• Monique (7/5): Basic - Location, cleanliness, comfortable bed. Very minimal provided other than furniture and appliances. C21 provide a ‘welcome kit’ of things that should just be part of the stay, for example toilet paper, coffee sachets etc. It would have felt nice to have some added comforts rather than feel like it was a very basic package (especially for the price).
• Gail (9/5): Excellent and highly recommend! We’d stay again - We loved the location of this home. It’s walking distance to the beach. The home is lovely and very comfortable for a large family group. Everything you needed for a stay was there. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Only little things. Not enough supplies that other places provide ie toilet paper, tea bags or bin liners. We had a big storm come over and the safety switch kept flicking the tv and lights off. Don’t overload the fridge with food as it freezes over. We had a coke can explode in there. My husband was kept awake on our first night there due to a domestic next door at 3am that went on for a few hours. This is no fault to the owners of this home though.
• Brennan (6/5): Pleasant - The location was lovely and the house comfortable. We found cooking utensils and some of the cooking pans were dirty and had to be scrubbed and cleaned before use. We were unable to use the coffee machine because it still had old coffee granules and mould growing in the machine. The towel rack kept falling off in the main bedroom which was quite annoying. The dishwasher was not in a proper working order and didn't clean the dishes so everything had to be washed by hand. I was told that a deep cleanse only happens once in a while but I believe a deep cleanse should be completed before it is hired out to paying guests. We enjoyed our stay apart from the above.
• Connie (6/5): Didn’t feel welcoming just little things like having soap dispensers & tissues in the bathroom. Toilet paper in the - Location On arrival we were given the wrong key & couldn’t get into the house.
