Alternatively if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $135 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. - Derrick (4/5): Magnificent views and great size apartment, great for family. - Views are fabulous, size of the apartment, balcony and the beds were comfortable.
Secure parking, lift with luggage trolleys.
Has ceiling fans and floor fans.
Has everything you could need, great laundry, everything in terms of cutlery etc. microwave works well.
Gardens, Pool and BBQ areas are very good and well maintained
The apartment management company is first class in terms of friendliness, help to get linen and the information provided.
The company that provides the linen is superb to deal with and reasonable in cost. The apartment is dated, furniture needs updating, no air conditioning and even on mild days, it is humid, you can see the humidity running down the walls and the carpets feel damp.
If you are asthmatic, I would not recommend this accommodation, you can see the lint stuck to the ceilings, the dust in the vents is thick and is not cleaned on a regular basis (see photos).
The key thing we did not like is that it was dirty, the cleaners are not good and the apartment has that old holiday house smell in the bedding and when you opened the cupboards in the kitchen, the smell is over powering.
The kitchen appliances are so old, rusty, the range hood dirty, fridge is well used and all in need of replacement.

- Linda (10/5): A Welcome Retreat - We loved the location, the welcoming ambience, and the spaciousness of the unit. It was also nice to know our vehicle was safe in a secure basement
location.
Always something interesting happening, to view from the generous balcony, ranging from nesting sea eagles to bulk carriers & cruise ships out in the shipping lane with a myriad of people enjoying the excellent walkways along the coastline (which we also made the most of).
The unit had everything you needed to ensure a comfortable stay - cooking facilities and cookware, cutlery and china; a complete laundry. The main bedroom was generously sized and included an ensuite with spa bath/shower.
A short walk took you to Kings Beach, cafes etc in one direction and Shelly Beach in the other.
We loved it and will definitely return.

Complete kitchen necessities + utensils. Comfortable beds. Lounge a bit dated but satisfactory
Lovely walk to Kings Beach - Surf Club - Tavern + Kings Beach cafe + bar. Not too far to continue the walk to Bullock Beach.
Short car commute to Caloundra - Mooloolaba + Maroochydore Linen was not supplied as advised but l expected towels to be included. We brought both with us. The car park space is very tight but manageable.
