• Ewa (10/5): Great place! - Very clean and comfortable room with good bathroom. Theresa was a responsive host and she kindly left snacks and breakfast for guests. The location was good, close to stores and restaurants and buses downtown. Just a minor note, not a negative - for some reason the listing has hot tub on it when there is not one. But there is a bath tub :)

• Stephanie (1/5): Only excellent if your are staying a week or less. Theresa gets bossy and unprofessional - Very clean. I really enjoyed the free snacks the privacy in the locked room where you felt like you and your belongings were safe. I didn't like the fact that the owner Theresa asked me to contact some Michael guy to stay for two days because she didn't have those two days available. It felt shady and I had wondered if I should feel comfortable there with that. She could've been trying to help me out, but she was rude later on, and it was getting concerning. When you're staying in somebody else's house and you're being made to feel like your subordinate and not as good as them it makes a person feel unsafe. I thought it was very disrespectful and rude, especially to a woman my age. And also, I had already gave her a heads up that I was looking for a place to rent. There was some other safety concerns around the area. I just felt like overall if I stayed there for some time that there would've been some inappropriate things so if you are traveling alone, especially from a different country and you're a female, I would not recommend this place.

• Jose Carlos (10/5): - We stayed for Coldplay concert, the location was perfect! Just in front of the house is the bus stop and is like 15 min from Roger Stadium. Also, Theresa was always answering. The room was great, but maybe a mirror in the room can help since we had to share the bathroom with 2 more couples.

From the moment I arrived, the self‑check‑in process was seamless—clear instructions and hassle‑free access made settling in a breeze. We booked it on last minute in the middle of the night and got quick response from homeowner - There were a lot of snacks, hot/cold drinks and toiletries available included in price. Homeowner made it as comfortable as possible:) also bus station is like 2 min away it could have been cleaner in a bathroom
