• Fotini (6/5): Pleasant - The room we went to was comfortable, there was everything we needed and the staff when we needed something served us immediately! 25 to 30 minutes walk to the center which is ok when it's not hot. The bathroom was leaking and the room had a strange smell in the room. Just the area is a bit strange Outside in the yard, water was running from above, so when it came out and you put it back in, it was a little dirty

• Kornelia (5/5): Passable - Price was low in comparison to other places in Athens. There was air conditioning and kitchen. Communication with the owner/ manager was very easy and he was a nice, helpful person - The apartment was located in a bad neighborhood, at night we used taxis to commute. - The apartment was in a basement and it was loud early in the morning outside of our door. - There was mold on the walls. - Balcony was not what we expected, as the only view we saw were not well cared for balconies of the next door building and pigeons. I was hesitant to open the windows as someone could easily walk in there. - Additionally it was not very clean. If you are looking for a place to stay in a reasonable price and don’t care for comfort or your surroundings I recommend it. However if you want to spend a nice, carefree, romantic holidays in Athens then I definitely do NOT recommend it

• Lisa (7/5): Good - we stayed here because it was close to the rail station. the area is "residential" meaning that there's a lot of local stores and a flavor of local living. it doesn't have any lobby and the room number 801 gave us the impression it was a multilevel hotel. it wasn't, it's basically a studio unit in a residential building. the unit is in the basement but it's quiet and turned out ok. There is a hotel at the corner about 100 yards away.
• Marc (8/5): Excellent price / quality ratio, would definitely recommend. - * Quick response to any problems / inquries by the host! * Clean and spacious enough for a longer stay (we spent 5 days at this location) * Good amenities. * Rain shower-head is missing which is present in the pictures. * Noise from nearby school can be heard in the morning, if you are a light sleeper consider bringing earplugs.
