- Orla (10/5): A Good Choice in Saigon - We stayed here for 3 nights as a couple and overall had a really good experience. The apartment is not very big but well arranged so it still feels comfortable for two people. The kitchen is fully equipped which made it easy for us to cook simple meals. The location is very convenient close to the city center with many restaurants convenience stores and cafes nearby. Everything we needed was within walking distance and the building felt safe and quiet. During our stay I had a stomachache and asked the host for help and they kindly assisted by getting medicine for us very quickly. We really appreciated this thoughtful support as it made us feel much more at ease. Overall the stay was very pleasant the host was friendly responsive and helpful whenever needed. We would consider staying here again on our next trip to Saigon.

- Daniel (6/5): Good location, but a bit over priced for the quality - Property is well located and good to get to all the sights that HCMC has to offer. Apartment complex was quiet and calm to rest in. The room we had been given looked quite dated (stains on wallpaper, kitchenette draws and cupboard doors out of balance so just came open and wouldn’t wouldn’t shut properly) and could use a bit of a refresh, believe the photos are quite misleading and the bed was very very uncomfortable felt like quite an old mattress. For the amount paid, I would have expected a little better.

- Khamis (10/5): Nice short getaway for the New Year period - We booked this apartment for a quick 2 night stay during the end of the year and it worked out perfectly. The place felt bright comfortable and quiet which was exactly what we needed after busy days walking around the city. The neighborhood has plenty of small restaurants and local food spots so finding dinner each night was easy. What we appreciated most was how smooth everything was from check in to check out. Communication with the host was simple and clear and the building felt secure at all times. Even though it was a short visit the stay was very pleasant and made our New Year trip to Saigon even more enjoyable.

Локация вполне - минутах в 30 езды от аэропорта и минут 15-20 ходьбы до популярных мест с большим разнообразием различной еды. В номере вполне тихо, хотя балконная дверь и сам балкон, являющийся по сути частью комнаты, явно запускал шумы улицы. В номере большая плазма на стене и небольшая кухонка, воспользоваться которой не хватило времени. Вполне себе вариант на суточную остановку. Вход в резиденцию, где расположены апарты строго по электронным ключам, как и подъем на лифте, что в теории может обеспечивать улучшенную безопасность проживания. Охранники и правда как полканы. Внизу кондомиума, на ну левом этаже и ресторан-кафе и 7/11 - все необходимое можно там в любой момент прикупить. Заеду ещё? - наверное нет, альтернатив по качеству цене в Сайгоне в достатке. Свежим номер не выглядит совсем, на фотках-рендерах он значительно лучше. :-) Постельное белье тоже нуждается в более частой реновации, благо во Вьете это не столь большая проблема.

- Kamal V. (5/5): Fine but not luxurious. - The building is modern and the flat had all basic amenities. It is close to District 1 and staff was correct. The fact that the building entrance states that "Airbnb-like" accommodation is prohibited and that communication was conducted mainly through Whatsapp and not Booking chat made things seem fishy. Also card payment failed repeatedly so payment was made in cash. Additionally, apartment facilities and amenities were rather basic, not luxurious, and not to the level which building standard suggests. Also access to gym was not allowed and access to pool was limited.

- Duc Minh (10/5): - The rooms are very clean and very confortable , with all the facilities that one could possibly want. A very pleasant stay which I recommend to anyone else.
- Freydon (10/5): Spacious, clean ,location - Clean and well located apartment. The staff was nice, professional, and accommodating. Very friendly staff, would definitely stay here again in future.
