Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighboring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

- MAUREEN (10/5): We all had a great time, the unit catered to our every needs, young and old!, - The location was excellent with views of the water Nothing could have been better. The unit was clean and had everything and more than we required for our stay.
- Sharon (9/5): Absolutely perfect getaway - The appartment was clean and modern and felt like home. Love the extras such as kids games and books . The block of homes were very quiet with lovely gardens and green areas for my son to play . Pool was right out the front and in good condition. Kitchen had plenty of extras including kids bowls and cups and a coffee pod machine .
Plenty of room for the whole family ( 5 adults and 1 child) . Neighbourhood felt completely safe and could walk around at night .
Would love to return for another stay someday. Some of the electrical appliances ( blinds , entry gates etc ) were tricky to figure out how to use as there were no labels or instructions . It was ‘ press a button and see what works “
Parking was a little tricky with only one entry gate working.
