Colchões de boa qualidade, firmes e confortáveis. Sistema de aquecimento funcionou muito bem. Não é de frente e não tem vista direta da rua o que contribui para ser silencioso. Algumas lâmpadas estavam queimadas e iluminação do espelho do banheiro deixou a desejar. Um dos quartos tem iluminação muito fraca.
