Dopo aver fatto 900km e vedermi ripetutamente oggetto di supercazzole varie circa l'invio dei codici di accesso per il check in, solo in tarda serata, ed a Booking, perchè a me hanno attaccato il telefono in faccia e NON risposto a nessun messaggio, hanno ammesso di aver venduto il soggiorno senza averlo disponibile (probabile overbooking, o semplice incapacità, frequentissima tra questi nuovi imprenditori da luna park).

• sazzan hassan (7/5): Good location but couldn’t sleep well - The location was excellent very easy to travel anywhere in Milan Washing Machine and iron were useful. Never used any kitchen equipment We were disappointed with our stay. There was no Wi-Fi for the entire duration, even though we repeatedly asked for it to be fixed. This was especially inconvenient as we were traveling with special needs children who rely on internet access. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, making loud creaking noises with every movement and preventing proper rest. On arrival, we found no clean duvet or cover, and no access to the A/C control. We ended up covering ourselves with towels and shivering from the cold all night. Although a duvet was eventually provided after we requested it, this should have been prepared before our arrival. To make matters worse, construction work started right outside the window at 7:00 AM most morning, adding significant noise and making it impossible to sleep in. Overall, the lack of basic amenities, uncomfortable sleeping arrangements, and constant noise meant our stay was far from the relaxing experience we expected.
• Fily (2/5): Je ne recommande pas. Grande arnaque sur plusieurs points ! - Le seul point positif est l’emplacement du logement. À l’arrivée, un groupe était déjà sur place. L’hôte a envoyé nos éléments de Check-In à un autre groupe. Nous avons dû appeler l’hôte pour comprendre pourquoi d’autres personnes avaient pu réserver le même logement que nous, au même moment. Finalement, il avoue s’être trompé et avoir envoyé tout nos accès à ce même groupe. Sécurité à revoir, d’autres personnes avaient donc accès à notre logement car ils avaient le code d’entrée de la porte. Sans oublier que ces personnes ont utilisés les lits ainsi que les serviettes qui étaient sur place. Question d’hygiène, on est à un niveau très médiocre. Supplément la WIFI n’était pas présente durant tout le séjour. Bien que j’ai fait la remarque à l’hôte, il s’est montré arrogant et méprisant. Nous devions avoir un retour du fournisseur WIFI via l’hôte, vous vous doutez bien que nous l’avons jamais eu. Résultat, on a payé un logement avec WIFI pour pas en avoir. Ni télé, ni rien, tout ça avec des enfants. J’ai fait une réclamation chez Booking, je devrais avoir un retour.

The bed sheet especially the one that we used for sofa bed wasn’t clean. The coffee machine wasn’t work.The bathroom need to fix some thing in the wall every single time fall dawn and we have to stick it to the wall.

Ława tylko kanapa w salonie ale dzieci mogą na niej spać Kompletny brak jakichkolwiek garnków. Jeśli będziecie sztućców szukać to są w ukrytej szufladzie u góry. Jest kuchenka mikrofalowa i piekarnik. Bardzo bardzo słaby kontakt z gospodarzem przed zameldowaniem.

• Alcérreca (7/5): Bonito lugar PERO NO HAY WI-FI aunque se anuncie así - La ubicación y que el departamento se ve muy nuevo o renovado. Se anuncia con servicio de wi-fi, factor de decisión de elección y estando ahí lo niegan, pese a que desde la entrada al lugar hay indicaciones sobre la conexión a la red y si se detecta en los equipos, pero no se conecta. Al contactar al anfitrión, este poco amable menciona que no hay red, que la publicación es errónea y no hay forma de que resuelva. Es irónico porque hasta Smart tv hay pero es inservible obviamente. Pero fue más molesta la actitud de quien atendió remotamente. También tiene pocos utensilios en cocina, sin vasos, tazas o cubiertos suficientes para la capacidad de huéspedes y la tetera está sucia/poco confiable.

• gopal (1/5): Very unprofessional. - I don’t have a chance to experience about property because no one showed up for provide me the code. I had a very bad experience with the propert because I already notify them to check in late and asked to provided the code to self check in no response from host I call them thousand time no response. I have stay in street like 3 hours with my family which is worse. At least I find another hostel to stay for night. I never trust this property.

Und fehlte ein Polsterüberzug und ein Deckenüberzug. So musste einer ohne Polster schlafen und zwei haben sich mit Badetücher zugedeckt. Obwohl wir es sofort beanstandet haben, kam keine Abhilfe.

