• Samantha (4/5): - La proximidad de la estación de metro para moverse y que no hay aglomeraciones de gente por la zona. No se correspondía casi a las fotos. Para empezar, la cerradura externa está estropeada, tienes que dar muchas vueltas para que abra y no siempre las hace correctamente, y la puerta no se amolda bien al marco, parece que está abierta. La cerradura interna tampoco está bien. En cuanto al interior, el sofá-cama tiene una pata rota, que se dobla seguido y hace tumbar el colchón, por lo que no es nada cómodo dormir. De noche hay muchos ruidos, tanto de la zona externa (metro, sobre todo) como interiores: calentador de agua, frigorífico... Una de las contras de la ventana no cierra bien, por lo que filtraba luz al interior de noche. En cuanto al baño, la ducha es tremendamente pequeña, y el suelo, al ser de azulejos, parece que está sucio. Bastante decepcionadas con la estancia.
• mabillon (8/5): - L'appartement est bien placé. Un ascenseur est disponible jusqu'au 4 ème étage. Un supermarché PAM juste à côté. Une excellente boulangerie proposant des gâteaux vegan tout près. Le chauffe eau est assez bruyant et les ustensiles de cuisine de mauvaise qualité

• Dra Saida (7/5): Bueno pero… - Muy buena ubicación. Es pequeño pero para dormir está bien. Ingreso imposible. Logramos entrar porque un matrimonio que salía nos permitió el ingreso porque estaba al tanto de los problemas con ese departamento para el primer ingreso. Por suerte hablo un perfecto italiano sino… En Italia hay zonas ZTL donde el ingreso con vehículo está limitado a quienes tengan autorización y con auto de alquiler y residiendo fuera del espacio Schengen no se puede obtener. Siempre que he estado en Italia me lo han avisado. No fue el caso. Tuve que hacer tiempo para ingresar dentro del horario libre.

• Berardo (10/5): Muy cómodo si estás de paso y en camino al aeropuerto Linate. - La ubicación excelente, la cama muy cómoda, el departamento era pequeño pero lindo y suficientemente cómodo para unos pocos días. Muy presente y amable el anfitrión Si bien tenía cocina no estaba bien equipado para cocinar, faltan utensilios y seria bueno que proporcionen ingredientes básicos. El espacio de la ducha es muy pequeño y no estaba del todo limpio.

O metrô é super perto, estando a uma estação onde está o trem para o aeroporto. O check-in foi ótimo. A cama não é muito confortável (sofá-cama), mas para uma hospedagem de pouco tempo é adequado.

• Marjan (7/5): - Dobra lokacija, u dobrom kraju Milana, blizu metro stanice i autobuske stanice. Velika samousluga u neposrednoj blizini. Tiho, bez buke, dobro za noćni odmor. Peškiri novi i čisti. Sve je generalno čisto iako je stariji nameštaj. Grejanje je dobro radilo. Odličan, brz internet. Dobili smo detaljno objašnjenje za self check-in tako da je ovaj proces lako završen. Cena apartmana nije visoka u poređenju sa cenama u Milanu. Izuzetno komplikovan način plaćanja gradske takse, zbog kog sam morao da razmenjujem veliki broj poruka sa domaćinom. Na kraju sam odbio da taksu platim online jer je provizija za online plaćanje koju su tražili bila 25% od vrednosti iznosa koji je trebalo da platim. Tuš kabina je izuzetno uska. Dušek je iskrivljen na jednu stranu što spavanje ne čini baš udobnim iako je sam dušek udoban.

• Andreina (5/5): Una notte massimo, se non si trova altro - Non molto onestamente. La stanzetta era molto attrezzata con lavatrice , asse da stiro, ferro, bollitore, cialde per il caffè , specchio lungo … posizione centrale, personale attento, spiegazioni per entrare molto efficaci . Non si può chiamare appartamento onestamente, è una sorta di ripostiglio adattato a stanza , un po’ vecchio, con macchie sparse qui e lá su mobili e muri . Il letto è un divano letto, quando è aperto a stento si cammina . Il bagno è piccolissimo con una doccia microscopica che odore di muffa . È vero che la posizione è centrale ma davvero si esagera a vendere un appartamento non dicendo che è una stella scarsa. Il Wi-Fi non funzionava.

• Serhii (5/5): Загалом як для однієї людини без високих вимог норм. - Господар доброзичливий і готовий допомогти по всім питанням. Помешкання одразу біля музею Да Вінчі. Зовсім поряд по вихідним проходять ярмарки вуличної торгівлі від виробників. Дуже смачно. Транспортна розвʼязка в 5-10 хв пішої доступності. Є ресторанчики, де можна смачно поїсти. Дуже маленький санвузол, а душова то взагалі виключно для худеньких, для повних - буде проблема. Фіранка для побутових речей зламана.

• Oroz Vazquez (9/5): Apartamento acogedor en el centro de Milán. - Ubicación esta cerca de todo lo importante para ir andando y servicios, tiene todo lo que necesitas, secador de pelo, cocina, lavadora, cafetera ducha. El suelo de la ducha, pero es común a muchos hoteles, llevaros chanclas y las ollas estaban demasiado gastadas y un poco sucias solo importante para quien quiera cocinar, no fue nuestro caso.

• Isaac (9/5): Un acierto total - El alojamiento es tal como muestran las fotos, el sofá cama es comodisimo para dormir, la ubicación es muy buena(con una estación de metro a 50 metros) y muy buen barrio. Tuvimos un problema con el calentador del agua, pero Luigi lo solucionó muy rápido, siempre atento al huésped. Así que lo recomendamos 100% Realmente no podemos poner ninguna cosa negativa

• Mélina (5/5): Great location but don’t expect something comfortable to sleep - Really convenient to catch the tram and the metro. Easy to access, explanation were really clear to go inside. The market on Saturday morning is literally next door which was really nice. The AC is working well as well The appartement is really small for 2 persons, you cannot close the door from the inside, the bathroom is old school but doing the job. The minimum to cook which is fair. But the bed is not comfortable..

AC worked but barely got the small room cool enough to be somewhat comfortable! WiFi didn’t work! My phone was able to access WiFi at every other place in Italy but not here! Door locks were ridiculously complicated! Way too many emails sent to me! I was asked to fill out the check in documents like 5 times and then would receive another email saying the check in was completed!! Get it figured out! Place would have been too small for a couple with luggage!!
