• Mihaela (10/5): Recomand cu încredere! - Am avut o ședere excelentă în Sofia! Apartamentul a fost impecabil — curat, confortabil și amenajat cu bun gust. M-am simțit ca acasă din primul moment. Locația este perfectă, aproape de tot ce ai nevoie, dar în același timp liniștită. Un mare plus pentru toate facilitățile oferite. Gazda a fost extraordinară — foarte prietenoasă, atentă și mereu disponibilă pentru orice întrebare. Check-in-ul a fost simplu și rapid. Recomand cu mare drag această cazare și cu siguranță aș reveni! -

• Zuzanna (7/5): - Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz, łatwo było się z nim skontaktować i instrukcję były jasne. Mieszkanie jest naprawdę duże, łatwo zmieści duże grupy i jest w świetnej lokalizacji Niestety w mieszkaniu łatwo można było znaleźć karaczany, pojawiały się w kuchni i czasem też w sypialni, co przyprawiało o lekki dyskomfort

• Alessia (8/5): - Ottima posizione, è possibile raggiungere una delle strade principali in 15 minuti. Tutte le attrazioni turistiche si trovano a circa 20-30 minuti a piedi dall'abitazione. Perfetta per gruppi numerosi, io e i miei amici ci siamo trovati molto bene. I bagni sono due ma la doccia utilizzabile è solo una, il che ha reso le cose un pò complicate per un gruppo di 9 persone. Il problema è che la doccia nel secondo bagno non ha un piatto ma è integrata nel mezzo della stanza, quindi lavandosi si rischia di allagare anche l'ingresso.
• Marco (10/5): Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno, la casa era in una posizione strategica per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni della - Struttura eccellente, enorme e comodissima, nonostante eravamo dieci persone ognuno aveva il suo spazio e la sua privacy, inoltre era caldissima nonostante le temperature di Sofia Nulla, tutto ottimo

• Cinta (10/5): Perfecto👍💕 - La ubicación del apartamento es excelente, muy cerca de todo y perfecta para disfrutar de Sofía caminando. La comunicación con el anfitrión ha sido siempre rápida, amable y eficiente, algo que valoramos muchísimo. La estancia ha sido muy agradable y sin duda recomendamos este alojamiento. Gracias por la hospitalidad y la buena atención. La entrada de la escalera le falta un poco de mantenimiento, pero no implica nada con el apartamento

• sandra (10/5): Notre hôte est ultra disponible er bienveillant. Répond aux interrogations très vite et c’est réellement un atout . - L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville car se situe en centre mais à l’abris du bruit. L’appartement est spacieux et idéal pour passer des soirées conviviales Le stationnement des véhicules est vraiment le point noir dans cette ville. L’appartement est dans une impasse où le stationnement est impossible puis à proximité il y a différentes zones qui ne sont pas évidentes à utiliser pour un étranger ( attention aux mises en fourrière qui sont systématiques) Sinon parking d’hôtels privés où le prix n’est pas négligeable environ 15 euros la nuit.

• zvika (7/5): הציון הגבוה בבוקינג לא משקף את המציאות שפגשנו, לא היתה לנו החוויה לה ציפינו . - הדירה גדולה מאוד הבניין ישן ומוזנח, המיקום של הבניין צדדי ולא נעים. הדירה גדולה מאוד אבל הריהוט ישן ולא נעים. הסלון גדול אבל אי אפשר לשבת שם כי הספות מלוכלות ולא נעים שם.

• Metin (10/5): - Stefan, the apartment owner, was very attentive. He answered all my questions quickly. Check-in was smooth and easy. He helped with parking. The apartment was clean. It was quite large. It had all the amenities. Thank you. There is nothing I don't like.
• Bajanaru (8/5): OK to spend a night - Lots of room for our group of 8. Could fit more people. A good sized kitchen with an electric kettle. A large dining room. Furniture not new, but in good condition. No smoking allowed in the apartment. But there is a a terrace on the building stairway that I suppose can be used for smoking. I don't smoke, so I can't attest to this. The second shower was strange. Basically showering between the sink and the toilet. The bunk beds were quite squeaky. The owner asked for our details a few details before we arrived and was very adamant to receive them otherwise they wouldn't provide the check in details. He only provided them after receiving the details for 5/8 guests. It's actually the first time I encounter this issue. They also kept asking when we'll be arriving and leaving. At times, the conversation felt a bit intrusive.
