• Nicole (10/5): Amazing, a genuine feeling of home away from home. - My stay was long and I kept on extending it, reason being I’m based in New Zealand so I was far from home. *This place is Safe🥹 with an electrical gate that closes after 2min of inactivity. *Fairly affordable and reasonable. *Easy to communicate with the host who is very understanding and accommodating. *I loved how thoughtful and holy this place was, the fact that there was an electrical blanket, heater and extra blankets too. Very thoughtful in this cold weather. lol its just the ceiling that needs to be fixed.
• Phumla (6/5): I enjoyed it cause I was with my partner but very underwhelmed. - Cosy, that’s all. I didn’t get the room that was on the pictures, there was oil prints on the cupboards. There was construction and too many people in and out. The shower was leaking.

• Sibindi (3/5): Unclean, uncomfortable, and unsafe—definitely not worth it. - Avoid This Place – Unclean, Unsafe, and Overrun with Insects I booked this property expecting a comfortable stay, but it turned out to be one of the most unpleasant experiences I’ve ever had. First off, the place is absolutely overrun with crickets and other insects. The roof was either not installed properly or wasn’t sealed correctly, allowing crickets to get in. At night, their constant chirping made it feel like I was “outside” even though I was indoors. If you have any issues with insects, avoid this place at all costs. Cleanliness was another major problem. The cutlery cabinet was dusty, making it clear that it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The sheets were covered in lint, making them uncomfortable to sleep on, and the old, rough blankets were scratchy and unpleasant. It was bad enough that I couldn’t bring myself to sleep in the bed—I ended up sleeping on the couch instead. On top of that, security is a serious concern. One night, at around midnight, a man walked into the property because I had accidentally forgotten to lock the door. When I reported this to the landlord, they took hours—until around 3 AM—to “figure out” that he was supposedly a lost guest. Whether that’s true or not, it was an extremely unsettling experience that made me feel unsafe. The only redeeming factor was that they were accommodating when it came to extending my stay. However, that does not outweigh the fact that this place is dirty, uncomfortable, and potentially unsafe. If you’re considering booking here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Terrible Stay – Dirty, Noisy, and Unsafe I had an awful experience at this property, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Here’s what made my stay so unpleasant: • Cricket Infestation – The roof was either poorly installed or not sealed properly, allowing crickets to get inside. The noise was unbearable at night, making it feel like I was outside even though I was indoors. • Unclean Conditions – The cutlery cabinet was dusty, showing a clear lack of maintenance. The sheets were covered in lint, and the blankets were those rough, old ones that stick to your skin—completely uncomfortable. • Uncomfortable Sleeping Arrangements – Because the bed was so unpleasant, I ended up sleeping on the couch instead. I couldn’t bring myself to sleep on those sheets. • Security Concerns – One night, at around midnight, a random man walked into the property because I had forgotten to lock the door. When I reported this to the landlord, they took until 3 AM to tell me he was supposedly a lost guest. Whether that’s true or not, it was an extremely unsettling and unsafe experience. • Poor Overall Comfort – Between the crickets, the lack of cleanliness, and the security issues, I couldn’t relax at all during my stay. The only positive thing I can say is that they were accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. But that doesn’t make up for how uncomfortable, noisy, and unsafe this place was. I would never stay here again.

• Michael (5/5): Adequate, but irritating due to repair work noise - People working there were friendly and accommodating Busy with sewerage works, plumbing repairs and repairs to apartments They were busy making a noise in the upstairs room until midnight on a Friday evening, drilling, etc I am sure when all of this is complete it will be better

• Faith (1/5): They are using Melrose Arch to attract customers, the place is fake. - Nothing , I decided to leave the facility without using the room. There was no reception to assist when I arrived. I was assisted by the lady who was using the other room. So I decided to leave the place. Even the street where the accompaniment is situated it’s scary it’s not safe. Not value for money
