• Jessica (1/5): Geldverschwendung, Nervenverschwendung - ein kompletter Reinfall - der Vermieter antwortet schnell über Whatsapp. das ist recht angenehm. sobald reklamiert wird, hört der Antwortenrücklauf jedoch auf. Lage furchtbar - komplett ab vom Schuss. direkt neben der Bahn, gefühlt keine Schallisolierung - man hört sogar die Leute auf der Straße gehen und sprechen. Ausstattung - in der Unterkunft war von A-Z alles beschädigt und extrem dreckig (siehe Bilder). Reklamationshandling - weder der Vermieter noch Booking.com waren kooperationsbereit. der Vermieter bot eine Reinigung an, was den Beschädigten Möbeln und dem Lärm nicht behoben hätte. Wir sind nach einer Nacht, statt 4 Nächten abgereist und haben dennoch die volle Summe bezahlt. Natürlich ist die unterkunft nicht stornierbar, jedoch bei solch schweren Mängeln kann man sich eine Kompensation erwarten!!
• Korets (9/5): - The location is super nice, despite it seems far from the centre, the metro and buses are five -ten minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is spacious enough for one, and I think for two people it would be perfect as well. The heating worked well. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, big fridge, an electric stove, an iron and a hair dryer. The balcony is nice with the table and chairs I am adding the info: The deposit was returned within 4 days after the check-out. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. The bed is big, and there is plenty of storage — a wardrobe in the entrance, another one near the bed, and an open rack. Everything was very clean, including the balcony and the fridge. The stove works well and can be used as an alternative to a microwave. There is a tram and bus stop within a 3-minute walk, and the metro is about 8 minutes away. You can easily reach the city center in 20–25 minutes. The view from my room was of the inner yard and a front wall, which might not be ideal for everyone, but it’s perfect if you prefer peace and quiet. There are two supermarkets nearby - LIDL- a 2 min walk, Billa, 5 min walk. I would definitely stay there again. The coffee machine is using capsules. It was not comfortable to operate it. There was all kitchen ware except a spatula, therefore, it was impossible to make fried eggs or omelette Also, it would be helpful to add glasses, since there were not any.

• Valeria (8/5): Soggiorno a Vienna - Appartamento nuovo con balcone dotato di tutti i servizi e molto spazioso. Ben attrezzato con tutti gli elettrodomestici. Vicino ai mezzi di trasporto pubblico tram, metro e treno che ci hanno permesso di raggiungere velocemente tutte le attrazioni e il centro città e di spostarci comodamente. Vicino c'è un supermercato lidl e diversi negozi dove si può fare colazione e comprare il necessario per il soggiorno. Diversi parcheggi nelle vicinanze dove lasciare la macchina durante il soggiorno, raggiungibili con la metro. Self Check in e Check out, proprietario molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare eventuali richieste. Consiglio 👍 Nulla

