- Marta (1/5): Awful - Don’t book with them. They cancelled my booking when I got to the airport at 4am. I wrote to them that I need very early check in at 4am. They confirmed that’s ok and cancelled when I landed. I had no hotel atv4am in the morning. Had to look for another place so much hassle. Cancellation at last minute

- Kate (1/5): Disappointing experience as we had confirmed accomodation, arrived and told they did not have a room available!!! - Really loved the location. We picked it due to closeness to airport as we were returning to the airport the following morning for connecting internal flights. The reviews and advertised hotel photos as shown in the on website all looked pretty good - although never got to actually see them. We arrived very late in the evening due to flights and customs but within 30 mins of the time we told them. After a lot of confusion with the hotel addresses (on the building and what was advertised online) we were told they had no room for us to stay in! Despite having a confirmation number and pin for our reservation. So at 12 midnight we were forced to return to the airport (domestic) as it was too late to book anything else. Leaving us without a bed/accomodation for the night!
