Julia (2/5): Leider großer Flop - Die Ferienwohnung ist recht groß Gleich nach Betreten der Fewo durften wir feststellen, dass der Fußboden stellenweise klebt und die Zahnpasta Spritzer von den vorherigen Gästen noch am Spiegelschrank zu sehen waren. Außerdem haben wir noch nie so durchgelegene Matratzen erlebt. Wir sind donnerstags angereist und hatten ab Freitag morgen kein warmes Wasser mehr. Wir standen mehrfach mit der Unterkunft in Kontakt, doch leider wurde den gesamten Freitag kein Monteur geschickt. Im Gegenteil wir haben immer nur zu hören bekommen, dass sich gekümmert wird oder irgendwelche Anweisungen bekommen, was schon nervig genug ist, wo wir doch im Urlaub sind und uns mal um nichts kümmern wollten. Außerdem ist es definitiv nicht die Aufgabe der Gäste einen Warmwasserboiler zu untersuchen oder sich in der Nachbarschaft deswegen umzuhören! Leider hatte sich bis abends nichts getan und auch am Samstag morgen war noch kein Warmwasser da, sodass wir uns gezwungen sahen eher abzureisen. Wir haben zwei kleine Kinder und auch so ist warmes Wasser unabdingbar. Von Gemütlichkeit und Wohlfühlen keine Spur. Ebenso wenig von Kulanz, da wir trotzdem den vollen Preis bezahlen mussten, denn kurz nach unserer Abreise kam wohl ein Monteur ...