• abdullatif (10/5): - Alles war gut. Die Lage ist ideal, in der Nähe von allem, was man braucht, von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten .
• Julien (8/5): Bon rapport qualité-prix et bon emplacement - Arrivée facile, à côté de la gare de Geiselbergstrasse. L'appartement était bien propre, à l'exception du canapé qui est tâché et qui réservait une surprise dessous... Les messages automatiques n'étaient pas adaptés. Après payement de la caution, mail de confirmation de paiement, puis 10 minutes plus tard, mail de menace car paiement de caution pas reçu. Le jour précédent le départ, message sur whatsapp pour rappeler l'heure de départ, puis e-mail et finalement message sur booking.com via l'app et e-mail. Le jour du départ, c'est reparti pour 4 messages rappelant l'heure de départ. J'avais réservé pour moi et ma fille de 10 ans, en espérant pouvoir utiliser le canapé-lit pour ma fille. J'envoie un message à l'avance pour demander s'il est possible de préparer le canapé-lit pour ma fille. Réponse automatique qu'il n'y a pas de draps fournit pour le canapé mais qu'il est possible d'en acheter dans les magasins à proximitéde l'appartement, puis message assez sec que la réservation est uniquement pour deux personnes et qu'il n'y aura pas de draps pour le canapé. Ça a au moins le mérite d'être clair. J'ai donc pris les draps moi-même de la maison pour pouvoir installer le canapé... bref, pas attentif et pas serviable pour un sous. Il n'y avait qu'un seul verre disponible, mais trois tasse, et à part la communication automatique et un peu sèche, nous avons passé un bon séjour. J'aurais cependant préféré une communication serviable, après tout, on est dans le domaine de l'hospitalité et du service. Je conseille tout de même et je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner.
• Petra (1/5): I will never book this property again. Be cautious and make sure you understand all hidden charges before reserving. - Very disappointing experience – please read before booking! This property was a major letdown. Nowhere in the property description did it mention that a €200 deposit is required. The listed price per night (including taxes and fees) did not cover this. I only learned about the deposit after I made a non-refundable reservation and received the confirmation email. When I contacted the property, I was told that the information was included in the confirmation email — but that’s after booking, not before. Under EU law, such charges must be clearly stated upfront, before the reservation is made. Because of this, my overnight stay suddenly went from €80 to €280, which is comparable to high-end hotels in Vienna. Booking.com tried to help, but communication with the property was nearly impossible. The phone number provided doesn’t work, and only email or WhatsApp are available — which appear to be managed by automated responses. In the end, nothing was resolved. I decided not to pay the deposit, fearing I’d never get it back, and ended up losing €80. I had stayed here once before (in 2024) because it’s close to my workplace. Back then, there was no deposit, but the experience was also poor — the apartment was noisy, some kitchen appliances didn’t work, and I even found a dirty towel in the closet. I gave it another chance for convenience, but after this experience, I will never book this property again. Be cautious and make sure you understand all hidden charges before reserving.
• Ahmet (7/5): - Tesis lokasyon olarak harika. Metro, tren, otobüs hatlarına 5dakikalık yürüme mesafesinde. Yine yakınlarında büyük marketler mevcut. Mutfakta bulunan aletler yenilenebilir, su ısıtıcı mutfakta yoktu. Sandalye sayısı sadece 2 ve yeterli gelmedi. Onun dışında ortalamanın hemen üzerinde bir tesisti.

• Dreimanis (8/5): Good place for good price. - Great location, city transport (train, bus, tram) and LIDL is few minutes away. Like the place, metro is 8-10 min walking. dishes was equipped for two persons, max three persons. Big balcony with table for breakfast. Problem with AC, too hot inside, hard to sleep in hot summer days. Support didn`t try to fix it. Only one capsule left for washing machine. There was some damege in apartment, but was no problem with security deposit.

• Shreya (7/5): Good - The place is huge and neat. The kitchen has an oven and a microwave as well. The bathroom had a washing machine too. Accessibility to the station was great. Also the property was close to several grocery stores. The room gets hot particularly in summer. Leaving the door/windows open is not the best option as it is right next to the train station (the noise form outside does not make it easy to sleep). The shower drains were clogged and we had to clean them.

The dishes were not clean - I found lipstick on some of the forks and glasses. No shower gel, no soap. I found unclean dishes on the table on the balcony and some leftover ice tea. Dishwasher drain was clogged…

• Luka (9/5): A cozy stay - It was in a nice location, connected to everything easily, grocery stores in the vicinity a Sbahn train near as also a Tram line. A spacious apartment with a comfortable bed. The balcony didn’t have any like table or chairs. The floor was dusty and dirty by the balcony door and in the bedroom is empty not a lot of places where you can put your clothes or stuff on.

There was washing machine i told Peter that there is clothes Inside the washing machine and he said tomorrow at 3 pm they will come. I stayed for three days and they never appeared. • Bilal (9/5): Superb - Very helpful staff. Clean, well equipped and roomy apartment. Markets, pharmacies and other shops nearby. Check in was explained by an email. They send you a password which opens a box just outside the building that holds the key to your appartment. Not the best location to travel around to see the tourist attractions. Extremely hot during summer days and can’t open the windows because of the noise from the train station.

• Alenka (7/5): Good - The apartment is new and pleasant, in the 3rd floor. The main room in comfortable and bright. The shower is large. The kitchen has all machines, spacious refrigerator. One can park in the house garage (25 €) or in the public garage, e.g. Enkplazt (8,5 €). There are buses and trams, 10 min to U Bahn - really good position. The host really tried their best, The kitchen is really poor equipped with the kitchenware: only one rather large dish and two pans. There are no smaller pots or smaller dishes, no salat bowless (the owner brought a salat bowl 20 cm diameter - nice try, thanks, but not useful), no ladle (you cant serve a soup). It is a pity - actually you can only make fried eggs. No spaghetti etc. There is a fine stove, a dishwasher - but nothing to put in.
