• Кирило (9/5): - Мы хотели пожить в старинном здании, так что мы получили то что хотели! Очень колоритно! Толстые стены, тепла от обогревателей было достаточно. Хоть рядом колокольня, мы спокойно спали и ничего не слышали! Местоположение супер! Сюда не заехать машиной, так что чемоданы своим ходом тащить... Ближайшая парковка за мостом, но это для всего старого города проблема. Самое главное - санузел отдельно нужно отапливать, там холодно было, нужен ещё один обогреватель. Розеток мало.
• Aleksei (8/5): Шикарное расположение в шаге от центральной площади с видом на Влтаву! - Шикарное расположение в минуте пешком от центра города! Вид с балкона на Влтаву. Балкон (но мы им не пользовались, потому что была зима). Интерьер собран из старой мебели и предметов 20-го века, что отлично сочетается с возрастом самого дома. Отсутствие центрального отопления - для обогрева масляные радиаторы, это не очень удобно. Ну и мебель все же на любителя (детям не понравилось :) )

• Jan (8/5): Skvěle ubytování v centru Krumlova - Skvělá lokalita přímo v centru vedle hlavního náměstí. Výhled na řeku, tlusté zdi, venkovní hluk se dovnitř nedostal. Velmi tvrdé dvoulůžko, což mi vyhovovalo (manželce zase ne). Vybavení bez problémů - lednička, sporák, mikrovlnka, kuchyňské vybavení, ručníky, sprchový kout. Výborně tekla voda, což není vždy samozřejmé. Dveře z chodby do kuchyně hodně skřípaly. Dveře mezi ložnicí a kuchyní nešly dovřít, jsou zkroucené. Stejně tak vnitřní dveře na balkon. Dveře by chtěly kompletně seřídit / opravit. Také slabé závěsy, hodně propouští světlo z venku.

• Lenka (9/5): - Ubytovanie má výbornú polohu v centre mesta. Apartmán sa nachádza v historickej budove nad riekou Vltavou vedľa kostola sv Víta. Všade je blízko. Ubytovanie pozostáva z dvoch miestností, v jednej je rozkladacia pohovka, kuchynka a jedálenský stôl, druhá slúži ako spálňa s TV. Na prespanie úplne ideálne.
• YOUNG JU (5/5): - 위치가 플릭스 버스 정류장과 멀지 않아 좋았어요. 관광지까지 이동도 가깝고 셀프 체크인도 어렵지 않았어요. 조명이 너무 어두워 밤에는 좀 불편했어요. 그리고 전기 콘센트가 너무 적어 충전하기가 불편했어요. 또, 욕실이 방과 따로 떨어져 있어 왔다갔다 하기가 불편했어요.

• Natalia (10/5): - Der Ort ist einfach traumhaft! Der Gastgeber war sehr nett: er hat mir nicht nur Informationen gegeben über den Ort sondern es war auch möglich das Gepäck bei ihm zu lassen. Er war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich empfehle das Apartment sehr!

• Christine (8/5): Einfache aber gemütliche Übernachtungsmöglichkeit mitten in der Altstadt. - Das Haus ist sehr zentral und gut gelegen. Das Zimmer ist im Dachgeschoss, man teilt einen Küche- und Wohnzimmerbereich mit 2 anderen Zimmern. Als wir dort waren, waren wir alleine und hatten diesen Bereich für uns alleine. Die Küche ist ok ausgerüstet, für Frühstück, Snacks, kleines Essen kochen reicht es auf jeden Fall. Es gibt einen großen Tisch, es gibt genug Platz zum Essen. Das Zimmer selbst ist klein und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Badezimmer hat jedoch eine gute Größe und ist sehr sauber und neu. Es gab einen Ventilator und eine Elektroheizung. Letzere haben wir benutzt, da es morgens und abends ein bisschen frisch war, hat super geklappt. Obwohl die Einrichtung einfach war, haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war gemütlich, zentral gelegen und genau das richtige für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

You can feel 14th Century while staying comfortable. - While the place looks historical and inside of the house seems well maintained with new wooden frames set around windows. The location is great. You can reach any part of the town within 15 -20 mins on foot. Everything was good, except the pillow covers were like not used for a while after its wash.

