Sumit (8/5): Very good - House location and communication with the owner is a plus point. A great size comfy house with easy in and out. I would recommend this place but firstly there are few things which need owners attention so whoever comes here stays comfortable and enjoys their stay. 1)The BBQ air outlet needs a proper clean, unable to cook anything so need to go to another place for bbq. 2) I would suggest two bedrooms with queen beds that need king beds in there, very uncomfortable queen beds. 3)No portable garage remote to put in the car. 4)Downstairs toilet flush button flushing water itself. 5)The balcony needs to be clean and full of webs. 6) The upstairs living room sofa needs a dry cleaning very dirty.
Brendan (8/5): A peaceful getaway - location and view There were couple of issues i.e. dust, cobweb and insects inside the house, some of the fans didn’t work.
Amanda (6/5): Caution about how it's advertised - House was clean and nice and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was advertised as four bathrooms but there were only 2 with three toilets. One of the toilets wasn't working properly either (kept flushing) and the other didn't have a curtain. Add to the fact it was advertised as pet friendly but then got told afterwards only outside made it feel like a bait and switch.
Heidi (7/5): pleasant and comfortable - very spacious the oven could do with a proper clean. also the attitude of one of the gentleman staff at the real estate who threatened me that there was a policeman neighbour who would report any party if there was one. this was because he failed to understand my conversation that I was coming to the island for a family reunion and to celebrate my brothers 70th birthday -he lives on the island and the party was held at his house. the guy jumped to the conclusion that we were going to hold a party and was plain rude and arrogant. had I not paid upfront I would have cancelled and rebooked elsewhere - he should not be in a customer focussed employment. thank you
