The location is one of its strongest assets — perfectly situated right in the heart of Kifisia, with immediate access to a wide variety of shops, cafés, and restaurants. Everything you might need is just a short walk away, which made our stay both convenient and enjoyable. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated and feels brand new. Every detail has clearly been carefully considered. The bathroom is modern, stylish, and extremely comfortable, offering a high-end, almost hotel-like experience. The kitchen is equally impressive — fully equipped, functional, and very pleasant to use, whether for a quick breakfast or a full meal. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, as the apartment is well-secured and located in a calm, upscale area. What truly made the difference, however, was the quality of the hosts. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive, always making sure that everything was perfect for us. Their effort to ensure we had the best possible experience did not go unnoticed. The location is unbeatable, right in the center of everything, with restaurants and cafes all within walking distance. The apartment itself was incredibly well-equipped, nothing felt missing. The apartment was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained, with a premium feel in every detail. Every space was thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. It truly felt like a high-end home and the communication with the host was excellent throughout. The quiet, safe location at the heart of Kifisia shopping center was ideal. I would definitely stay here again.

• Ilana (10/5): A perfect stay in Athens—beautiful, spotless, and ideally located apartment with every comfort (including a rare dryer!) - My only complaint about my 10+ night stay? The bed was too comfortable. Getting up early to visit a bunch of museums? Ummm… maybe not. The listed description is accurate, the photos are accurate, and the reviews are accurate—it truly was an ideal place to stay. Less than a pleasant 10-minute walk to the metro or train, it was easy to reach all the places I wanted to visit in Athens. The apartment itself is in a perfect location: on a quiet street, yet just minutes away from everything you could need—a pharmacy (right across the street), a grocery store (half a block away), restaurants (everywhere!), specialty shops, and even a museum (the Natural History Museum). And the apartment—wow! Not only spotless, but spacious, with tons of storage space. And if you’ve ever stayed in Athens, you’ll know it’s a luxury to have a dryer. Additional bonuses include a covered balcony (I’m actually sitting out here on my last morning, enjoying a light rain), Netflix and gracious communication with the host. As I dream about my next trip to Greece, I’m already planning to stay here again.

• Christina (9/5): Great apartment, fantastic location! - The location was fantastic, close to a supermarket and lots of places to eat or have coffee. It's also close to a taxi stand, bus stops, and the train. The staff were extremely attentive and thoughtful. The apartment was clean and everything was easy to maintain due to the existence of a washer, dryer and dishwasher. The screens on all the windows and balcony doors were also great for keeping out bugs. The apartment also has a nice configuration, and fit our family of 4 very well. The tv had free Netflix and other options installed, which was great for the kids.

The location couldn’t be better — super central, but still quiet thanks to good windows and a lovely little balcony overlooking a private garden. Having a parking spot right next door was super convenient. The apartment was clean, comfy, and worked well for the three of us. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Only small thing we missed was a few extra hooks in the bathroom for towels, but no big deal. We'd definitely stay here again. • Shiyu (10/5): A family friendly quiet place to enjoy the trip - Highly recommend a stay at this perfectly located and thoughtfully designed apartment in the heart of Kifisia. Planning a trip to Greece with a two year old boy was both exciting and stressful. We needed a place that would also work for a family. A place that can feel like Home, with all the necessities such as a crib, a second room, washer, dryer and kitchen. A place that can make our little one and us comfortable. We thankfully found all this and more in this sleekly designed apartment. The grocery store is steps away from the unit and one can find all they need. Even late at night, there are at least two kiosks "periptero" nearby for any late night run for items such as us running out of milk for little one. For those of you not familiar with the center of Kifisia it is a gem. Lively, tons of boutique shopping and delicious coffee and food. Extremely convenient both for public transit, train and driving. Also, there are numerous pharmacies and even pediatrician offices nearby, and that can come in handy if your little one falls sick or if you just need to go get some sunblock etc. Although centrally located, the block is residential and quiet, we experienced no noise issues. As such you have the best of both worlds. The unit was very clean and everything was in tip top shape. The balcony overlooks a gorgeous garden and fruit trees. Great place to relax after a day of exploring. We only have good things to stay 10/10 Everything is wonderful

We lived in Kifissia before and really enjoyed returning to the area where our family made so many beautiful memories. The apartment is conveniently located near the supermarket (across the street), restaurants, shops and had everything you could possibly need. Hosts are kind and responsive. And although the surrounding area is busy the apartment itself is quiet. My family and I would definitely stay here again the next time we visit. We highly recommend it. Everything was perfect.

• Karen (10/5): Made Athens a special visit for me, and the best part was that the apartment was great and hosts gracious and exceptiona - The apartment is beautifully laid out with comfortable beds, an amazing shower and fabulous restaurants within walking distance. Every need is attended to from having clothes hangers in the closets to easy walking distance to great restaurants. There nothing not to like. If I had a question about how something worked, like the convenient washer/dryer, hosts were ready to give instructions.

• Stefanos (10/5): Perfect stay - First things first: the location is as good as it gets. I grew up in Kifiisa and this apartment is at the very centre of this beautiful suburb, right by a large supermarket and all the shops, yet the street itself is nice and quiet. The apartment itself is super nice and more importantly it really does have everyone one could need - we travelled with our one year old daughter and didn’t need to purchase anything. We normally never do laundry on holidays but having a baby now we were very pleased to find a separate washer and dryer! Last but not least. One of our 2 suitcases didn’t arrive, and we called the host to notify of our late arrival as we were stuck at the airport filling in the relevant forms. She was terribly kind, offering to help any way she could with baby provisions or anything else to help ease the stress. This was a truly kind and personal touch that one cannot take for granted. I can recommend serenity and luxury unreservedly!

If you want to be within Kifissia and close to everything, the location is hard to beat. Quiet side street but super close to everything! And the option of parking your car is priceless! Communication with the hosts was superb! Always responded instantly. Check in/out easy and convenient. Would absolutely recommend it!
• Eleni (10/5): Will definitely be back !! - Perfect apartment - new, modern, spotlessly clean, very comfortable. Location is excellent - steps away from Kifissia’s restaurants, shops. There is a big supermarket around the corner, a pharmacy across the street and a hair salon in the next building. The entrance is in a quiet cobbled street off the very busy main road. Double glazed windows make the apartment very quiet at night and beds and bedding are top quality. All in all a fantastic apartment. Will definitely be back !
