部屋は,凄い暖かく寒い時期でも安心して過ごせます。
シャワーのお湯もすぐ出てきて快適です。 キッチンをもう少しセルフで使いやすくして頂けると尚過ごしやすい空港が出来ると思います。
- Bobby (10/5): Would highly recommend - Andy the receptionist was amazing
- Jack (7/5): The guy on the front desk was outstanding 👍 - Location to Wembley Stadium Nothing
- L'enfant (10/5): -
- John (7/5): -
- Joe Saywell (9/5): - The host Andy was fantastic. Really made up for the poorer facilities Room was dated, huge unplugged fridge in the room and bed wasn't that comfortable. Shower also leaked out of the door.
- Ian (7/5): Perfect place if your visiting Wembley with great staff - The owner was so kind and helpful, with places to eat and travel Perfectly situated to Wembley Stadium
- Barry (8/5): Did the job - The man in reception was most helpful and friendly. It's a 40 min walk to Wembley stadium. We got an Uber to Coldplay then walked back after. Parking for 5 cars. The price. But I get it. I've stayed in 5 star hotels for cheaper.
- Regula (8/5): - Réceptionniste très accueillant et aidant.
- KAREN (7/5): Good but expensive - The guy on reception was very pleasant, helpful and professional. Price. The room was fine but so expensive just because of the concert at Wembley. Extreme Profiteering.
- carl (5/5): Nice staff property needs an overhaul - The staff were excellent Andy was very helpful.and a pleasure to chat too. The room was tired and worn out. The shower door was split and coming away from each other. The mattress was very old and flat could the feel springs.
The bed was wobbling back and forth just when u moved slightly. No headboard for twin beds. No breakfast available.
- Deborah (7/5): - Andy who was on reception when we arrived, was extremely helpful and friendly, informing us of directions to and from the train station. We were given twin room as our party changed before arrival. Room was basic but very clean but as we were there for a concert we didnt plan to stay in it all day. Tea coffee and buiscuits with complementry water was really good. The hotel is around 10 minutes walk from the station and its one stop to Wembly which is ideal when travelling to the stadium.
- Rachel (9/5): -
- Grundy (10/5): Perfect for an overnight stay with local transport access and comfy accommodation - Very welcoming and helpful manager
- Mirette (8/5): Andy made our stay very comfortable and also organised our taxi to the airport. - Andy who manages the hotel is exceptional. If I was opening a business I’d want Andy running it! He simply couldn’t do enough for us and was very informative about everything we needed to know. We were over for the Coldplay concert at Wembley. The location is great for Wrmbley
- Weber (10/5): Wembley 2025 - Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption...sehr hilfsbereit und sehr zuvorkommend 🙂 es gefiel mir sehr sehr gut!!! 🙂🎉🤘🙂
- Fiona Ritson (9/5): Perfect - Rooms were clean, perfect distance for wembley concert.

- Travis (10/5): Lovely friendly staff and affordable area for usual London prices - The man at reception was absolutely lovely very chatty, friendly, kind and went over and above to accommodate it including providing us recommendations for local pubs and restaurants which we went to and were phenomenal we had a lovely meal at The Preston pub due to his recommendation and very cheap drinks for London prices all thanks to his recommendation which he gave us without us asking he was very very friendly unfortunately I didn’t ask for his name now thinking back but he was a British Indian man and really made our stay fantastic very friendly man and chatty man. The location is also great for Wembley for concerts and area seems safe we didn’t feel unsafe even late at night around 2am after out drinking. The local area here is very affordable such as chippies and restaurants no we’re near usual London astronomical prices. NA

- Siân (10/5): Great location for Wembley, lovely hotel & kind staff. - Great location for Wembley, we booked last minute as a group after being let down by another property on booking.com.
We were so lucky to get in here, not just because the hotel was great, but because Andy the host, is the most helpful & kind person.
Andy couldn’t de enough for me & my group & I’m so grateful. I recommend staying in this friendly & home from home gem in London.
Thank you Andy 🙂

- Lisa (9/5): Wembley Stadium stay - Absolutely 1st class customer service, friendly and extremely helpful.
Fridge in the room and fan.
Lovely bed
Tv in room
Perfectly located for Wembley Stadium Had a bit of trouble with the toilet flush, but we fixed it.
