Jade (7/5): Good - Location, rooms were nice and everything needed was available Bottom step broken - friend injured their ankle and back quite badly. Would be good to have wifi available as many of the group had no reception whatsoever

Quirky entrance with odd neighbour’s with barking dogs. A small lamp in lounge room for ambient lighting would be useful
