• Kaewurai (10/5): It’s a great place to stay. Highly recommended. - The accommodation was very clean, beautiful, and comfortable. The room was spacious and looked exactly like the photos. I traveled with my family of five and we had seven suitcases, but it still didn’t feel crowded. It’s close to Metro Line 2, which makes getting around very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby and it’s also close to shopping malls. The area is lively and never feels deserted. The entrance might be a little confusing at first, but it’s easy to find if you follow the check-in instructions. The host is very kind and responds quickly. They also offer an airport transfer service, which I highly recommend because it’s affordable and more convenient than booking a car yourself. I would definitely stay here again. 🤗 Nothing

• Rodney (9/5): Excel location, quiet, great value for larger families, responsive hosts. We’ll stay again for sure - Good clear instructions to gain access. Excellent location close to metro line from airport. Shopping mall close by. Apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - handy as there were 5 adults. Host was very responsive and answered all our queries quickly and clearly (even helping to get a package delivered to us from Xi’an. Note if travelling on internal flights that battery packs not certified in China will be taken from you but can be sent onto your next destination which happened in this instance) Given there were 5 adults it would have helped to have enough plates and bowls etc but really only a minor issue. Beds are on the ‘harder’ end of the comfort scale

• Javier (10/5): Estancia con grupo de amigos - La ubicación es extraordinaria, está al lado de la línea de metro que es supercomoda para poder moverte a casi cualquier lugar de interés . El anfitrión fue muy amable con nosotros, nos ayudó a recuperar un paquete que habíamos perdido en el aeropuerto. La casa está bien equipada y al tratarse de un piso 18 tiene buenas vistas. Muy bien precio para los alojamiento que había. Nada :(

• weiwen (8/5): - 位置好，在地鐵2號線靜安寺站2號出口附近，附近很熱鬧。 1.淋浴間只有一半的門，水會潑出來，整間浴室會溼答答不舒服。 2.大間雙人房的床有點凹陷，翻身時床會嘎嘎響，影響睡眠。

• Yasmine (6/5): Pleasant - location was good - near train station and food options. Owner was responsive towards feedback and tried to rectify it immediately. House was slightly dirty. Dead bugs between the bed and wall in the smallest room. Headboard was dusty. Met with a few issues during check-in. Fridge was filthy and the kitchen sink was stuck. Shower head pressure was small and one of the room's aircon was spoilt. Owner tried to rectify it immediately but failed to tell us that we did not need to be present during the repairs. We wasted almost 3 hours waiting for the repair man to come and be done. Dryer is very small and is only able to take less than one third load of the washer to dry.

I would recommend to have it on the ground as well like many of hetel in Korea. Host is very professional problem solving and listen what we are requesting. I am very happy to stay here. for sure if I travel there again will first consider and if my friend ask me about hotel I would suggest this place. they have plenty of mansion , I also stay at Jiafa mansion where is very near to Starbuck reserve roastery.

The location of the apartment is superb. It Surrounded by all kind of restaurants. Shopping mall, Jing Ann Temple and. Metro station are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

A few steps away to a metro station interchange and there are plenty of eateries surrounding the area to get a quick bite or a proper sit down restaurant to rest our legs. The apartment is very clean and the host was very prompt in resolving issues pertaining to the workings of the equipment. There is even Luckin coffee downstairs where I always get a quick cup of coffee every morning. The instructions to check into the apartment were clear as well. Nothing that I can think of.

• Yin (10/5): It was a very pleasant experience staying here. - It's right next to Jing'an Temple. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the subway station, Jing'an Temple, Jiuguang Department Store, and 1788. The room also has an amazing view, which is definitely worth recommending. There are plenty of food options nearby, with various cuisines available. The room is spacious, and the living room is big enough for friends to hang out. The three bedrooms are also convenient for resting. I stayed in the bedroom with an attached bathroom. Communication with the landlord was quick and prompt. When I ran out of laundry detergent, they sent me a new one right away. The room is equipped with an umbrella. The disposable items are similar to those in hotels.

• Dou (10/5): The transportation is convenient, the room is clean, and the landlord provides attentive service. - Located in a busy area, there are 3 subways, shopping malls and urban parks within 10 minutes' walk. The room is consistent with the pictures, and the decoration style is very much liked. The facilities are beautifully arranged, and the living room has a projection theater experience. The sanitation is very clean, and the landlord is always ready to answer any questions. The room is soundproof, and I slept very peacefully all night.
