Then want to change my booking to regular booking, which it was made difficult by both booking.com and the Hotel staff. Top up money also cannot. Cancel also cannot. Waste people money. Very good!

- Winstonwong (6/5): As the check in was only after 9pm had to loiter around after dinner to wait for check in. - Did not have the breakfast but there is a lot of food options around that area. The receptionist was very friendly and offered additional information of the surrounding area. The toilet was quite small and the sliding door was a bit difficult to handle. The air conditioning not very cold.

- Mitchchelle (3/5): Did The Standard Of The Hotel Drop Due To The Change Of Management? - Check-in staff was rather flexible. The whole hotel looked messy & dirty. The rooms werent sound proof... While walking to our room at the corridoor, we could hear the sounds from inside every single room. The moment we entered our room, there was a piece of damp towel on the floor. It was as if someone just used the towel to wipe a wet surface & threw it there. The toilet drains were stinky & the floor area around the toilet bowl was wet. Throughout the night, we could hear sounds from the neighbouring rooms & the corridoor too & it was loud.
