- Anthony (9/5): Très très bien ! - L'emplacement est super, très calme donnant sur une cour (et à Naples c'est intéressant !). L'hotesse est très sympathique et nous à rendu service en gardant les bagages le matin de notre départ et en nous offrant un café ! Le logement est partagé (y compris la salle de bain), ce qui en soit n'est pas un problème mais le voisinage était assez original lors de notre passage : le premier soir la voisine de droite joue de la guitare électrique à 23h00 et le lendemain c'est celle de gauche qui chante à tue-tête à la même heure ... mais une visite éclair et ça s'est calmé.... ça n'est pas de la faute du logement mais il ne faut pas hésiter à comuniquer avec les autres locataires :-)
- Andrei (8/5): прекрасное место, но далеко от центра - Номер полностью соответствовал ожиданиям: чисто, старинная мебель, прекрасный вид во двор на пальмы, wifi работал без проблем. Интерьер в итальянсом стиле, очень уютно. В день заезда в холодильнике была бутылка с водой и шампанское. Так же хозяйка приготовела очень вкусный кофе утром. В номере есть чайник. В ванной комнате - все необходимые принадлежности. Жилье находится в тихом месте, нет шума от дороги, охраняемая территория, абсолютно безопасно. В доме есть лифт. Заезд с 15:30 до 20:00. За поздний заезд нужно доплатить 30 евро. Обратите на это внимание. Жилье находится далеко от основных достопримечательностей, 20-30 минут пешком. Так же жилье находится на горе, поэтому возвращаться из центра пешком будет очень утомительно. Если вы приехали на машине - отличный вариант для жилья на пару дней. Но пешком не советую

- Anonemouse (8/5): Nice spot in Naples - The location is great, and the property is easy to find. The bed was comfortable, firm mattress, lovely balcony, water and wine are complimentary. The separate bathroom was a couple of corridors away but was clean and everything worked well. We appreciated being able to leave our bags at the property after checkout. Check out was at 9.30am which felt very early.

- Louise (4/5): Great location for an authentic stay in Napoli, but the facilities really do need a modern upgrade. - We liked the fridge, lovely & cold. We liked the ambience of the building & the vintage lift. The caretakers were helpful when we arrived. The website was not clear regarding a shared bathroom, so we were not expecting it. We could have coped with that but both bathrooms were dirty, mouldy and in dire need of modernisation - the shower hose leaked out large amounts of water in one room and the tray leaked in the other room. The sink plug jammed with a sink full of water and was replaced with another plug that did not fit. The amount of toilet roll was kept to a minimum which was anxiety provoking. The keys to enter the building at night were difficult to use, we presume due to wear & tear and we discussed this with another guest who had the same issue. The room was large, but the furniture was antique and not practical. There were things in the drawers we presume were left by previous guests so we did not use them.
