• Laura (10/5): This is a delightfully comfortable gem in a quiet and well connected neighborhood. - This is easily the most impressive stay I have ever had in a private residence. Simone sent me extensive information about the area, picked us up at the train station and helped to replan ongoing travel in the midst of a rail strike. I cannot commend this host enough. The apartment is immaculate, updated and comfortable. It is located in a quaint neighborhood in Rome out of the main tourist crowds, but close to the metro for easy connectivity throughout the city. The fully functioning kitchen, splendid shower and very comfortable bed made us wish we were staying here much longer. Thank you very much for making Rome so special. Nothing could have possibly been better!

The location is excellent, next to the subway line where the majority of the tourist attractions are, you don't need to change the train, to arrive at the destination.A supermarket 24/7 is just next to the subway station and several restaurants where you can take a Italian food also. The neighborhood is secure during the evening. You have everything that you need in the apartment.

Odbiór z lotniska, miła niespodzianka w apartamencie, świetny kontakt przez cały okres pobytu w Rzymie. Cudownie trafić na takich ludzi jak Simone! I na pewno chcemy tam wrócić! A sam apartament ma wszystko, czego potrzeba, jest w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. Polecamy z całego serca. Grazie mille, Simone, da Franek e Hania. A dopo!

Dostaliśmy nawet bon na śniadanko w pobliskim barze, a to jak bardzo Simone nam pomógł, kiedy nas okradziono, to osobna historia. Przemili i pomocni właściciele, okolica spokojna, supermarket 24h niedaleko, bary również, i do parku akweduktów też da się dojść pieszo. Polecam Brak.

• Mark (10/5): Had a great stay at Simone’s well equipped apartment. His hospitality was exceptional! - Simone met us and provided the keys and a tour of the property. The little touches and Simone’s kindness / hospitality went above and beyond. Having a washing machine / fully functioning kitchen made this a home from home. Bed was nice and comfy. Simone provided a voucher for a cafe nearby to have a coffee & croissant one morning. The food & coffee there was very good and the owners friendly, so we started there every day. Location wise the apartment is a short walk to the metro, located in a safe residential neighbourhood. We got a 3 day ticket for the metro which was cheap compared to the UK. We liked returning to the apartment after the chaos of Rome. Nothing.
• Ashish (9/5): Superb - The apartment was spacious for two with a well furnished kitchen and close proximity to the train station. What blew us away was the level of service delivered by Simone. He picked us up from the train station and dropped us back even though we had 2 large suitcases. He was available for our queries at all times. There were thoughtful touches at every step. From complementary coffee and croissant breakfast at the friendly cafe next door or the numerous treats left for us in the house. Simone made this experience so special for us. His hospitality is unmatched.

