- Susilawati (8/5): Spacious property with good facilities but a little old fashioned when it comes to the check-in system. - Love the rented apartment concept. Facilities are great and everything is spacious, although the building condition is not exactly new. Bedroom is spacious with AC, ensuite bathroom (shower, basin, and toilet), wardrobes, and clothes iron. There is also an additional powder room or separate toilet for guests next to the kitchen. Kitchen facility is also complete. Living room has sofa, AC and TV set. When I arrived at the front office (concierge) around 3 AM (due to delay of my evening flight from Jakarta), the security personnel who sat there was really slow and he did not have a clue about anything! When he registered my name on the manual logbook in writing, he did not know which one was my passport number, so I had to show him. When I asked him which way was the mailing room to retrieve my keycard, he did not know at all! Thank God, minutes later there was another security personnel who could actually help me and I could finally get my keycard. The keycard was also problematic. During the 2nd and 3rd use, it was a struggle to get the keycard to function. I had to tap it over and over on the keypad of the room door until the numbers appeared, then I could type the 9-digit passcode number. It was old fashioned and uncomfortable.
- Izzuddin (9/5): Perfect place for a staycation with a big group family - Location is located very near to MRT and walking distance to KLCC. The unit is very spacious, comfortable and quite clean. Unable to check in at 3pm but the host compensated it with check out at 12 noon. honestly that was a good move and i really appreciate that. Will definitely come here again.

- Amir (1/5): Just awful - It is not the same as pictures showing. It was awful and very dirty. You can see so many spider web in the walls . The curtains were broken and untidy. Omg i never seen like this. The management is awful. Take the deposits and money then told me dorry the access cart not working and i want to cry from them. And i the mobile fone which i have never answer. Finally i scape from there . Anytime if you want i can send you the pictures as well

- Muhammad (1/5): Very bad and disappointing - Nothing to like Its a scam! They posted price RM 160 and later they charge RM 70 for the cleaning service. The view is totally locked by the next building. The staff was impolite, when I requested to let me check in 1 hr earlier, as my kids and family was travelling since past 5 hrs. Cherry on the top there was no parking. I paid additional RM 50 for the parking. Next day they told us to leave by 11:00 am. In this price, one can get a 5 star hotel with service. I am not happy at all
