• Suzanne (10/5): Felt right at home! - I was in Florence for both work and leisure. I wanted to visit the Archivio di stato and this apartment is right around the corner from the archive. I also brought my son and a friend visited for a few days for touristic reasons. It was QUIET with all windows facing an interior courtyard. Internet, AC, and washing machine worked perfectly. It was a 25 minute walk to the central attractions (Duomo) and about 35 minute walk to the main train station. I really like the residential neighborhood—you get to live among Italians, not tourists. This apartment and the people who take care of it are excellent—very prompt and professional. No complaints! I would definitely stay at Lucietta House again. I don’t have any complaints.

• .Janka. (9/5): - Good loaction (20 min walk from the city center), nice neighborhood, elevator. The apartmant was big, clean & with comfortable bed and pillows. The host was always reachable and helpful. I recommend staying here :) We had no WiFi during our stay - there was some issue on the provider's side. But our host tried to solve it and kept us updated.
• Silviq (10/5): Надмина очакванията ми - Трябва да напусна това прекрасно място. Удобна и същевременно тиха локация за разглеждане на забележителностите на града пеша.Усетих апартамента като свой. Толкова удобни легла, тераса тиха и спокойна. Вечер седяхме отвън и се наслаждавахме на тишината и китния вътрешен двор с типично италианска атмосфера . Апартаментът се намира в страда с чист вход и тихи съседи. Има прекрасен малък асансьор удобен за 3 ма. Има климатици във всяка стая които работят безшумно и качествено. Винаги имаше топла вода. Прекрасна баня с не хлъзгащ се под- уникално. Кафенета и магазини за хранителни стоки наблизо. Автобусът - 14 А или 14В от жп гарата Санта Мария новела спират точно пред сградата, а на обратно -на следващата успоредна улица. Това също беше голям плюс за нас. Удобни легла , допълнителни възглавници , кърпи , одеала и чаршафи при необходимост. Бих резервирала отново тук . Благодаря за топлото гостоприемство

• Milagro (10/5): Comfortable and excellent. - The property is located near the park facing the river. We had coffee at the kiosk every morning and started our daily walk to the city. Great location and our host was available and very gracious. We took a taxi from the hotel located across from the park near the apartment. They contacted the taxi company and we took a taxi back to the train station. Easy ride. If you take the bus, please scan your ticket or purchase online. We were harassed by 3 individuals as we walked out of the bus. They demanded $80 each and requested our passport/ID. We did not provide but this incident was very stressful. The scanner on the bus did not work, the bus was crowded and the driver was not concerned that we had not scanned our tickets. This incident did not occur near the apartment.

• _jenny_* (8/5): Nice place, close to the city centre - Really nice property close to historical centre, there are a lot of bus stops to reach the flat from the train station but also to go to the touristy areas if you don’t want to walk. Grocery stores are close by and a lot of bakeries where to buy breakfast or grab a quick bite for lunch. The check in was smooth, the owner kindly allowed me to check in early to leave my bags. Overall it was a good stay The flat was really clean but the shower could benefit from a deep clean. Especially the areas near the window and the shower floor’s edges where you could see mold

Supermarket and nice shops in walking distance, various bus lines nearby. We have enjoyed our stay very much. Good communication with friendly host, very recommendable experience.

• Emma (9/5): Great area and lovely flat - Great location - close to walk to most things, but a quiet and more local neighbourhood, which is lovely if you want to be able to escape the overwhelming touristy areas. Great restaurants close by, and also lovely cafes and supermarkets to buy breakfast in the morning. The flat had a nice little balcony, and was spacious and clean. Fully equipped with everything you might need for a longer stay in Florence. Brilliant! There is a bus right outside the building which we took from the train station to the flat. The host was easy to communicate with and it was easy to meet up to get the keys as well as leaving them upon departure. Nothing to add here! Everything was great. The only thing that could have been nice to have is a coffee machine in the flat, but it is nothing to complain about. It was a bit pricey to stay in this flat, but so is every other place in Florence. SO overall - really great visit!
• Izabela (8/5): Very good - Lucia was very helpful. The appartment was clean and comfortable. It was placed near the most important monuments so we didn't have to take any buses. We could leave our luggage in the appartment after we checked out and collected it before hitting the road, so for us it was convinient. There was no air conditioning and because it was 40°C outside, it was also really hot it the appartment.
