Guest Reviews
- Daniela (10/5): - War alles so neuwertig wie zu Hause mit Balkon
- Kyrylo (1/5): Nice furniture. Awful service. - Furniture is good looks like on the picture First the owner refused to give check-in instructions after the room was paid on Booking. He asked us not to leave city tax money in the room like others in Italy but to pay it via PayPal or Revolut send us to a BAR or tobacco store to pay otherwise he won’t give instructions. It was a night when we reached Rome and we had to look for several places with Revolut payments before we found one that helped us. It felt like blackmailing. Finally he sent instructions… it was a poor video in Italian🙈 He spoke the codes for the doors. We didn’t understand a word I asked him to put it in English or numbers because we don’t speak Italian and he asked us to look video several times more to understand. Then he stopped replying my messages and never picked up a phone. We have to translate it took us a while when we get into the apartment. It was so hot so I turned on the aircon but it turned out that it’s doesn’t work, broken or has no gas in the system. I asked the owner and he replied that we should just relax and go to sleep. Then we found dirty towels, leaking shower and in the morning realized that the house is in the middle of the construction site. The service is terrible here, but if you like quests on vacation you can come and try.
