- Angela (8/5): Would we stay again? If the above issues were addressed we possibly would. Jades on Lawson 2 is better equipped. - It’s a great location and a beautiful apartment. The layout is great and slept 5 of us peacefully and room for privacy and space was great. Showers were great. We stayed 22-31 December where you would expect everything to be at its best. Prime peak season that you pay for.
For the beautiful apartment it is, it was lacking in finishing touches like the carpets are very stained. Picture had come off the wall in loungeroom and just left leaning against the wall. One wine glass for an apartment that hosts up to possibly 8 people. Kitchen facilities were basic and lacked storage containers for food for longer staying guests.
The outdoor area had one 3 seater lounge and one sun bed so we didn’t spend much time out there as we couldn’t be accommodate comfortably and altogether and it was very dirty underfoot when we got there - needs a good guerney.
Roller door remote was flat on arrival and the key situation was very frustrating - a different key for every door to lock and unlock was a real burden.
We have holiday properties and go out of our way to check and provide a few extras especially in peak times.
Just a little more effort in some areas would make this property exceptional.

The property was a good size. The a/c basically doesn’t work upstairs.
The iron and ironing board were filthy.
The keys weren’t where they were supposed to be for check-in and one set of keys couldn’t lock the door from the outside.

- Steven (9/5): Central, stylish and secluded - Great location, lovely big apartment which had everything we needed. Less noise- at night from the backpackers accross the road and local clubs, and in the morning from leaf blowers at 6am.

Place was massive The foliage offering privacy on the street side balcony was a bit too overgrown to see what was happening on the street

- Christopher (10/5): Great location, clean, tidy and quiet - Property was clean and tidy, all amenities worked that we used, we did not use the TV, beds were very comfortable with shower gel, soap, toilet paper and shampoo in all bathrooms. There were beach towels available to use as well. Air conditioning worked throughout the apartment. It had a central location in Byron but was quiet of an evening with parking for a large car in the underground garage. The only challenge we found was the lock to the front patio door was a little too close to the frame, otherwise a great place to stay and would recommend.

Available parking & access is great.
The Appliances & cutlery/crockery are good The air conditioning is not adequate in the small downstairs bedroom & compromised upstairs.
The curtains chains are rusting & stiff.
The pull out couch/bed is not comfortable to sit on. The front outdoor setting is tired.
The verandah garden needs some attention.

- Tim (9/5): Clean and comfortable apartment in exceptional location - Amazing location right in heart of Byron bay action. Walk to beach and shops and pet friendly! The unit really has everything you need for a great family holiday in Byron. Off street parking is worth solid gold in busy times. Is a few maintenance matters to address but none impacted our stay, you can tell it’s been a well used property as it should by with its prime location.

Open & comfortable layout in apartment.
Private back courtyard. Very secure. Good parking. Single beds very uncomfortable. Soap dispenser in bathroom didn’t work. No door to main loft style master bedroom. Very bright light from club/accommodation across the road. Soundproofing was good but blinds on glass doors would have been beneficial as this bright light stayed on all night.
