• Andrea (8/5): - Sehr zentral, voll ausgestattete Küche Direkt an der Hauptstrasse, dadurch auch nachts laut. Lichtschalter dürften ausgewechselt werden, da diese schlecht gedrückt werdrn können. Backofen hätte eine Tiefenreinigung nötig. Brotreste der Vorgänger in der Küchenschublade gefunden. Ich bin nicht sicher, ob die Wohnung gesaugt wurde, bevor wir kamen ..
• Karin (7/5): Zentral, ruhig, funkionell - Super Lage, bequeme Betten, Kaffeemaschine und Kapseln. Gratis Parkplatz und super Lage für Altstadt, Schloss oder Wandern am Fluss Die Küche ist etwas verlottert. Ausrüstung ok, solange man nicht richtig kochen will. Dusche hat keine Tür. Man könnte ja mindestens einen Duschvorhang aufhängen.

• Klaus (7/5): tip top - Zimmer war okay für eine Nacht. Die info über das Handy waren nicht ganz klar, da der Briefkasten auf dem Foto mit dem effektiv angeschriebenen Briefkasten überein stimmte. Sonst alles Prima und auch ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus ist Daumen hoch Briefkasten
• Schmid (9/5): Es hat uns sehr gefallen, wir kommen wieder! - Sehr schnelle Reaktion von Jose! Sehr flexibel und zuvorkommend! Wir hatten nicht daran gedacht Duschgel mitzunehmen. Aber es ist nicht die Aufgabe des Vermieters, dies bereit zu stellen.

• Tuknarayan (7/5): It was a pleasant stay and was having good space for a family of four people. - The property was very near to Burgdorf station which was connected to Bern and Olten. There was city center nearby so it was easy to buy grocery items. There was no lock in the toilet and no curtain or door in the shower room.

• Hamed (5/5): Well-located studio but lacking in cleanliness and some basics. - -6 or 7 minute walk from the train station -next to two Coop (grocery store) locations and a playground -the host was very responsive to our WhatsApp messages and gave us recommendations for family appropriate outings -he also allowed us generous access to the laundry room -there is no AC (which we knew when we booked), but we really appreciated the fan which made a big difference for us -the room was not clean at all (e.g., rotten apple under the bed, smelly and damp towels and bed sheets, cob webs in the corners and dirt on the ground/surfaces) -the cutlery in the kitchen was all discoloured, the spatula for making eggs was warped and its plastic partially melted. In other words, at least the basics that are provided should be in good condition -there is a general “public bathroom smell” in the studio coming from the washroom vicinity. I had to use the chemical cleaners in the room closet to scrub it myself -there is no door or even curtain to partition the shower, which is very inconvenient for a family sharing the studio -an empty iron box in the closet but no iron provided

• Rahma (9/5): Superb - The host was very reactive and friendly, the self check-in is simple and the city has everything you need, you can go also for hikes just few minutes from the accomodation. Overall the flat is comfortable and the area is calm. Private parking available which is a bonus. Highly recommend
• Costin (10/5): Friendly host, cozy place, would gladly stay here again. - Cozy studio, very nice furniture, the kitchen has everything necessary.
• Marla (6/5): Pleasant - We rented a car so the parking was great. It was private. It was close to amenities. There was an nespresso machine and coffee which we really liked. Unfortunately there was no view and it was on a busy street with lots of traffic noise. There was no door/privacy for the shower. Tiny bathroom and no space for toiletries .The toilet was leaking and we had to put a bowl under it to keep the floor from being wet. A toaster was included in the ad for the apartment but we had to request one. No hooks for wet bathroom towels. No place to hang out clothes.
• Sahar (9/5): Superb - Location was great. Ideal for family. Shopping centre and playground was reachable by walking distance. I like the location a lot because of the silence and beautiful nature all around. Lovely place that made great memories for us. Beds were bit old. They were neat but mattresses need to be changed. I liked that there were extra bed sheets stored and we could change to make all fresh after two days.

• Man (9/5): This is a nice apartment. I loved to live there. - The room is really good and the host is very nice. All the facilities are clean and functioning. I will come back again if I go to Bern. I think the sound from the clock building of outside is a little bit disturbing. It hits once per hour. But it can be acceptable overall.
• Diegoaxel (7/5): Overall a good balance of cost and benefit. Difficult to find a cheaper accommodation near Bern. - Great responsiveness and attitude from the host. Plenty of recommendations of things to do in Bern and quick response to issues and queries. Courtesy coffee was a very nice touch. Free parking is a big plus. The shower was missing the curtain, making it uncomfortable to use. Sheets and duvet were not big enough for the beds. As a consequence we ended up with our bodies laying directly on the mattress. Both things were mentioned to the host. Based on his great response at all times, I trust these issues will be solved for next guests.