- Craig (10/5): Great last minute find! - Great location approx 2 miles from Wembley Stadium. Guy on reception (cant remember his name sorry!) Was a fantastic host, a real credit to the hotel and I hope that is recognised.
Room was comfortable and clean. No breakfast available and strange choice of light bulbs in the rooms - an odd blue hue to them.
- Angela (10/5): Lovely welcome, very helpful, facilities just as described, good comfort and excellent stay overall -
- Jonathan (8/5): Perfect location with a friendly host! - Andy on the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating. The location was perfect for Wembley arena. There was no hot water upon first arriving, however this was quickly rectified.
- Lynette (8/5): Enjoyable and comfortanle - Location was good. Staff great. Good facilities. Disappointed they didn't do breakfast
- Mark (3/5): If this property wasnt in a premium postcode I wouldn’t pay any more than £50 a night - Safe, secure & friendly staff Uncomfortable very cheap bed , very dated & noisy due to old windows
- Elena (10/5): Exceptional - I chose this hotel for my trip to London since I went there for a concert and this place is close to Wembley Stadium.
It was really easy to get to Wembley Stadium in public transport (in my case, I chose to take the bus, as the stop was merely 4 min away from the hotel).
The tube is a little farther away, but no more than 15 min walking, so it is perfect as well (or you can also take the bus and in three stops, i.e., a few mins, you'll arrive at the tube).
Moreover, you can easily get to the centre of London from this hotel thanks to the tube too. All in all, the location was perfect, both for sightseeing and for going to Wembley Stadium.
On another note, as a solo traveler, I was concerned with safety, but it all turned great. The hospitality at the hotel was outstanding, as assistance was genuinely offered.
For all this, my stay was perfect. I was made to feel comfortable and I would certainly come back again.
- Stanley (9/5): Superb - Had a great stay .
Very helpful
- Angela (10/5): Perfect for Wembley - Easy to get to Wembley and lovely staff.
Lovely clean room
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Laurence (8/5): Very good -
- Nerys (7/5): Conveniently located for Wembley - Great location for attending an event at Wembley Stadium. Close to the tube station and just one stop to Wembley. Really helpful and friendly staff. Personal preference … but the mattress was a little bit soft!
- Rosemary (9/5): Perfect for Wembley. Recommended local pub was excellent for dinner and breakfast - Reception was very welcoming and friendly Very minor but Kettle didn’t work properly and milk was out of date but they did give us fresh milk but we had like warm tea
- Ula (7/5): High price but not high standards - The hotel location was good. The bedding was nice, white and clean. A large standing fan was provided because it was very hot. The hotel service was very nice. The room was quite ok, although the headrest showed that it was a room for a double bed and not two single beds.
The beds were uncomfortable, the mattresses were worn out and just collapsed.
The bathroom had no light, just a small lamp by the mirror. This was reported, but the exchange was not to take place until the next day. Unfortunately, the bathroom is poor and requires renovation. Rusty mirror, rusty bin, shower cabin with black dirty seals.
- Steven (8/5): Very good -
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Derek (9/5): Superb -
- Toby (10/5): Would definitely stay again - Parking, clean, staff was very friendly Na
- Z (7/5): Good -
- Jake (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anne (10/5): Last minute booking- best decision! - The staff was amazing- we booked a different place first, but it was not at all what it seemed. The Brent Hotel took us literally last minute but made us feel like we were there all the time. They were so kind and comforting! The Brent Hotel is clean, safe and a lovely place to stay! Thank you guys for turning the trip around!
- Lee (7/5): Friendly welcoming staff. Rooms are of a Reasonable standard considering the value for money - Excellent friendly staff
- Clarisse (8/5): Very good -
- Richard (7/5): Good -
- Declan (9/5): Superb - Host was very friendly and room was great
- Keanu (9/5): Superb -
- Vivienne (8/5): Very good - Good location, man in charge very helpful Nothing
- Damien (10/5): Nice comfortable hotel with friendly staff and great location for events at Wembley - Great location, friendly staff, clean room and comfy bed.
Close to Wembley stadium. Ample parking across road. Nothing - Everything was very good. As the host will tell you, it’s not the Ritz but it still has everything you need and is well looked after.