TV e Wi-Fi finti - La zona centrale, purtroppo a causa dei lavori di rifacimento dei marciapiedi, alle 7:00 di mattina attaccavano i martelli pneumatici:(( Magari potevano farlo presente prima della prenotazione! Soggiorno estremamente deludente e pieno di disservizi. Già due giorni prima dell’arrivo mi è stato comunicato in modo minaccioso che non sarei potuta entrare nell'appartamento se non avessi pagato le tasse di soggiorno online, senza possibilità di pagamento alternativo o in contanti. [10:56, 30.8.2025] : giusto per informarla, finché la tassa di soggiorno non verrà pagata lei non riceverà le istruzioni per accedere all'appartamento in quanto non saremo autorizzati a mandarle le istruzioni [10:57, 30.8.2025] : finché non pagherà le tasse di soggiorno non riceverà le informazioni per accedere. Se domani si presenta davanti al palazzo dell'appartamento senza aver pagato le tasse di soggiorno aspetterà fuori! Quando ho chiesto di moderare i toni, la risposta è stata: “i toni non capisco come faccia a capirlo senza sentire la nostra voce, sarà una sensitiva” (Ahahaha, Beata ignoranza!) All'arrivo, l’aria condizionata era spenta (l’appartamento era una vera fornace; risposta "per motivi di consumi non possiamo far trovare l'aria condizionata accesa". La TV non funzionava, il Wi-Fi era assente, mancava il doccino in doccia. Le risposte dell’host sono state oltre che irrispettose, non professionali, con frasi come: “non siamo tecnici informatici… non possiamo farci niente” “non è compito nostro risolvere problemi con il provider” Alla richiesta di soluzioni concrete, l’host ha rifiutato qualsiasi intervento e ha continuato a rispondere in maniera sprezzante. La TV e Internet sono rimasti inutilizzabili per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Il doccino è stato sistemato (senza rispettare la mia privacy) L’host ha dimostrato imperizia, totale mancanza di rispetto verso gli ospiti e completa incapacità di garantire i servizi venduti, causandomi disagi e compromettendo il mio lavoro, per l'intera durata del soggiorno. Consiglio: non prenotate qui se non volete essere insultatati, minacciati e truffati!

Il personale è professionale e gentile, pronto per rendere il soggiorno il più gradevole possibile. Sono dovuto ripartire all'alba e la persona alla reception si è assicurata che io ricevessi la colazione da portar via con tutto ciò che ho richiesto. L'ho apprezzato molto. Cosa non è piaciuto · La stanza singola da evitare. Il prezzo pagato non era poi così basso, comparato con altri hotel che avevo visto su booking. Però davvero, lo spazio a disposizione è veramente minimo e la foto che ho visto sul sito della stanza singola, non corrisponde con ciò che ho trovato. Magari esiste un'altra stanza singola corrispondente alla foto, non saprei. Sicuramente non la trovo consona per passare più di 1 notte.
• Luigi (3/5): Non consigliato!!! - Unicamente la posizione L’appartamento era molto sporco, ma non solo se parliamo di pulizia ordinaria, ad esempio le bocchette del raffrescamento centralizzato ed anche delle ventole aspirazione bagni erano colpe di polvere, polvere che è lì da tempo. Mio figlio ha avuto occhio arrossato per 3 giorni. Inoltre erano a vista tutta la parte impiantistica del bagno. Le botole erano fissate con il nastro adesivo. Molto pericoloso per i bambini!!!!

Very improfesional staff, No wifi at all, first I complained they said today is Sunday it's holiday، cmon ia this reason , they said will fix tomorrow and same next day also did not fix, so I had to buy data for whole family, There were 4 TV remote and non of working, so no TV, AC was centrally controller no remote for AC, very small shower, can't shower easily. Specially staff or organizer on what's app was very rude, they say go make complained, they dont care for customer, very bad and rude attitude, they dont know how to talk to customer....I would never recommend this property....waste of money and time......I would rate it 0 shit. Everything special staff or owner or organizer Awefull

• julie (7/5): Bien - Bon emplacement appartement spacieux et lumineux disposant d'une machine à laver avec de quoi faire 1 machine en cadeau et d'une cuisine équipée d'un lave vaisselle four plaque pour cuisiner il possède aussi deux WC pratique pour une famille avec des savons offerts il y avait assez de lit pour 3 adultes et 2 enfants Appartement suffisant pour notre séjour Pdt notre séjour nous avons regrette de na pas avoir le wifi malgré nos messages de relance aux propriétaires...du coup pas de télé non plus ... équipement de cuisine plus que sommaire pas assez de verre pour 5 pas de couteaux pour cuisiner pas de torchon pas d éponge rien....le.chek in un peu compliqué avec plusieurs codes qui ne fonctionnent pas mais vite corrigé ouf ! Une des chambres mériterait de rideaux plus occultant..le canapé lit a bien vécu...

