• Batong (10/5): Craig is a great host! I called him twice for some issues and he responded right away. Highly recommend it. - Great location! Restaurants, cafes and 24 hour laundry mat just a couple blocks from the apartment. Kitchen was also well equipped and a good size refrigerator. Thin walls. One early morning, I could hear a couple next door arguing.

• April (10/5): Awesome place to stay - Property was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was close to South Bank and local supermarkets. Really enjoyed my stay and will absolutely will rebook if I visit Brisbane in the future. Location was really quiet. No issues

• Robin (7/5): Schönes Appartement in ruhiger Wohngegend - Schöne und ruhige Lage im Wohnviertel. Fußläufig ein Supermarkt und verschiedene Restaurants erreichbar. Außerdem ist man schnell am Fluss, der wirklich toll ausgebaut ist. Die Küche und generell das Appartement sind gut ausgestattet. Appartement heizt sich leider ziemlich schnell auf. Fenster und Türen sind ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und machen keinen sicheren Eindruck. Parkplatzsituation anders wie in Anzeige beschrieben

• Federica (10/5): Excellent! - I stayed at Studio 5 for six nights. Absolutely great! Everything was very good: - location: you have everything you need around (Aldi supermarket, bus stops, gyms, yoga centres, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy and medical centre), around 20 mins walk to the city centre (Melbourne street) - WiFi connection is great - it’s clean and equipped with every single thing you may need in an apartment (towels, toiletries, hair dryer, toilet paper, tissues, iron, drying rack, bedsheets and blanket, good shower: hot water and pressure) - the kitchen is also well equipped (the switch is behind the microwave) - AC hot and cold air - safe and quiet area - Craig & Meghan are fantastic hosts Small thing: there was a bit of dust under the bed and the sofa, but nothing major, it didn’t affect at all my stay.

• Chelsea (10/5): It was a wonderful stay would come again - I love how welcoming that place was when we entered there was a welcome book with all the information about that place and how to contact the owners if there was a problem and all little activity to do there. The stay was in a lovely areas very quiet. That parking around was a bit hard to get out off due to a car parked on the other side of the road blocking the way out for us

• Elina (5/5): Great location and amenities, but the cleanliness and pest issues made it uncomfortable and not really enjoyable. - Well equipped and good location with coffees, laundromat just around the corner, close to southbank. Not as clean as advertised and a lot of cockroaches that came into the house through windows and doors. Bug spray did not help unfortunately.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Nice place for the price. Near what you need. - Great little property. About a 30 minute walk to south bank where the park was. Quiet, comfortable place. Glad for free parking. Had no issues at all. Do recommend. As a single female, I would prefer some more locks on the door but that's a preference.

Many restaurants, cafe's, and supermarkets within 5 mins walk of the front door. A short walk to the Brisbane river walking and cycle paths. Only a quick bus ride or walk to Southbank and the CBD.
