• Tracellia Nawi (5/5): “The location is great and the owner is responsive, but the unit could use better maintenance to improve the overall exp - I like that it’s in the heart of Mt Austin area itself. Proper maintenance is needed. The property does not appear well maintained and feels average at best. Guests don’t just want a place to stay, they want a property that feels worth the money they’re paying.

• Suhatman (1/5): Very bad! - Nothing much. Overall it was unpleasant experience for me. Very highly not recommended. My car was clamped without any warning or notice as i parked at the wrong lot mistakenly. The security guards at that area were not friendly. To my understanding they should call me first regarding the parking but instead they clamped and warned us to pay! Scondly, the owners of the homestay were not approachable as well. I did asked and enquired with issues in the house but they didn't even replied! So as a whole i won't recommend to this homestay - PALAZIO

• Qasdina (1/5): it was ok as its near the places i wanted to go but not as clean as the picture - i only like how spacious it is the toilet is very dirty there’s cockroach and the aircorn does not work even after they change the room its still very hot

• Mei (7/5): Good - good location nearby Ikea, Toppen shopping center，Aeon。easy Check-in. The bed sheets are pilling and uncomfortable to sleep on. The pillows and quilts are not very comfortable. The aircon kept shutting down at night.

• Asyraf (10/5): It was very good and will surely booking again for this unit if i happen to visit JB again😁 - I like the view from the balcony and the location it self is vary quite and calming. The pool is also big and very clean. Going there during the weekday so got no one in the pool and im enjoying the me time there😊 One thing that i would address is i hope the owner could provide a host pipe in the toilet cause im used to using host for cleaning myself up😅
