W łazience w brodziku włosy po poprzednich lokatorach.

• Norbert (8/5): Bad start but great stay! - Close to the metro (2 stations after Sagrada Família), close to big shops like Lidl, clean and warm - you can adjust temperature as you like It is a new apartment with kitchen equipment and even watching machine. When we arrived there was a key missing in the box! However the emergency number worked even at 23:00 and someone came with the key and let us in. The cleaner must have left keys on the table rather than in the lock box.

• Alina (9/5): Saubere und komfortable Unterkunft - Saubere, moderne, komfortable und sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, die nichts zu wünschen übrig gelassen hat. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man gut angebunden, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in direkter Nähe, die Lage erschien uns ruhig und sicher. Ansonsten war alles prima, die Vermietung in der Regel gut erreichbar und entgegenkommend. Laut Beschreibung sollte ein Balkon vorhanden sein, wofür sich der Zugang auf dem Flur befand. Leider war dieser abgeschlossen und somit für uns nicht nutzbar. Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir keine Information dazu. Wir hätten uns über mehr als einen Schlüssel für drei Personen gefreut.
• Pegah (8/5): - The location is close to several metro stations, and it is about a 20–30 minute walk to some tourist attractions such as the Sagrada Família and the Hospital de Sant Pau. The house was clean with large windows, and there was a cleaning package that included dishwashing liquid, washing machine capsules, and dishwasher tablets. There were good bars and restaurants near the location. There were only three coffee capsules. However, there were no cooking spices, which are usually available in most rental apartments.

• Tia (10/5): - Exactly like the pictures, clean, perfect for 3 people. very nice quiet area with easy access to public transport and supermarkets. Lots of utensils. If I am not mistaken, the property was advertised as having a balcony, there is a door in the hallway between the two apartment doors which leads to a terrace, I assume that’s what they meant.

• David (4/5): In summary, the apartment was nice, but i am not satisfy with this stay - I like that the apartment was very clean and very nice. I didnt like many things. First i didnt like that that after paying the apartment, we need to pay an extra thing and after we dont pay that we dont get any information. Thats not good at all, it is stressful. Second, we had an issue with the door key, i contacted the property by message and no answer, that is also very bad.
• Shahab (10/5): a clean, pleasant apartment to enjoy your time in Barcelona. - We had a pleasant stay at this property. the host was very welcoming and even though we had arrived a few hours early, they did an early check-in so we could start visiting the beautiful city of Barcelona right away. We sure will happily go back again. some essential kitchen items such as cooking oil, salt and pepper would be a good addition, but all in all it was no problem since there's a grocery shop right nextdoor.
• Ines (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was perfect and clean , enough towels for our stay , coffee pods etc.. they also put air con on before we arrived to the apartment to feel fresh , also we got lucky enough to have an early check in and a late check out it free of charge !! The communication was smooth and check in also Would defo come back

• Gábor (9/5): Superb - Spacious, modern, clean apartment on the 1st floor. Well-equiped kitchen. Good public transport connections. There's a nice shop next to the building. Streamlined online check-in process. They sent me a link to fill a form with the guests' data and our arrival and departure.

• Violina (10/5): Absolutely recommendable! - Everything was perfect! The kitchen stove was not working very well.
• Peter (7/5): Reasonably priced accommodation near Metro - Affordable location in safe, fairly quiet district near to Metro line. Fairly generous in terms of space with all the basic equipment - fridge, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher. Next to a grocery shop which is handy. Stairs are polished black marble which can be difficult to see well, but there is a lift. Checking in system was slightly complicated and a bit demanding in terms of info required and short notice. Slightly tired decor but clean.

• Vicki (5/5): Street front door problems - We had big problems with the street front door, the code would not work and we had to wake a resident who unlocked the door from the inside. On the second occasion we had our key and it took quite a bit of trying to use the key and doorcode in combination.Late at night this is really annoying! The problem was that someone was locking it from the inside. Also the appartment is a bit far from the centre to be convenient.
