• VALERIE (1/5): - L'emplacement est top Délabré, punaises de lit, humide, douche qui fuit, le logement n'était pas prêt à notre arrivée, très bruyant.

• Bethany (1/5): - Location was good and property was clean It was so noisy, we barely got any sleep, was really intimidating when next door were shouting and chanting, single paned windows meant we heard every thing outside, security was sent about the neighbours but nothing changed.
• Rita Fernández (10/5): - Excelente ubicación, pleno Soho, Barrio Chino a la vuelta de la esquina, frente a los mejores teatros y cerca de todo. El departamento tiene todo lo necesario, sobre todo si preferis comer en casa y luego salir a bares próximos. El host fue muy atento y respondió todas las dudas al instante, estoy muy agradecida. Sin dudas recomiendo. No hay mesa ni ropero, pero no fue inconveniente.

• Raphael (7/5): Location Location Location - lift - Location, cleanliness , amenities, privacy, and attentive staff and they even helped me with an hour extension. There were a few things that were dated and some items may need fixing but nothing that was a red line. At the end of the day, it was great location, very easily assessable and with a lift, that help me a lot.

• Jessica (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE. Bed bugs. Disgusting. - The location was excellent. There were bedbugs throughout the property. The walls were covered with dead bugs smeared with other people’s blood (from previous guest). There was makeup smeared on the walls. The carpets on the stairs and hallway were filthy, stained and disgusting. The windows don’t open so the space got very hot and smelly. The foldout bed/couch was old and stained. My children and I are covered in bed bug bites from our stay. The management did nothing to help with the bugs. An unbelievably disappointing experience. Do not stay here.

• Pete (1/5): DO NOT STAY HERE! - Location Bed bugs. Rat in the apartment. Burn marks above the wall plug. Rusty/dirty towels. Tap hanging off in bathroom. Floor boards slide as to small for the room. Only stayed 1 of the 2 nights booked. Trying to get refund for the 2nd night. It’s been a month and they are refusing to answer any email so now taking legal action.

However no closeness to the centre would be worth what I went through in this property Mice and the bedbugs crawling around the bed. My son getting sick and no help from the owner or booking.com. Having to leave at 1am in the morning when the mice started coming out and the bed bugs biting my son. Awful. And I was stranded and left at risk

• Hannah (1/5): BED BUG RIDDEN - DO NOT BOOK!! - Prime location in Picadilli. BED BUGS INFESTED around the whole room which we didnt notice until the evening when we were lying on sofa with the bed bugs crawling all over us!!!! DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! We have placed a complaint after we tried until 330am in the morning to find another accommodation. Nobody had any!! The owners of the place have ignored our complaints and have cancelled our stay to say that we never turned up. Which is an absolute lie!!
• Johanna (1/5): Absolutely unacceptable. - PLEASE BE CAREFUL! BED BUGS EVERYWHERE! Absolutely unacceptable. The apartment was in an extremely dirty and neglected condition upon arrival. Most alarming was a clear bed bug infestation, making the property completely uninhabitable and posing a serious health risk. We had no choice but to leave immediately and book alternative accommodation at our own expense, as staying even one night was impossible. This caused significant stress, additional costs, and disrupted our trip. This accommodation should not be offered on Booking.com in its current state. We strongly warn future guests against booking this property.

• Anna (1/5): Appalled - BED BUGS on bed and sofa. Contacted management but have heard nothing from them. Had to find somewhere else to stay. State of the furniture and hallways was very poor. Stained and falling apart.

