Guest Reviews
Nichts
- Andrew (10/5): Ideal base to explore Rome. - It is as described, a charming apartment in a wonderful location. Elena was incredibly flexible in working around our arrival and departure times, which is invaluable when travelling with an 8 year old. Would stay there again.
- Joanna (10/5): Excellent ! 10/10 - A very beautiful and comfortable apartment located on the top floor of a renovated historic building, with a private elevator. The beds are equipped with large, firm, and very comfortable mattresses — perfect for proper recovery after days filled with thousands of steps. The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need.
The neighborhood offers all essential amenities within a 3-minute walk: a café, kiosk, bakery, pharmacy, 24/7 supermarket, post office, and more. There are also numerous public transport stops nearby, making it easy to get around.
Excellent communication with the owner, who is incredibly kind and helpful.
- LOURDES (10/5): - Ubicación inmejorable y apartamento muy tranquilo y limpio.

- Laura (10/5): Great stay!!!! - We loved everything - clean and beautiful apartment located so central and at the same time calm and safe. Elena, the owner of the apartment, warmly welcomed us (including some presents - thank you again!), allowed us to check-in much earlier. She gave us lots of useful info, she is very responsive, helpful and kind. The bed and coach are both very comfortable. The kitchen is full with everything needed. Wonderful everything!!!!

- Houda (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, and we really appreciated the effort she made to allow us an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our trip so much more comfortable. The apartment itself was amazing: very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. It felt welcoming and cozy, and we truly felt at home during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would happily stay here again.
- Celia (9/5): Very nice apartment and -
- Anonymous (10/5): Amazing, comfortable, and fun for our son. - The apartment was a classic Rome apartment refurbished for modern use. It truly felt like we were living in Rome and it was great
- Fernando (9/5): Superb -
- Ágnes (10/5): A comfortable and memorable stay with great hospitality and plenty of opportunities around. - The apartment was spacious, clean, offering everything we needed for our short family trip. Perfectly located near to the historic city and surrounded by nice restaurants.
The bed was comfortable and big enough for our little one to sleep with us.
Elena, our host, was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even better. A perfect spot for families or couples looking for comfort and great hospitality with privacy.
- Poelani (10/5): A little jem with everything you will need just around.. - Elena is a 5 stars host..She is friendly and went beyond our expectations to receive us and make everything easy for us..She even added a special touch to our rooms with chocolates on our beds and a cold bottle of wine waiting for us..The apartment is one block from the coliseum..it's next to the police station which makes the street safe..then the block in front of the apartment is full of restaurants, markets and street performers on certain days..The whole area has bank machines..and tour sellers for busses and anything a tourist could need.It also has lots of small convenient stores to buy anything you need from food to toiletry etc...Don't make the mistake we made and sit at the first restaurants you see..walk around and compare before you decide where to eat..Prices at those restaurants are awesome and ranges from 6 euro for a plate of food and 12 to 15 euro for the most expensive restaurants..The apartment has an elevator..which is a big plus..it's in an old building so the style of it is ancient but it's spacious and it has a flat screen TV and ac which is another plus..The beds are very comfortable..Except for a small shower and it being decorated in old style you will love coming home after crazy days in center of Rome to a clean and comfortable place..It's like having a tiny village in the middle of Rome center so it's very relaxing..Best part other than the host being awesome and the area well located is that everything is there in your block..(restaurants..small convenient stores..tickets tour and tour seller all around..souvenir..markets..fresh produce market in the morning..the coliseum at the end of the block..taxi..bank machines).. I definitely will recommend it to all my friends and family and will definitely rent it for future trips. Oh and Elena speaks English..For those like us in Rome for the first time it's so nice since not everyone except for tourists speak English... Shower: I am not a petite person so the shower is very tiny..But it's seem likes it's how it is in Europe since other places we visited also had tiny shower..Unless you are skinny..you may have problem bending down to wash your legs etc..
Elevator:make sure to use the two keys..It has two keys..One that brings you up..one that brings you down..We went down and just push the zero button and ended in the hotel under. the hotel attendant was not really please to have strangers popping out of nowhere lol..
(The first two floors are a hotel the other two are private aparts.)
