- Muhammad (10/5): Owner was very nice and responsive. Overall, perfect. - Nice and cosy rooms with bath tub and bidet. The house was very clean and complete with all basic necessaries in the kitchen. Though a bit far from Central London, it has good connection with Southern Rail via Selhurst. No fan, it was quite hot. Steps are steep.

- Elizabeth (5/5): Good location but rough around the edges - The location was excellent as it was very close to where we needed to be. The kitchen and bathroom were very nicely designed. The bathroom was particularly nice. There were a lot of cracked tiles in the bathroom, the carpets weren't the cleanest. The TV in the lounge had a big crack in the corner of the screen which ruined the view on the TV. The house was completely freezing when we got there and it took ages to warm up - Having a timer so that the house was left with some heat when you arrive, would be good. The most annoying thing about it was the instructions to get in with the key safe outside were incorrect. The wrong passcode was given in the instructions. We tried to call the host and his phone was off and we were trying to get in for about an hour in the freezing cold. We were just about to leave and get a taxi to a hotel when he host made contact and told us the correct code. It was very annoying.
