Please note that the credit card that was used during the reservation process has to be shown upon check in. If the owner of the card is not traveling with, he/she should sign an authorization form.
Guests are kindly requested to note that check in is possible from 16:00 until 20:00 from Monday to Sunday.
Express-check in (key pickup from a safe) is available from 18:00-24:00. You will receive the check in instructions that contain the codes to access the building and your keys. Including the contact information of our residence manager.
A maximum number of 2 pets are welcome per room for a small surcharge.
For stays between 30/12 and 02/01, a deposit of €150 per room is required. This deposit must be paid in advance to guarantee the booking.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

- Sienna (8/5): A great place to stay if you want somewhere comfortable, quiet and convenient with excellent staff. - The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely with reliable hot water. Having a fridge, microwave, kettle, tea and coffee provided was such a bonus and made the stay much more convenient. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area which feels peaceful, but it’s still super easy to get to the city centre by bus. The staff were also amazing and incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only downside was that the heating was a little dodgy and didn’t seem to work properly for us, although it wasn’t a huge issue in the end.

- Nick (6/5): Good location but expensive for what it is - Lovely location, parking good, easy access to central Brugge by bus, staff friendly Room very dated. There were a lot of ants in the room. Walls were very thin and you could hear neighbours although in fairness it was very quiet overnight and we weren’t disturbed. I felt it expensive

- luc (2/5): Mooie locatie verschrikkelijke accomodatie - De locatie De accomodatie was oud en aftands. Personeel was vriendelijk. Naast onze kamer stond een vlaggemast met kapotte vlag die heel de nacht een sterk lawaai maakte.

- jennifer (8/5): bien a refaire - le fait que se soit un grand lit qu ' il y est frigo et micro onde seche cheveux et serviettes ne pas etre deranger par le personnel de menage le parking gratuit et a proximite et un agent d' accueil tres gentil et multi- lingues un des côté du lit trop proche du mur il ne faut pas être gros pour ce côté là du lit sachant que c'etait un lit double le fait que des gamins se permettent de passer devant les chambres en courant et tapent dans toutes portes des chambres occupées

- Rosa (1/5): - El sitio más sucio q he ido nunca Telarañas por todos lados, debajo de la cortina, por las paredes , las arañas se veían andar por las paredes un horror, Debajo de las camas había mucha suciedad y objetos de otros huéspedes como tenedores y papeles ,el baño lo tuve q limpiar yo porq la tapa del bater estaba llena de caca ...vamos un asco. Le dijimos q lo limpiaran y solo Le pasaron un poco la mopa y cambiaron las bolsas de basura El recepcionista el muchacho hizo la q pudo y nos proporcionó un insecticida para q lo hecharamos Una pena porq la ubicación es estupenda pero lo asqueroso q está te hecha para atrás No volvería nunca

- Rachel (9/5): Excellent Brugge explorer hotel. - The property is perfectly placed for exploring Brugge. There is an excellent bus service into the City and we had a good quiet night in the hotel so we had plenty of energy for day! The car park is free and the rooms on the car park side are very convenient for living in and out. I really liked everything and will certainly visit again!

- sylvain (1/5): hôtel immonde, dégueulasse - rien hôtel miteux ça ressemble plus à un squat que a un hôtel , d'ailleurs dans la soirée dehors ça sentais le pétard à plein( cannabis) accueil médiocre , vu que ça ressemble a un motel arrivé devant la chambre la porte n'est même pas fermé à clé, la chambre d'à coté porte grande ouverte et le bordel dans la chambre la chambre c'est une passoire thermique et phonique, et l'électricité n'est pas aux normes dû tout voir même dangereux, la TV il n'y a même pas une chaine Française, la salle de bain est moisie ( nous somme partie sans prendre la douche), pas de service petit déjeuné, pas de distributeur de boissons chaude non plu, je déconseille fortement aux familles avec enfants car ont ne se sent pas en sécurité, nous avons payé 88.50 euro pour une chambre miteuse alors que la veille à Bruxelles nous avons payé 94 euro pour un hôtel de luxe

De verwarming in de badkamer ongeveer 3 seconden en moet dan weer geactiveerd worden, dit was niet zoals aangegeven staat.

- Anneke (10/5): Ge - We arrived after check-in time due to travel delays but the hotel had previously sent us details on how to retrieve the room key and it was waiting for us. Someone also thoughtfully had put on the heating in the room as it was a very cold night. The room had a fridge, microwave and electric kettle which is very useful. The bedding is clean and the bathroom too.

I did like the look of the outside, almost like one of those iconic trailer trash apartments in the USA. I loved that actually. Also the cleaning staff was really nice. The price of it. The fact I had to pay €150 deposit. The fact it didn't have a plug for the bath. The overall price. The breakfast was probably worth €3.50 not €20, don't get the breakfast.
