• Will (9/5): Perfect for my purposes, where I needed a bolt hole to sleep. Great neighbourhood. - Location was perfect. Interior felt new. Very tidy. No dining table as place was too small. Needed place to put suitcase so that I could open it, access things.

• Lynette (9/5): Overall excellent. Just what I needed. - Great! The selection did not need anything more for a light breakfast. Other than (a) could hear muffled noise from the other units and (2) the toilet cleaner was empty, nothing else.

Clear and precise communication from the owner No real issue, but if I was being ultra critical, you would say there’s a bit of noise which travels from the neighbouring apartments

• Harris (9/5): - location , ease of supplied parking in an restricted or costly area , shops close , food close , close to facilities used during stay ( suncorp / westend / westend markets / southbank ) . easy to enter property , all necessary facilities available . next planned stay is in sydney so now have a benchmark ..... only negative which is not a biggie was no wall clock . some would say who needs one , but during stay plan was to not be bothered with mobile devices .

• Night (9/5): Amazing stay - The location was a few minute walk to a bus stop. The bed was very comfy, and the bathroom was very clean and amazing quality. The TV was big, so movie nights were amazing. There was only a microwave so you werent able to cook any decent food. Can't be really helped how small the space it but something small would've been nice.

• Daniel (7/5): Good - Compact but very clean and comfortable for a short stay. Great location. Nice sheets, plenty of towels and great water pressure in the shower. Although the studio is nice you can hear everything next door like people walking around opening cupboards and doors. As we were only there for one night it was not a big issue.

• Petra (10/5): A pleasant surprise. - Fantastic location, great little unit inside, well set up clean and comfortable for 1 or 2 people to stay for a few nights. The outside of the building was deceiving as it looked like it was an older run down place, but as soon as the door was opened it was a lovely surprise. There was no milk for coffee in the morning!!

It's obvious a lot of love went into renovations, and it makes the place feel very home like. Aircon works great and the shower has good pressure. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The bed was HARD. like concrete hard. A cheap mattress topper would probably go a long way. Bigger mirror would be nice but not essential.

• Liisa (9/5): Superb - A well designed, neat and functional studio. Bathroom was good size, and kitchenette had a fridge, microwave, kettle etc. Bedroom had a desk, storage space, bed and TV with lots of streaming services. Overall the property was very clean and in good condition. Check-in was easy, and the hosts were very responsive. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from surrounding properties and the street. The street is fairly quiet, but for a few nights during my stay there were some noisy neighbours which did affect my sleep.

• Jessica (6/5): modern and very clean space - Modern bathroom and all basic necessities provided. very handy to have coat hangers and kitchenette. located walking distance to laundromat and multiple takeaway spots. sound proofing non existent. can hear every breath of people in the units surrounding as well as any noise on the street. bed very hard and uncomfortable. would be helpful to have a second key to keep in internal side of door so door can be locked and unlocked quickly if needed in emergencies.

• Will (8/5): Great little place, perfect for a long weekend / week lng getaway in the city. - The location was great, with parking available, close to shops and the city to make it perfect for walking for amenities. THe room was cozy and well equipped for a short stay. Probably the only negative i can think of is the elephant who was residing in the room next door. Or at least sounded like an elephant every time they moved around. Obviously this isnt the fault of the owners but the walls / sound proofing was not the best at times. - this didnt affect anything during sleeping.

• Laing (4/5): Disappointing - Clean modern bathroom and toilet. The bed was the hardest I've come across in a lifetime of travel. I guess the passing traffic was 6m from that very hard.

The correspondence was clear, the room was clean, the fridge and freezer were good size, and the welcome ice cubes, water, milk, coffee, and teas, soup, and cereal were very much appreciated. The neighborhood was lovely and had some pretty murals with a lot of really good restaurants nearby. We would stay here again. We found out the walls were pretty thin when a couple had a fight next door. They stopped, but we could still hear a lot of things happening around us. I think it was mostly quiet at night, but I used a sleep mask with Bluetooth sounds to mask possible noises just in case.

• Alexander (3/5): Good location, but very uncomfortable sleep situation - Location was nice AC remote did not work. We messaged the owner and received no response. They sent a copy/pasted response regarding checking out that did not respond to the issue. A coffee machine was provided with no coffee pods. Perhaps the expectation was that we would purchase or bring pods? We were provided with a single key and the door required the key to be locked from the inside. This meant one person could not leave without either locking their partner in or leaving them alone with an unlocked door (a security risk of they were napping). Mattress was uncomfortable and pillows thin.
• Jia (10/5): Exceptional - The place was nice, cozy and clean. Nice thoughtful touches! Batteries for TV were flat, we used the Aircon and swapped around the batteries when using.

• Janina (10/5): Clean and tidy, well equipped studio in the heart of West End - The studio is nicely appointment with all facilities that are needed for a city stay. Fantastic location in West End also, quite yet close to restaurants and shops!

• Lesley (9/5): Great value for money - Ideal location with a short stroll to 2 different bus routes. Coffee machine was a welcome addition plus Netflix and Prime were great for relaxation Not enough counter space in the bathroom but quality of toilet paper made up for that!!
• Zita (10/5): Cozy and nice apartment close to the center of Brisbane - The apartment is in a very central location, Brisbane city centre is an easy walk away, and the area has a number of nice cafés and a surprisingly large amount of gyms. The apartment is super nice and clean, and had everything I could have asked for - the instant noodles in the cabinet saved my life when I arrived in the middle of the night. Craig and Meghan really thought of everything, the instructions were clear, there were enough towels, blankets, charging ports, and all spotless clean.