• Julia (1/5): Never ever again! - MICE! There were mice in the apartment. I reported it twice, but nothing was done. The first time, after reporting it, I was assured that it would be taken care of, but the next day, another mouse appeared. Unfortunately, the mice destroyed my Karl Lagerfeld bag and its contents. I've been waiting for an invoice for over a month, and the owner hasn't responded to booking.com calls or emails.
• Mark (4/5): Excellent location but below standard accommodation. - Location was great. Bathroom smelt like a sewer, no window or extraction fan,shower head leaking and sink tap hanging off. Curtain rails broken. No smoke alarm, wires cut flush with ceiling . Bedside lamp broken. Plug socket burnt out. Bin broken. Floor breaking up. Minimal plug sockets and kitchen kettle, toaster and microwave stacked on the draining board with the only socket over the sink/hob. Floor breaking up. 2 very small towels. Clearly nobody takes any pride in their property and just doesn’t care as long as they get their money! Reported problems on our first day but nothing was done!
• Daniela (5/5): Zum Glück waren wir nur zum Schlafen da! - Top Lage!! Wir waren zu dritt und sind in einem Bett geschlafen, weil das Bettzeug für die Couch dreckig war. Im Badezimmer läuft das Wasser aus allen Richtungen aus. Es gibt einen sehr dreckigen Eindruck.
• Bijoux (7/5): Emplacement parfait et appartement convenable avec un très bon rapport qualité prix mais les moyens de communication son - L’emplacement était juste incroyable on peut faire pleins de choses à pieds et c’est bien desservie par les transports également Les problèmes de porte vraiment infernale et nous n’étions pas les seules à avoir ce problème nous avons rencontré d’autre clients avec un problème de porte lié à la serrure. Je trouve également que l’assistance est longue en cas de problème on ne peut pas forcément appeler l’établissement tout fonctionne par message mais dans des situations d’urgence un appel téléphonique serait le plus approprié. Je trouve également dommage que nous ayons les informations pour le check in uniquement à partir de l’heure du Check in alors que la majorité envoie les informations la veille.

• Sarah (1/5): - Di buono solo la posizione centralissima, il resto tutto da dimenticare. Il check in e il check out consistevano nel mettere una chiave sotto uno zerbino sbriciolato, binari di tenda rotti, divano letto rotto, lenzuola strappate, un solo tavolino 10x10 da appoggio, lo spazio vitale per una famiglia di 4 persone era davvero angusto, piano cottura praticamente inutilizzabile, generi alimentari messi a disposizione in confezioni già aperte, così come shampoo e bagnoschiuma in flaconi da supermercato, la doccia passabile. Mai visto un host, solo contattati per messaggio. Ultima giornata riceviamo l'avviso quasi minatorio che se non avessimo rispettato l'orario di check out ci avrebbero applicato un sovrapprezzo del 25%, 50% o prezzo intero, in base al ritardo. Siamo abituati a viaggiare ed adattarci ma questo è stato senza dubbio il peggiore alloggio in cui siamo stati. Chiamarlo appartamento è un eufemismo.

Management doesn’t respond to customer calls or texts during stay. We were 4 persons and there was 1 bed and sofa bed. I texted for another blanket for sofa bed but nobody responded.

• Javier (4/5): Deja mucho que desear - El precio, la ubicación No se abren las ventanas. El aire acondicionado está conectado al techo y cuando lleva mucho rato encendido se calienta el techo y da muchísimo calor y es muy complicado dormir . Lo de dejar las llaves debajo del felpudo me parece muy mal . El sofá cama se desmontaba la parte de abajo. Y alguna cosa más.
• Stankus Kenna (8/5): Perfect location in central london - The apartment is located right in the center of piccadilly. You opened the front door and you right in front of the apollo theatre. Amazing location for getting to everywhere London. The room is small, but it's perfect for two adults two children. Within walking distance of Travalga square , big ben and millennium wheel. There was a tesco's ten minutes from the apartment so we could prepare our breakfast before leaving for the day. You are in Soho, home to wonderful restaurants and shops.

• Mubeen (9/5): Superb - The hotel management sent building entry instructions before my arrival date and also agreed to extend my check out time on special request. We had a new born baby with us so there was a lift provided which was very helpful. The room was comfortable and we had a very pleasant stay and bonus is the location. I highly recommend if you want to explore london in 2 nights like we did. Very happy 😀

• Rebecca (1/5): Absolutely shocking do not stay - Absolutely nothing could not stay here DO NOT BOOK , went in a half and hour befor check in to drop bags as instructed place was a mess , gave it the benefit of the doubt with it not being check in time came back 3 hours later , place was the same no bed close dirty bed clothes in the Corner , stains on the walls couch pillows everywhere overflowing bin , had it booked for 2 nights couldn’t even stay for a half an hour and I’m not picky but not even clean bed clothes to dress the bed to make it half liveable to sum it up it looked like I had just walked into a apartment that was after being robbed , and after all this and sending on all the pictures I DIDNT EVEN GET A REFUND , host has ignored and ignored me
• Fiona (7/5): It was a good location as long as you don’t want to spend any relaxing time in your room - It had a central location Lack of storage , no hangers to hang clothes or drawers so had to keep in suitcase , very noisy at night . No mirror to use hairdryer etc only a bathroom mirror , no lamp as the plug was broken , fire alarm beeped in foyer all through our stay despite reporting on the first day
