Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Kate (4/5): Not Good - The location was good. We could walk to most places. Cupboards and drawers were dirty. Glasses and cutlery were dirty and very disorganised. Since I am immuno suppressed I rewashed everything and cleaned the cupboard shelves and drawers and reorganised everything. The whole unit needs repainting and carpets replaced. Adding air-conditioning would be a big plus because all the windows were locked and couldn't be fully opened which meant that there was no airflow. We wouldn't stay here again.
Robert (5/5): Very disappointing, good unit but needs attention to detail. - Not provided Could have been cleaned when we arrived rather having to chase up a cleaner, we were disrupted by worker replacing front doors with all the noise then painting them late in the day.
