Khalid (3/5): 👍🏻 - Not good Apartment 3/5. The cleaning service is poor; they only change the trash can and towels and don't clean the place, especially if you're staying for an extended period. The dishwasher is also broken and hasn't been repaired. The curtains in the room let in sunlight. Furthermore, the cleaners are very noisy while cleaning the adjacent rooms; they don't clean quietly, which is disturbing and forces us to wake up early. The only redeeming features of the apartment are the rooms, the living room, and the two bathrooms, but the service is terrible. It's also common for cleaners to enter rooms even if you haven't placed a cleaning order on the door, which is a violation of privacy the internet is not working.

Thomas (9/5): - Der fortährend vorhandene Kontakt zum Gastgeber hat für kommunikative Sicherheit gesorgt. Die Wohnung war geräumig und ruhig. Kaffee gab es dazu, das war wichtig :D Die vorhandene direkte Parkmöglichkeit ist für unseren Motorradurlaub unabdingbar gewesen. Im Grunde war alles wunderbar. Für unseren Zweck, nämlich Motorradtouren mit dem darauffolgenden Entspannen in der Unterkunft, war alles wunderbar.

Gloria (5/5): Pulizia molto insufficiente! - Appartamento moderno, ben arredato. La pulizia era davvero insufficiente! Nel materasso del letto erano presenti capelli e macchie di sangue. Sotto al letto erano presenti accumuli di polvere enormi. Anche l’aspiratore del bagno trasbordava di polvere. I piatti e le posate erano sporchi. Nonostante l’avessimo fatto notare, non è stato posto rimedio.

Henriette Fogh (4/5): - Roligt og hyggeligt område, tæt på alle seværdigheder i kaprun. Nem indtjekning og forholdvis moderne stand. Håndklæder og sengelinned. Parkerings kælder. Opvaskemaskinen virkede ikke og værterne tilbød intet som kompensation. Og vi skulle selv rykke for svar om den var blevet fikset hver dag. Derudover var lågen til fryseren i køleskabet også i stykker, som vi ikke blev informeret om. Der var lang kø ved afhentning af nøglekort og betjenningen var ikke særlig service minded. Handlede mest om at få folk hurtig igennem. Sove sofaen er ikke særlig god.

The appartment is really located in nice location and the stay was pleasant and very good value for money. Specially the summer card and travel pass. Everything was well communicated. If you have a car this is not an issue. Sebastian (5/5): - - Garage is quite good - Short ways (by car) to the lake and mountains - Nice view on the mountains - A heavy coat rack fell from the wall onto my wife's feet. Fortunately, she wasn’t injured, but we had to cover the €160 cost for a caretaker to reattach it. That took just 10 minutes and that I had to help with. - The "Summer Card" was initially charged to us, even though it was supposed to be included. The receptionist claimed this was Booking.coms mistake. Only after calling the hotel management we were refunded. - Many small things in the apartment were broken or malfunctioning: the elevator (fixed after a few days), the freezer door, the couch lamp, the soap dispenser in the shower etc. Not really a big problem, but together with the attempts to get more money from us, a frustrating experience.

Elly (9/5): Genoten van prachtig appartement met vriendinnen! - Ons appartement was in Zell am See, de sleutels moesten wij in Kaprun ophalen aangezien we rond middernacht arriveerden. De vermelding om welk kluisje het ging was niet duidelijk. We moesten ons de volgende ochtend weer in Kaprun bij de receptie melden. Dat was het enige minpunt. Wat ook vermeld mag worden, dat is een positieve verrassing is dat elke dag de bedden worden opgemaakt en het appartement wordt schoongemaakt. voor het uitchecken mochten we de sleutels op tafel laten liggen.

Andrea (8/5): Saubere Unterkunft, im Grunde auch wirklich gut aber Nix was einen für weitere Buchungen motiviert - Zentrale Lage zum Lift Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Wandern Teilweise überfordertes personal…sehr freundlich…aber auch wenig flexibel…viele teils auch überflüssige Mails vor und vor allem unmittelbar der Anreise

Jana (7/5): Great location, good quality acommodation with some comments on how to make it perfect vs just good - Location, cleaness, design, two bathrooms, kitchen, room for skies We were the only apartment with no underground garage, although there were free spaces, also meant no easy access to the undeground skies depot. Our backs will remember the horrible sofa bed for quite some time. No option to dry the stuff after skiing, the driers folded on the terrace covered under snow were falling apart.