• Noore (8/5): Good for value, great location. - Incredible location– you just have to look for the big church tower and can locate the place from anywhere. The place is cozy and definitely has a little bit of the Cesky Krumlov flair– low ceilings, wooden interior, etc. Good for value. The host is not very English-friendly. It took us a minute to figure out how to check-in because every message sent on booking was in Czech entirely, and we had to manually translate everything the host said, even though we sent all our messages in English. Also, can be improved with a larger sign- the only way we found the place was from a piece of A4 paper stuck on a window on the exterior.

What made the stay even more special was the homely, welcoming atmosphere - it genuinely felt like living in Krumlov, not just visiting. A perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and local spirit. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the town authentically.

Easy access - we walked from the station - and it felt safe. Clean, with a large shower and a sauna. We loved everything about our stay.

• Agnes (8/5): No other issue than that. - Everything was clean and neat! It was a nice surprise to have coffee and tea available in the apartment. The parking possibilities were not managed properly by the host. Had they purchased in advance a parking ticket from the Tourist Center and then add to the bill, we could have used the discount that the city offers. We arrived late and we had no chance to get such a discounted ticket backwards. The guy at the Tourist Center said that other hosts purchase in advance and give it to the guests.

• Claire (9/5): Highly recommended apartment in the heart of Cesky Krumlov! - Excellent location in the heart of Cesky Krumlov. Spacious apartment with generous sleeping arrangements, good linen and compact but well appointed bathroom. The private outdoor seating area overlooking the river was a bonus! Living area was a little dark, but this didn't bother us since the weather was nice and we used the outdoor area. Shower didn't drain very well - perhaps it's deliberate, to prevent long showers! But even after just a few minutes it overflowed onto the bathroom floor.
• Veronika (7/5): Good - The location is very good, you are in the heart of the city in a historic building, not far from the parking p3. It is a river side and there is a wide waterfall just in front of the apartment. If you are sensitive to the noice, you will hear it, but for us it was ok. There is a small terrace, the view is lovely. Synthetic, low quality linens, pillows are bad, bathroom needs renovation. The interior is a bit strange. Historic details are cute, but they are mixed with poppy carpets on the wall from another century. Old furniture and cheapest ever modern one.

• Nikolaos (10/5): Exceptional - A great balcony with a great view! It was close to the river and I could hear the noise of the river all the time even with closed windows. I didn't manage to turn on the sauna. Didn't ask for advice either, because it was late at night.
• Tan (8/5): It was overall a unique stay experience in a Unesco conservation apartment. - Quaint apartment by the river & just a short walk to the main square. We were there on New Year’s day & there were beautiful fireworks around our apartment at midnight. Heating in the main rooms was adequate with portable heaters. The apartment has store rooms & a basement sauna which we did not feel comfortable to venture into. The bathroom & toilet were not heated, which was a tad cold during our stay in winter. However, the shower has good water heating. Perhaps we were not used to staying in an old apartment which was a little dimly lit.

• Santiago (10/5): Incredible! - The hostel has a wonderful location, right next to the church. Hostel cleanliness was another level: just remarkable. There are some stores close to the hostel, which is useful to do the groceries. The WiFi could have been more stable.

• Jana (7/5): Good - Check-in was easy, there was good wifi and comfy beds. The apartment was very clean and the location is amazing - right inside the historic town center, next to the river. There is only one little electric stove that wasn't working very well so that we could hardly make scrambled eggs in the morning. Not all the windows could be opened. And the apartment is right next to a church that starts to ring the bell at 7 in the morning. I would still recommend a stay, if it's only for a few nights.