It had everything you could think of and also free treats :) But the best part was Simone (the host), he is the best host i had, he was super active and gave us so many tips and information about everything we wanted. He responded always in 10 minutes max and did everything for us. I strongly recommend you to stay here, because for the price it is a 11/10.
• Alexandra (10/5): Cosy private house with a quick direct connection to city centre and an amazing host - Simone was an absolutely amazing host and went out of his way to make our stay great. He provided us with information on gluten free restaurants in the area, picked us up from the airport and answered promptly whenever we had any questions. The home itself was very cosy, had everything we needed and more (we did not use the kitchen but it was fully equipped) and was close to the metro station (7 min walking) with a direct connection to all the biggest sites in the city centre. The neighborhood itself was more local than touristy, which we liked. It was safe and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place for your stay! We felt very welcome and taken care of. Nothing to say.
• Vesko (10/5): Great place to stay and a fantastic host - It was a great stay, the place was wonderful- cosy and clean - and the host Simone is fantastic, helpful all the way the whole stay, he contacted us every day to check all was ok. You can find everything you need in the place and also grocery shop that works at night too. Buses available to get you easy to the city center.
• Maja (10/5): Exceptional - I do not usually write long reviews but for this one I must: This was the best host ever on Booking! Simone is a wonderful man, always there to help, always to give advice, always to care. He made tourist guides for what to visit, where to go, what to see, everything! He maid also 3, 4 walking routs so you see everything and experience it by foot. He paid a lot of atention for every detail, he even left some biscuits and drinks for the welcoming. Regarding the apartment, you have everything and I mean really everything you need, an iron, hairdryer, washing machine, air conditioning, ventilator, coffee machine, all kind of dishes, umbrella, sewing kit, toothbrushes, towels, shampoos, shower gels, little soups…It was clean and cozy. The metro station is in about 700 m, the line is A which is the main line and well connected with the center and all monuments in Rome. I would truly like to recommend this booking to everyone who wants to meet the most kind and amazing person and have a great experience in Rome. Once more, thank you Simone for everything! Many thanks for all the care and helpfulness with which the owner treated us. One of the biggest advantages of this accommodation is that it is located in a quiet safe neighborhood on the main metro line. The historic center is beautiful, but after a whole day we were most grateful to return in the evening away from other tourists to a quiet area. Another great advantage for us was the nearby grocery store with quality food open 24/7. The accommodation itself is cute, with a historical touch, it felt unique. At the same time, it is fully equipped and that is a great freedom compared to a hotel. The big heat waves, which we also experienced, can then be handled well thanks to the air conditioning. What other accommodation certainly does not offer, however, is such a welcoming attitude of the owner. He created a series of Guides for us which included tips and recommendations for famous but also lesser known sights, restaurants and markets. We could always turn to him for advice. We felt that we were not alone on our trip to Rome and we appreciated it very much. We were truly satisfied and have nothing to complain about.

Our host was waiting for us with a bottle of wine and two cold beers, gave a full tour, and was always available whenever we had any questions. There is a 24/7 store just ~10 minutes away, right next to the subway. there is nothing that we didn't like. and I'm honestly a bit concerned how much stuff can I write here, because it will not let me post the review. the green bar is filling slowly, but steadily. hah, done!
• Gloria (10/5): The best! - This has been the best lodging in which I've stayed, and we have traveled a lot so it's not lightly that we've valued it as the best. Let's start with the host, Simone was very attentive and nice, he received us at the train station and took us to the apartment. He also provided us with all the required information regarding the apartment, the city and the area in which the apartment is located. A total genius :) The apartment has everything you need and more. It has an awesome distribution of the 3 main areas (kitchen-leaving room, bedroom and bathroom). All the details have been taken care for, equipment, decoration, comfort. Even though the apartment is not in the city center, it's very well located, only 5 blocks from the subway station and from there just some minutes to get to all the major city attractions as Subway A connects you to all the popular areas of the city. We actually enjoyed that it wasn't in the city center because the area is very quiet and nice at night, so you can relax after a long tourism day. Grazie mille Simone! Hope to be back soon!

• Min (10/5): Excellent. Literally. - I was so impressed by the kindness of the host. After we arrived at FCO airport, we were not able to reach the city center because of train cancellation. When we noticed this to the host, he calmed us and informed us about alternative transportation and even picked us up at Termini station. He even stored our luggages on the check-out day and brought luggages to us to Termini. Our travel on that day was so comfortable thanks to him. He was so warm-hearted and tried his best to provide best service for our comfortable stay. The room was super clean, everything was well equipped, and there were even board games to play. The location was also sound; we did not have any inconvinience regarding the location. Again, I was so satisfied with this accomodation because of the great room quality and friendly host, making my stay in Rome very comfortable and relieved. I sincerely and highly recommend this accomodation. And I want to say thank you again to the host! You are so sweet and kind! :)

He’s thought of everything for the comfort of guests. The apartment is attractive, comfortable and well-equipped. It's about a 10 minute walk to the metro which runs into the center of Rome. • Pien (10/5): Great and clean apartment - We had a wonderful stay in Rome! Everything was really clean. There were some things we particularly appreciated, such as the breakfast at the cafe, all the small complimentary things (coffee, toiletries, etc). The fact that we could use a fully equipped kitchen was also amazing! Tip: have dinner at Grandma The apartment is close to the metro, but still 20 minutes away from the city centre.
