apartment again for my next visit to Rome. There is really nothing I could complain about this apartment.

The living space was comfortable and the bedroom was quiet, and the bed was reasonably comfortable, making for restful nights. The location is a definite highlight, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transport. It’s a convenient spot for exploring the area. The host was very responsive and helpful, making sure all my questions were answered quickly. All in all, it’s a nice place for a short stay, especially if you’re looking for something simple and convenient.

• Roman (7/5): Good - Hosts let us check in earlier than 17:00. One can find practically everything in the apartment - from hair dryer to ironing board. No internet connection: there is no router installed, instead only a portable device with a SIM card that has no signal. Not recommended for those needing to work/use laptops. The dishes and other kitchen utensils were all greasy and dirty, which were never cleaned after previous visitors. The apartment has a noticeable musty smell like a wet mold.

• Monika (5/5): Passable - Localization and contact withe owners was ok We arrived late, after 8 p.m. (check in possible after 5 p.m.) and there were no toilet paper or water in the apartament. It wasn't nice.
• Chijioke (10/5): Compact and superb value for money apartment - The flat is very well kept by the hosts, considering the age of the building. It is located very close to shops, making it easy to get groceries etc. Easy access to public transport is another huge benefit from staying in this property (although we used taxi's majorly) The hosts replied almost immediately to questions. It is clear they set out to make our stay as comfortable and hitch-free as possible. Another big plus for the hosts! I love that there is access to a back garden (private space) - perfect for an evening sit-out alone or with family as in our case. This private outdoor space is, in my view, the best aspect of the accommodation. It is not the biggest or fanciest accommodation but it is super, excellent value for money. Interestingly, there is nothing not to like. This is a tidy, compact apartment
• Iana (8/5): Cozy apartment in the Trastevere district offering an authentic experience of Italian life :) - The apartment owners provided all the necessary information on time and responded instantly to any inquiries in the chat, they were very friendly and helpful.👍 The apartment is very cozy, conveniently located near bus stops, cafes/restaurants, and the train station (15 min walking distance). It's a regular residential building with apartments, so if the neighbors upstairs are in the mood to shout at night, you'll have to tolerate it)) The pillows were a bit too firm for our taste. There were also some tiny shortcomings in the apartment, such as loudly creaking doorknobs and a wobbly kitchen table. The owners were informed about this, so they will likely fix it for the next visitors. :)
• Anikó (10/5): I highly recommend it - clean, comfortable, well equipped. large terrace, which can be covered automatically in case of rain :) you can also grill :) 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, there were four of us and it fit comfortably. Clean bathroom. We got the key easily. There is a small shop nearby that is open until midnight. Bus stops nearby. unfortunately the wifi didn't work.
• Komelianchuk (9/5): Great place to stay for a group of 5 people - - Good price-to-value ratio - Clean and spacious place - Great communication with hosts - The WiFi is very slow and unstable, so I can not recommend this place for remote work - The neighbourhood is not very interesting, so you will need to use transport to get to the city center

• Károly (9/5): Superb - It's not a luxury apartment, but you wouldn't expect it at this price. It is a very good value for money. The hosts are very nice and helpful. Some basic tools were missing from the kitchen (e.g. a knife to cut with), but these are small things that can be easily replaced.

• Ritvarsg (9/5): Very simple and comfortable flat not very far from city centre. - There are few places down the street where you can get espresso and cornetti early in the morning. There are also little shops on both sides of location. You can get food, drinks, fruits, batteries etc. They work until 23.00. In one side street is very good food shop. Lots of cheese, wine and fantastic pesto. If you drive by car the fuel station is (almost) on opposite side of the street. The 8th tram is renovated at the moment, only busses are available. And the busses sometimes not stopping at the bus station near the location. The ambulance cars is quite loud, but this is Rome! Did not understand how to deal with dishwasher.

• Razvan.rusan (7/5): Good - Good location ,spacious, kitchen. It was cold, very loud from the neigbors in the mittdle of the night, walls are very thin. Not really clean for our standards. I m not sure if towels and bedsheeds were properly washed, they had a strange smell.