- Lee (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joanne (8/5): Would stay again. - Ideal for somewhere to stay if you're going to Wembley.
Andy at the front desk was very welcoming and super helpful.
Bed comfortable. A couple of lights not working in room. Broken plug socket.
Could feel a draft from front window, currently has a blind up but curtains too may help.
Overall a decent stay and would stay again if needed.
- Alex (9/5): Enjoyed our stay, would highly recommend - Man on the check in desk was fantastic
Room was very clean
Check in and check out process was quick and easy A little pricey but it was Event day at Wembley stadium so it was as expected
- Alan (10/5): Brent hotel - The person on the desk, Andy, I think was he's name. Was very helpful and welcoming and the room was good. There is nothing to complain about
- Bird (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable
Andy was so helpful
Great location for Wembley Would love a hairdryer in the room.
- M (8/5): Excellent for Wembley, spotless and friendly. - Location and cleanliness Beds very uncomfortable
- Drury (9/5): Superb - The staff was incredibly helpful, answered all our questions and gave us all the information we could need all while being super friendly.
- Aimee (9/5): Superb -
- Megan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Holly (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely location, not too far from Wembley Stadium. Very clean and tidy throughout and amazing customer service on front desk.
- Kyriagou (10/5): Exceptional - Andy who greeted us there was so friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a bigger room so we would be more comfortable. Andy gave us all the options on the best and quickest way to Wembly Staduim.
On our return my sister wanted a can of Pepsi and he said it was complimentary, which was much appreciated.
We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
- Daniel (7/5): Good -
- Lockwood (3/5): Poor -
- Samantha (9/5): Superb - Good location. Staff friendly and very helpful The room wasn't 100% clean, there was a French frie crisp between bed and cabinet, lots of hairs on the carpet. Plastic cup in bathroom had toothpaste left in the bottom.
- Matthew (7/5): Good value, clean and pleasant - Staff member was pleasant and helpful Bed was a bit hard
- Michelle (4/5): Hotel needs updating - The gentleman running the hotel was great really friendly and helpful Room was dated, lights didn't work, bed was broken had a massive dip in it bath room barley any lighting and tiny I am small and only 5ft 3 and just fit in the shower cubicle with needed a good clean and the soap holders were hanging off the walls.
There were no curtains, just a cheap blind so every bit of light came through. Windows were old, and you could hear every car. People taking we had a really bad night's sleep and ended up requesting a refund for the second night and going home. Although the location was amazing, I would not book again.
- Jeff (9/5): Would definitely stay there again - Staff very friendly and very helpful.Facilities great.Train station very handy and only one train stop away from Wembley Stadium and Arena
- Glenn678 (10/5): Concert Day Accomodstion - The young man on the front desk was very welcoming. He gave us lots of information about places to eat nearby and the easiest way of getting to Wembley Stadium. Nothing :)
- Linda (9/5): Friendly, Clean and Convenient Location. - Location, comfort, knowledgable staff.
My room was compact but clean and modern with a comfortable bed. I was at the front, overlooking the main road so it was quite noisy. The room was very warm but I couldn't open a window because of the noise.
- Leanne (8/5): Great night away for Wembley - Friendly informative reception on arrival. Comfy room. Made welcome. Cost was reasonable as I purchased the day tickets went on sale before prices increased. Everything was clean. Coffee/tea/biscuits were avaliable in room. Towels avalible shower hot and working well.
Locality to nearest tube station which is 10 min walk and a 30sec ride straight to Wembley and getting back was fantastic. All other commuters were going into Central London which meant we had no queue for northbound met line getting back to hotel.
We managed to park into the hotel grounds (Approx 6 spaces) but street parking avaliable close by that isn't permit. it didn't effect our stay, but to make hotel aware... carpet seemed old, ceiling above shower cracked and tile by toilet almost falling off.
- Tracey (8/5): Good, clean, basic accommodation close to Wembley, would come again. - For room only accommodation it was good. Comfy bed. It was close to Wembley via Preston North End tube and Kingsbury tube stations, only 10 minutes walk either so was well positioned. The reception guy Andy was super helpful and accommodating - great welcoming service! Bathroom was a little tired in our room and the shower controls were a little temperamental. Otherwise all good.
