• Tom (7/5): Good place with few minor issues/inconveniences - Overall a good experience. Clean and spacious apartment. Good enough for 2-3 people. Although not even a blanket to be found for someone sleeping on the sofa bed. Wi-fi is fast (300mbps). Equipped kitchen, you will find pots, pans, cutlery etc. which might be helpful. And it's a walking distance to Milan central station (very handy, under 10 minutes walk), and to metro stations (Loreto and Caiazzo) Boiler stopped working one day, and we were left without hot water. Not too good when it's so hot in Milan and you can't have a shower. On a positive it was fixed the next day. While close proximity to central station is a big plus, the area/street itself isn't very appealing. And something you won't know until the 1st morning, the church at the back. The bell is very loud and it's right behind bedroom windows. Didn't bother me that much as I'd get up early every morning, for those wanting to sleep in it just won't work.

• Maria Josefa (5/5): Muy buena ubicación, apartamento muy incómodo. - La ubicación muy buena Tardaron bastante en enviar el código, tuvimos que llamar para que mandaran las instrucciones, todo en inglés y nosotros no lo hablamos. Se lo dije y me contestaron que ellos no hablan español... todo en vídeo y no muy bien explicado. Tardamos 40 minutos en entrar. La señora conserje de la entrada nos ayudó en italiano cuando llamamos para que mandaran instrucciones para entrar. Bajaron bastante las temperaturas y no calentaba nada el sistema de aire, el apartamento muy frío, más frio dentro del apartamento que en la calle. El baño olía mal. El sofá muy incómodo, solo había una silla. La mesa para comer tenía taburetes altos, muy incómodo para nosotros. Tazas y algunos platos muy sucios....por lo demás la ubicación bastante buena, quizá lo mejor del apartamento, a unos 15 minutos de la estación central.

• Aldona (7/5): Ekonomiczny pobyt blisko centrum - Lokalizacja blisko dworca i metrum ma swoje plusy ale również minusy. Jak to koło dworca w dużym mieście można spotkać różnych ludzi. Nie do konca czuliśmy się w tej lokalizacji bezpiecznie. Czysto chodź oboje już nie pierwszej świeżości. Dość wygodne łóżko. Drzwi do szafy urwane.

Además las instrucciones de acceso son muy claras y se pueden recoger las llaves en completa autonomía. Las tuberías de la cocina olían mal y las cerré para quitar el olor. Además, no conseguí hacer salir agua caliente el ultimo día, pero no fueron grandes problemas.

• Frank (2/5): Location, yes, everything else, no - Location. For a one week stay, there were two very small sachets of salt and pepper, and no oil. There were no cloths to wipe surfaces. There was only a tiny bottle of detergent, which lasted for about two days. Having to buy all the above for a one week stay is ridiculous. Also, no washing machine liquid so same again. It is also cold, not particularly clean, the duvet doesn’t have a cover which is gross. The bathroom is damp. No additional rubbish bags provided, which in Italy is a real problem given all the rules around rubbish. The sofa is so stained you don’t want to sit on it and the bed is uncomfortable.
• Vinola (4/5): Location was good but experience to enter the apartment was very exhaustive. - Once I booked the room, there was too much guide on how to use different doors, I wish this was mentioned whilst booking. You need to be techno savvy to use this room. The code given to me for the door was incorrect and i spent more than 2 hours trying to get into the apartment. After I got in I was worried to get out until after almost more that 1 hour i was given another code which was technically the code to the door. I am happy to share with booking.com all the whatsapp messages. The number of instructions provided which requires people to be techno savvy. When i called on the number initially the person said i was wasting his time and i should read / follow the instructions provided. We were a senior couple aged over 60 years to be following instructions in these manner. I am more than happy to provide this so that Booking.com can add it to the booking of this apartment.

• Todor (8/5): Very good - The apartment location is top as it is very close to Milan Central Station and Metro stop. The instruction of how to get there was fantastic, very useful. The apartment was not cleaned at the time of our arrival and we had to clean by ourselves, there was a vacuum cleaner which was okay. The bathroom was dirty with a lot of mouldy in the corners, and the drain was cloged, and we contacted the owner representatives, so on the following day, a cleaner arrived and cleaned it. Also, some of the cutlery were dirty and not cleaned after using.
• Piotr (8/5): Very good - I think that location is the biggest advantage of this appartment. Close to supermarket and metro station. Also in a walking distance from the railway station. I didn't meet the owner but she was remotely taking care about us. A very big advantage was also that we were allowed to check-in earlier. I wasn't happy with the cleanness of the appartment, especially bathroom. There was very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. We could smell it in each room. It was not that easy to enter the appartment, since instruction received was not exactly clear.

• Ms (9/5): Safe, clean, quiet and centrally located apartment in Milan :) - A nice apartment that looks just like the photos. More amenities than expected for example washing machine with detergent liquid, washing up liquid and sponge, bottle of water in fridge, kitchen roll, fresh towels in packaging like in a hotel. I liked the self-access to enter the apartment instead of having to meet someone for a key handover. I read some other reviews about having to go down a few corridors and go through doors to get to the apartment, this was fine for me. Helpful videos with clear instructions are provided that show you how to access the doors and the apartment which I watched on my journey to the place. I liked the electronic shutters on the windows also as we do not have this widely in the UK. I am a light sleeper and read a previous review about the nearby church bells so I just wore earplugs to sleep just in case, no problem for me. I slept just fine through the night. I was up and out of the apartment by 7am each day and the church bells do not sound before this time anyway. Also the apartment is not overlooked which was just a nice observation. The apartment building is nice and welcoming with freshly watered flowers around. I am a solo female traveller and finding somewhere safe to stay near the central station was important for me. The place did not disappoint on this. The station was a handy 10 minute walk for me and there are plenty of shops, restaurants, a supermarket, buses and metro within walking distance. *Notes - It's time to update the sofa I think as it's a little stained, I didn't sit on it. Can't wait to come back and stay! :)

• Ahmad (8/5): Great apartment near Milan Central Station - It is a great apartment equipped with all the essentials that one might need. It is clean and comfortable. It is approximately 11 min walking from Milan Central station, which makes the vacation a lot easier. It has most of the kitchen utensils one might need, however, not in their perfect condition. It has central heating and warm water. It is on the ground floor, and only a couple of steps at the entrance of the biulding and maybe 6 stairs a long the way to the corridor. Toilet has a bidet. Weird sounds come from the ceiling, I'm guessing from the people upstairs and also from the water pipes from the next apartment. Expect the entrance to be a bit confusing as there are a lot of doors and corridors to reach the apartment, but it is all explained to you in writing and videos once you confirm the booking.

Apartment could do with a - Location, close to Milan Train Station, with another metro nearby and great shopping area, plus walkable to Duomo area Basic facilities: bed average, no cover on doona and only 2 pillows, both too high and hard. Kitchen basic with no tea towel, no ice in freezer, coffee machine very difficult to use. Lounge couch cheap and uncomfortable. Floor skirting outside shower and opposite toilet mouldy and discoloured. No clothes dryer.

• Romain (9/5): Superb - Really spacious flat, comfortable,well equipped, very nice to spend an extended period. Central location very close to Centrale and to many restaurant/supermarket options. Some minor things need to be improved: - the water heater was off, and I had to discover that part myself (that this was the problem, how to switch it on...). When I told to the owner that the water was cold, he simply told me that he would have a look if the water could be made warmer. - a dirty food tray in the oven, probably from the previous visitor - the air conditioning system warms the living room, but cools the bedroom at the same time.
