• cecilia (1/5): Inaffrontabile - La posizione, unica nota positiva Era pessimo tutto il resto, tanto che non ho usufruito della Struttura per la notte che avevo prenotato. Terribile. Una specie di scantinato in cui non prende il telefono, il Wi-Fi è lento, si è completamente avulsi dal mondo se non per muri, finestre e porte molto poco solide che ti permettono di sentirti ‘in strada’ o meglio ‘nel corridoio’. Il letto sprofonda ed è rumorosamente cigolante. Tutto dozzinale e dall’aspetto poco igienico. Ho fatto presente le problematiche all’host ma non ha proposto alcuno sconto naturalmente…
• Marco Marullo (5/5): Tutto sommato va bene - Piccolo appartamento al primo piano, situato a due passi dalla metro A Barberini. Vicino a fontana di Trevi e piazza di Spagna. Ideale per rimanere in centro con i mezzi vicini. Doccia capiente, funzionante. Telo doccia, tovaglia viso inclusi. Ottimo angolo cucina con due piani cottura elettrici, moka, piatti, tazzine da caffè, tazze, posate e bicchieri. Nella stessa via si situa una fontana di acqua potabile. L'unica "finestra", si apre verso un piccolo terrazzino esterno condominiale, chiuso da grate, adiacente a secchi colmi di pattumiera, meglio evitare di aprire per non far entrare zanzare e brutti odori. Letto comodo ma sicuramente ci sarà qualche doga rotta al centro. TV scollegata dall'antenna, telecomando non pulito, unto e sporco, funzionante solo piattaforme intrattenitive ( YouTube, Netflix). All'interno dell' appartamento non prendono i telefoni, la rete wifi non è delle migliori, sconsiglio per chi deve lavorare in smart working. Il minimarket all'angolo ha prezzi assurdi. Per abbattere del 50% i costi, ci sono due piccoli supermercati, Todis e Tigre, a 10/15 minuti a piedi.

• Alessia (6/5): Lo consiglio a chi desidera trovare un posto facilmente raggiungibile - La posizione era particolarmente strategica poi anche l ambiente era bel organizzato e accogliente, le lenzuola poi erano pulite I servizi non erano molto puliti e funzionanti
• moshel (6/5): אילולא הדירה הייתה נקייה ולא הייתה תקרית הצפה, השהייה הייתה יכולה להיות מעולה עבור זוג - המיקום של מקום האירוח מעולה ומרכזי, קרוב למטרו וצמוד לרחוב הקניות הייתה לנו תקלה של מים, הצפה בכל חדר השירותים קיבלנו סכום פיצויי נמוך ולא כל כך ראוי יחסית למחיר ששמנו עבור הלינה שם. המצעים היו נראים מלוכלכים, אני לא מאמינה שמישהו בלכל ניקה לפני שהגענו... יש בעיה עם המיטה, יש קצת רעשים כשאתה זז
• Marek24x (3/5): Tourist trap - Lokalita je vynikajúca (peši 10 minút Fountain di Trevi, 7 minút Španielske schody, 25 minút Termini, 1 minúta na zastávku metro Barberini. Bojler je zapojený do zásuvky 20 centimetrov od sprchy, porušuje to normu a je to ŽIVOT OHROZUJÚCE. Plesne v kúpeľni (po príchode v noci, sme v decembri boli nútení ísť si kúpiť šľapky do sprchy). Tečie umývadlo aj sprcha na podlahu. Posteľ je nepohodlná a matrac je o 20 cm kratší, ako samotná posteľ. Okno nevedie na ulicu, ale iba do úzkej chodbičky kadiaľ prechádzajú iní obyvatelia. Internet je extrémne pomalý, v TV zvládne ledva YouTube. Veľmi slabý mobilný signál. Svetlo zo spoločnej chodby budí aj pri zatiahnutom závese. Susedia majú neobvyklé životné návyky. Jeden z nich búral obkladačky v kúpeľni o šiestej ráno a podobne. Vybavenie v kuchyni je nedostatočné a znečistené. Nevyužili sme ho. Ubytovanie je turistická pasca, neprimerané akejkoľvek cene.
• Juan (7/5): Tranquilidad y buena ubicación - La ubicación es muy buena, aunque alejada del Vaticano. El departamento es muy silencioso. Tiene calefacción automática, lo que lo hace muy agradable. Limpio, con sábanas y toallas que nos permitieron aligerar el peso de las valijas. Cabe destacar que el ingreso y egreso es cómodo al no tener que combinar horarios para encontrarse con el dueño. Mínimos detalles, que seguramente para usuarios habituales serán naderías. El código de acceso no decía que, al final, había que apretar una tecla de desbloqueo. No hay ropero para guardar la ropa. No hay lugar para dejar el jabón o colgar la toalla en la ducha y carece de horno.
• Maria Ines (10/5): Estaba muy central y cerca, todos sitios, me gustó todo limpio y ordenado. - Estaba central, es lo que me gustó muy lindo y y limpio todo. Y cerca a todos sitios muy bueno lo recomiendo ☺️ La Internet no está muy buena es lo único lo demás estaba perfecto 🤩👎🏻
• Alejandro (1/5): No denuncio por vergüenza - Fotos totalmente engañosas, es un cuarto viejo cutre, con paredes llenas de desconchones. La cocina tiene más años que el carro de Manolo, el lavabo pierde agua, y para rematar, la toma de enchufe del termo está DENTRO DE LA DUCHA, a un metro de la alcachofa. Ah, hay marcas de humedad y un olor permanente dentro del apartamento. Y si ya no se habían reído lo suficiente de nosotros, nos dejan a modo de cortesía dos cápsulas de café, lo cual estaría bien si no fuera porque NO HAY CAFETERA. Que esperaba? Que la llevara yo en la maleta?

• Kate (4/5): Convenient location, unpleasant sleeping environment - Location was good and within walking distance to main sites. We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and unfortunately had quite a disappointing experience. The shower had visible mold, and the apartment had a persistent unpleasant smell the whole time. There was daily construction nearby which made it very noisy during the day, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable and weak. The location was convenient, but overall the apartment didn’t meet expectations and we wouldn’t stay here again.

• Anonymous (2/5): Our worst ever Paris apartment stay. - Great location but everything else was poor. The agency was hopeless at communicating access details. Wrong location of access code box, inadequate advice about how to open the apartment door (missing steps) late advice (18 minutes after agreed check in time) , incorrect internet code. THis pokey apartment's single window opens onto the rubbish bin area. Mouldy bathroom.
• Katarína (4/5): Disappointing - The accommodation was disappointing. The room was very cold, and there was only a thin sheet for cover, which wasn’t enough at night. The photos in the listing look much better than the reality. On the positive side, the location was convenient and communication with the host was smooth.

• Casey (10/5): Exceptional - Easy to find, great location, great restaurants and shopping. We couldn't have asked for better I would have liked a microwave or coffee pot
• Beril (2/5): Very bad - Only location The apartment smells very bad. The bathroom is very old, shower is full of mold, no towel hangers, no fresh air and no day light into the room.