- James (7/5): Great location, friendly staff. - Staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is excellent - especially if attending an event at Wembley. A tube station, on the Metropolitan Line, is around ten minutes walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean but tired. If you're looking for something fancy, I would look elsewhere (and be prepared to pay a lot more)
- Marjorie (8/5): It was great! I recommend this hotel - I absolutely loved my stay at the Brent Hotel. I stayed one night after a concert at Wembley. Easy to get to and from the stadium. 10-15 minute walk from Preston Rd station, but I would recommend walking back in a group The hotel is easy to find and very secure, which is great. The staff at reception, Andy, was amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable, he gave me useful tips on how to get back quicker after the concert and avoid queues at the tube. He was also there still at the reception when I got back and despite the long shift was still as welcoming as ever! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My only slight criticism is around the shower which went from cold to scalding hot despite my point the temperature dial between 0 and 25 degrees…there must be a trick to not getting burnt but sadly I didn’t find it. So a quick shower for me.
This is a minor criticism in my view and I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again. The shower could improve see above full review pasted
- Ian (10/5): Excellent location, very friendly. - The property is in a really good location for a trip to Wembley or easy access to central London.
Our room was clean and comfortable and Andy on the desk was really friendly and helpful.
- Beth (9/5): Superb - Clean rooms, comfy beds, very friendly and helpful host!
- Christie (1/5): Bad -
- Francesca (8/5): Very good -
- No9dixiedean (8/5): Ideal for Wembley visits - Very clean, tidy, friendly staff, location 5 to 10 minutes walk to tube station, 1 stop to Wembley, bus stop right outside to either tube or Wembley
- Krystina (10/5): Great customer service, great place to stay if going to Wembley stadium - We stayed here for the eras tour literally only a two minute tube stop away. We were very lucky and got our room upgraded as we were the first to arrive. The guy on the front desk was absolutely amazing and so helpful giving us dinner recommendations and directions to the tube station. He was the best part of the whole stay and had us laughing and joking and made us feel very at home, he even stayed up a bit later to wait for everyone who was going to the concert. The room was good for the value. Not the most modern but a clean safe place to stay.
- Lidia (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing contact with receptionist.Very helpfull.Good location.Very clean. I can recommend 100%.
- Barbara (8/5): Very good -
- Karl (9/5): Superb - Great location for Wembley arena, handy for subways into the city, good places to eat within walking distance, guy on front desk very helpfully, quite area, would definitely stay again
- Yana (9/5): Lovely hotel, personal service - Very friendly, efficient, and informative check-in. Lovely location, extremely clean and quiet. Best nights sleep in years! 10 minute walk from Preston Road tube station and on bus route. Would stay again.
- Tanya (10/5): Exceptional -
- Steve (9/5): Superb - Very welcoming staff, the accommodation overall very satisfying. WiFi good service.
- Therose (10/5): Exceptional - Andy was super welcoming and helpful.
Room was great, spacious with a view of a lawned area. Full size fridge and a fan.
Would recommend to anyone attending events in the area May I suggest you provide bottles of mineral water in the fridge for guests
- Phoebe (9/5): Superb -
- Andrew (5/5): Passable -
- Paul (10/5): Great location great price and superb customer service - The location for easy access to Wembley Stadium is exceptional, as to London City via tube. The hotel is spotless, has great access via intercom system. The welcome you get at reception is fantastic, friendly, informative and professional. Customer service is top notch. Not applicable
- Mike (5/5): Passable - Andy at reception was friendly and helpful.
Good location. Blinds in the room were insufficient to keep out light. Bed was very noisy and could hear people coming and going from other rooms.
- Pedro (7/5): Great overnight stay and extremely helpful staff member on check in desk - Excellent location for our needs, ie close to Wembley stadium Small room, no breakfast, checkout too early
- Branimir (6/5): Pleasant - want to make photocopy of credit card??? This is absolutely illegal and unacceptable. And even opened a broken wooden cabinet for me to show me hundreds of photocopies of other hotel guests!!! And this was something normal according to them. Every issuing bank warns you not to give your credit card details! This thing is not described in the terms of booking.com
- Kellie (9/5): Very welcoming - Friendly staff and great location. What’s not to like!
- Sparkiemarky11 (10/5): Exceptional - friendly staff and location were superb. cost of everthing locally was expensive, most places were cashless which was a disapointment.
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good -
