• Simons (8/5): - It was in a good spot, It was clean and comfortable. There were no staff, so couldn't rate that. It was also difficult because we could not store our luggage anywhere when we arrived. We had stated that we would be there early and that we would need to store our things if the room wasn't ready. We were led to believe that we would be able to. No luck. The motel attached wouldn't let us because they said that we wouldn't b covered by their insurance.

• Kama (6/5): Great location, very convenient - The location was great. The fact it had a kitchen and washing machine was good It was not the cleanest and the beds were all very uncomfortable with no spare pillows. One of the toilets leaked

• Pamela (6/5): Pleasant - Booked for 5 people, I had to ask for extra linen. Kitchen was not stocked to cater for five. There were so many rules and instructions that it made me feel uneasy. Totally understand the need for instructions but there was overload on them that made you wonder why rent the property. Property was not big enough for five people Apartment was well used and probably could do with a deep clean. Never had to pay upfront the bond, usually credit card details taken, totally agree but feel controlled by the owner now that they have $350 of my money with no comeback
• Showan (9/5): Superb - excellent central location near public transport and very easy access to everything in the CBD. nice and clean apartment with plenty of amenities. The central air conditioner kept turning off on its on after working for an hour or so. it wasn't a big deal as the weather was fine.
• Shane (1/5): Worst stay and false advertising - don’t get caught out like we did! - Only thing that is a plus about this hotel is the location. Tram is out front, market around corner and shops all walking distance. This is NOT a 3 bedroom it is stated but it is 2 bedroom and they make the sofa bed in the lounge room! We only booked this as it stated 3 bedrooms! The motel stinks of poo throughout and Chinese takeaway smell is throughout. The room needs attention, both locks on both sliding glass doors were broken. The lounge room, the entire sliding door hinge was parted from the wall! The pillows are soooo rock hard! The shower head needs replacing! Water runs hot and cold hot and cold! The sheets in the second bedroom had all black small hairs everywhere, like someone shaved their legs on the bed! So gross! The kitchen is waterlogged on all the cupboards! This is a Airbnb that seems like overused and not maintained. Only one key provided. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on here and the false adverting! Not worth the money. We stayed 2 nights just to go to the football at Allianz and will never book this again! We were so disappointed at the hosts replies “stating we were confused” we were not confused, hosts were dishonest, nothing compensated. Got a message at 6am to be checked out by 10am as the maids would arrive to our room! If you provide Airbnb and take money provide suitable, clean and safe accommodation! Full stop!

The apartment was too small and not equipped for 5 persons, for example there were only chairs for 4 persons in the kitchen. It was the most expensive accommodation we ever have had but not by far the best.
