• kiyoshi (10/5): - 立地が最高。こじゃれたイタリアン、ベトナム料理、タイ料理の他ナイトマーケットのフードコートでも美味しいものが色々あり楽しめた。またスタッフが最高で、チェックイン前の荷物の預かりは徒歩10分ほどの別のオフィスだったが、クリーニングが完了してチェックインが可能になったとの連絡を早めにしてくれて、かつ暑いからということでオフィスからホテルまで社用車で送ってくれた。大変助かり、嬉しかった。 部屋の設備も充実していて、自宅同様に不自由なく暮らせそうだった。
• Lisa (10/5): Fabulous located apartment right in the heart of Cairns - Wow - a fabulous apartment right next to the night market in Cairns. Extremely well appointed kitchen and bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. Air con was nice and cold which was very welcome in the heat!! But what made this property outstanding was the staff! Amazing communication, instant responses and nothing was too much trouble!! Nothing! I will definitely be booking again in the future

• steve (8/5): Great base for seeing Northern Qld - Great location, restaurant's and shops all close to accommodation. 5 mins to Lagoon for a swim. Little further on and you can get the ferry to Barrier reef. Cairns is a great hub, we went rafting down rivers, hired a car, to see Port Douglas and somewhere we'd never heard of but found it to be amazing was Atherton Tablelands, an hour south west of town. But the big day was Green Island...somewhere you'll never forget ❤️ Nothing
• Raylee (9/5): Perfect place for a getaway - We love the location. I have stayed at Il Palazzo about 10 times. We will come back again. The outdoor chairs are plastic and when you sit on the micro pieces of plastic get stuck in the back of your legs and causes stinging for about 24 hours until they all are gone. There is mould over the lounge room roof, probably from being closed up all the time with the AC running.

• Sharon (9/5): I had a fantastic stay. Everything was wonderful and the communication from the property managers was excellent. - Everything! It was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything. The location was excellent! It was surprisingly quiet , being so close to the night market. There was no parking which was a pain, most of the time.
