• Люба (1/5): - Вид с балкона, жили на 3 этаже Убитая, грязная квартира. Требуется капитальный ремонт!!! Пятна за занавесках, постельном белье, стенах. В душевой плесень и не правильно работающий слив, вода по всему санузлу разливается. Нет полки для шампуней, мебель во всей квартире в трещинах и разбухшая от влажности. Ламинат с дырками в палец толщиной, кран на мойке не прикручен, приходилось открывать двумя руками, чтоб не оторвался. Сковородку пора выбросить и заменить. На балконе гнездо шершня.

Some customers came early but there was no receptionist. I was lucky to when the room service was there, so I can check in earlier than booking time - 14:00
• Marine (10/5): - Amazing view of the lake, nice little studio with everything needed. Just above Colonel cafe, so you can have drink but also food. You can hear the sound of the people at the coffee shop more on weekend, sometimes until late, but this is not too loud either.

• Rolf (6/5): - Die Lage des Hotels mit dem Lake View ist wunderschön aus dem 4. Stock. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig gelegen und in den Cafés rund um das Hotel gibt es gute Frühstücksmöglichkeiten. Im Zimmer war sicherlich mal Komfort vorhanden, doch die Jahre haben davon gezehrt. Für mich absolut abstossend war die Kommunikation. Alles über Mobilephon, kein persönlicher Kontakt. Reinigungspersonal no english, mir hat es abgelöscht. Doch für jüngere Gäste mag diese Hotelform mit no face to face Kommunikation normal sein, für mich eben nicht!

• 선등 (5/5): - 전망이 좋다, 화장실이 너무 좁아 이용이 불편하고, 식탁은 흔들거려 넘어질까 두려워 이용하기가 불안하고, 침대는 둘이 쓰기는 좁고 메트리스가 불편하고 이불도 두껍기만하고 편안함이 없어 잠자기가 힘들었다. 3박을 머무는동안 청소도 해주지않고, 수건은 두장을 주고 수건교환이나 커파리필도 없어, 수건 두장으로 둘이서 3일을 써야 했다. 다시 가고 싶지는 않다.

• Phuong (9/5): Hơn kỳ vọng, sẽ quay lại - Phòng tầng cao (tầng 5) nên view nhìn thẳng ra hồ Tây ko bị che lấp gì, thoáng mát, vệ sinh sạch sẽ, rộng, tiện nghi đồ dùng tương đối đầy đủ, có bếp nấu, đồ đạc cũng còn khá mới. Dưới home có quán cà phê + đồ ăn khá ngon, lâu lâu có tiếng con nít người nc dưới quán cf nhưng tới giờ ngủ thì cũng khá yên tĩnh, giờ ngủ thì yên ắng luôn. Anh chủ nhiệt tình hỗ trợ từ xa. Phòng cách nhiệt tốt vì ở ngoài tuy rất lạnh nhưng vào phòng ấm hẳn (dù ở khu vực hồ trống ko phải trong phố, ở đây mùa hè chắc cũng mát mẻ). Di chuyển từ khu trung tâm thuận tiện vì khoảng 3,4km thôi mà cung đường khá thoáng. Đường vào home hơi vòng vòng xíu, nhưng ko sao, lúc đầu thôi sau quen nên cũng ok. Giường nệm mềm quá nằm hơi lún .

The apartment is a little tired and could do with a deep clean. The bathroom layout was a bit annoying because there is nothing to stop the shower water going all over the floor so it becomes a wet room, and you have to walk through the water to get to the toilet and sink. Not huge issues, would probably stay again.

• Kat (10/5): Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại - Vị trí gần trung tâm, xung quanh có nhiều quán cafe và địa điểm ăn uống, không gian ấm cúng đầy đủ tiện nghi. Vào buổi tối mặc dù đông người nhưng không gây ồn ào, view rất đẹp. Không có lễ tân, có tầng trệt để xe nên khi ra ngoài muộn vào ban đêm có thể chủ động hơn mà không cần phải thông qua ai hết. Nếu bạn muốn nấu một bữa ăn đầy đủ có thể sẽ gặp khó khăn một chút, tuy nhiên những dụng cụ ăn uống cơ bản đều có. Cửa thang máy nằm trong phòng nên sẽ cảm thấy hơi lo lắng về an ninh, tuy nhiên tôi chưa gặp trường hợp các khách khác bấm nhầm tầng thang máy.

