• M.Rie (4/5): - Die Unterkunft ist extrem zentral und alles zu Fuß prima erreichbar. Es hat im Bad geschimmelt, die Belüftung war nicht auszuschalten und hat die ganze Nacht laut gebrummt und in der gesamten Unterkunft hat es modrig gerochen.

• Matthias (5/5): Lage top, Sauberkeit flop - Lage super, viel nützliches vorhanden, modern gestaltet 2. Schlafraum ohne Fenster, muffiger Geruch, feuchte Wände, eine Wand mit Schimmel. Sauberkeit lässt teilweise zu Wünschen übrig.
• JCL79 (6/5): - Pros: Excellent location: Conveniently situated within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and Ludwigsburg Castle. Spacious: Comfortably accommodated three adults and one child. Good value for money: The price was reasonable for the area. Smooth check-in: The process was straightforward and hassle-free. There is a keyless entry, which is very easy. Responsive host: Quick to reply and easy to communicate with. Cons: Pest issues: The apartment had a noticeable presence of ants and fruit flies, which appears to be a recurring issue mentioned by a previous guest. Cleanliness concerns: The refrigerator was not properly cleaned, with bits of food and paper debris left behind. Several dishes, located in the cabinet, were dirty and had to be re-washed prior to using. The apartment had a persistent musty or moldy odor, the couch was stained (and is not the same couch shown in pictures), and there were visible mold and hairs on the walls and towel rack in the bathroom, suggesting some areas are not thoroughly cleaned between stays. Shower: There is only a bathtub. There is no traditional standing shower. Inaccurate Photos: The couch, ottoman, and lamp are not the same as what is depicted in the photos. And there is no longer a laptop with a monitor located on the desk. While not a huge deal, an accurate depiction of the apartment and what's located inside should be of utmost importance. Parking fee: No free on-site parking. However, parking is available at a nearby parkhaus but costs €20 per day. This is clearly communicated in advance, but guests should be aware of the added expense. Suggestions for improvement: Pest issues: Hire a professional to mitigate the ant issue. Cleanliness concerns: More care should be given to areas that are often overlooked. The apartment needs a periodic deep-cleaning. Shower issue: Buy a longer cord and move the location of the hand sprayer from knee level to standing level. It should also be moved to the same wall as the washer/dryer. Then, it would function as a legitimate shower.

Sofa was dirty, there were ants in the apartment and the iron is damaged which meant that I ruined a shirt because the damage is barely noticeable (there is a crack near the pointed end). I wrote to the property on 13th June 2025 about these matters however they haven't bothered to reply. Not impressed at all.

• Tajul (7/5): Decent and spacious - Love the location and area around. Very spacious and enough for a family of 4 or 5. Easy in and out. Not the best area to plan dinner late as everything shuts at 8 pm There was a strange smell all along, cant be sure what was it, could be of smoke or paintwork or some repair work done recently.