• Marcin (6/5): - Mieszkanie ma wspaniały widok na jezioro, do tego można podziwiać niesamowite zachody słońca na tle jeziora. Łóżko jest wygodne. W budynku na dole jest dostępna pralka oraz suszarka. Na miejscu jest dostęp do skutera w cenie 150k/dzień. Klimatyzacja działa bardzo dobrze. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem na WhatsApp. Ilość kubków: 1 sztuka. Internet bardzo słaby i często go po prostu nie było. Prysznic: stara, zakamieniona słuchawka, z której ledwo leci woda, ciężko jest więc spłukać ciało. W łazience zagrzybiały silikon. W domu jest dużo zabezpieczeń, do tego na noc automatycznie zamyka się żaluzja antywłamaniowa. Pilot w zestawie kluczy nie działał, więc baliśmy się, że w środku nocy nie dostaniemy się do domu, gospodarz jednak zawsze otwierał nam ją zdalnie po kontakcie na WhatsApp, ale dyskomfort pozostał.

• Andrew (9/5): - The location was great as it was what we wanted in a quieter area away from the hustle and hustle and yet within walking distance of plenty of cafes and places to eat. To get into th centre we used the Grab taxi app which was perfect, quick and cheap. One thing that I really thought was a little touch with a big benefit was the provision of pure drinking water and water cooler throughout, such an important thing not to have to worry about. Amazing views of the lake and city skyline.

• Fiona (2/5): Highly disappointed. - I was looking forward to staying at this apartment after I saw the pictures. I was so disappointed when I arrived. The first thing I didn't like was the lift opened directly into the room. Secondly, the pictures of the room must have been taken at least 10-15 years ago. It was old, and not looked after at all. The walls need to be cleaned the curtain rod is bent and dusty. The room is not cleaned well at all. cobwebs, lots of dust, and hair on the floor and surfaces. The kitchen sponge was so dirty.

• Anita (4/5): It was okay - The location was away from the tourist and fairly quiet. i had to pay cash even though the booking said credit card. My friends who were with me paid by credit card, and we all booked around the same time. The place was run down, it needs paint and there is no place in the shower to put your soap or wash towel. The shower layout is odd. The walls are dirty and the baseboards needs repair.

David alwaya responds and help you to make sure everything is good. Taxi service drop off and pick up was so smooth. You have to pay in cash for taxi and room. So better you get the money from Atm at the airport . And they have good hot shower. Cafes and restaurants all around. You can call grab bike to go to old quarter within 10 or 15 mins ride. I will come back and stay again. Ps the view from the room is phenomenal .

Kitchen with all the basic utensils is very convenient to cook your own meals if you like. David, the manager is super responsive. We Called him one night after 10 pm cause we misplaced the apartment keys and we were locked out. He answered the phone right away and resolved the issue. We very much appreciate that. Location is bit far from the convenience store but it is within 15 minutes walking distance. We grabbed whatever we needed when we went for evening walks. It is definitely good value for the money we paid. We will definitely return and recommend the apartment to others.

• Narina (10/5): Exceptional - Super easy check-in, lovely staff! The room was cosy and clean, had basic cooking supplies. Had a fantastic view! Will definitely stay again.
• Ratikorn (10/5): Exceptional - So good, feel like holiday when stay in the room just cosy and so comfortable everything Shower hand can't hold.. It kept going down all the time. But I use raining shower instead of it.
• Amit (10/5): Amazing stay - Self checkin was super convenient and easy. I felt like my own home. The ownwr is so helpful and so supportive. Even the cash was given based on trust while leaving and checkout. Amazing hospitality Nothing to dislike.