The stuffing of the pillows had degraded to crumbly lumps and there was no linen in some of them. • Patel (1/5): Horrible stay - Nothing Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended We booked two apartments for one night for 9 people. From the start, the experience was poor. We requested an early check-in (even by just 1–2 hours), but they refused — check-in was strictly at 3 PM. The one-bedroom apartment had a large mold patch in the bathroom, and the two-bedroom unit had a broken AC and exposed bathroom pipes. We reported the AC issue, but they said no one could fix it that night, so all 9 of us had to squeeze into the one-bedroom unit They offered no on-site support and no compensation, It felt like they didn’t care about our comfort or safety. Avoid this place. Definitely not worth the trouble

Reported and Contacted the property owner to come and fix it for us but ended up NO ACTION AT ALL. Not worth of stay and Very disappointed!!

We were able to store our luggage at the front desk after checkout for 5 euros per bag which was nice. Wifi didn’t work the entire time we were there and didn’t get resolved. • Henry (5/5): Handy place with kitchen and washing machine but not a comfortable stay. - Great location near 2 metro lines and plenty of shops. Good facilities and great to have a washing machine. but provided the bare minimum for those facilities. For example, there’s a kitchen but only one cleaning pod for the dishwasher so good luck wash items multiple times and same thing for the washing machine. The bathroom sink was also broken on arrival with water not going down. Oh and the drying rack was broken. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Understandable it’s a sofa bed so it’s not meant to be super comfortable but having springs digging into your back isn’t great. There was no internet. I messaged the owner who wasn’t very helpful about it.
• Defne (2/5): We were in Milan for a short period of time but I can say geniunely that staying here was probably the worst part. The f - Location is good. The apartment is not comfortable at all, there are wardrobes in the entrance but no lighting so you have difficult time putting your clothes and packing. There is not even a real bed just a sofabed, I can tell the owner doesn’t care much about this property as they didn’t think much about the comfort of guests while furnishing it. There is air conditioner but it was not working when we first entered the flat and we had difficulty reaching out to someone in charge. We had to buy new battery from the market ourselves. There is a fully furnished kitchen but not a kettle or coffee machine which again doesn’t really make sense.

After they told us that they cleaned ,we saw that everywhere was dirty. There were not enough blankets for everyone. Not hot water. Not heater at apartment . Even The host threated us to charge our card because we requested late check out because of late check in. It was the worst experience ever. Dont waste your money to reserve this apartment

• Ahmet (7/5): location very good but accomodation poor - just Location sofa and bad was same, so difficult to open / close sofa and prepare bad. also enough space abt 50 squarmeters to put bad and sofa separately. it was kitchen but no one any matterials for to cooking even eggs no pan. before arriveI requested 2 more pillow but they reject so when I arrived I found 2 pillows without case. also whatsupp record as attached they advise me “next time book another apartment more bigger” when I ask them not more pillows request reosons. this is not customer satisfaction.

• Puay (7/5): good location but medicore facilities - good location. convenience store, buses n metro nearby. (coffee n tea wud be welcoming) power trip when using more than one cooking appliance (host notified) larger cooking pots preferred f family stay. 1 n half bath, not 2 baths hinge of shower door need repair (host notified).
• Yvonne (9/5): Very happy, with our stay - Location, modern, clean Initially, it was hard to get in the from door. But that was all.
• Agnieszka (9/5): Superb - Great location, near to Duomo, and the metrostations and supermarket. The place is spacious and well equiped. Check in is online, and you receive a code to door.

• Pickering (5/5): Great! - Whole apartment close to the Duomo in Milan. struggled to access the apartment and took a whole for a new code to be sent. VERY cold at night with air con off and struggled to work the heating. Found rubbish from last occupants.

• Artur (1/5): Uncomfortable apartment and unasist staff - Nothing, the apartment wery dirty and uncomfortable I was cheched in at 19:00 but the apartment didnt ready yet, it was ready at 22:00 🙈. Sumtimes turned off the electricity and in the bathroom didnt work hand shower drain, Staff not assisting any questions, only write his rules,
• Thria (8/5): Speady responded - The location is near the metro station. There is a nearby grocery. Walking to duomo took a 13 min. The use of electricity is affected by use of many appliances on the same time. The AC and plugs aren't working on the last night.
• Roberto (4/5): Not a nice experience. - Location was 1km from the center. The landlord was not nice. When asked about who will allow us in the apartment; he was rude as he simply replied that this is not a hotel. When we arrive there was no basic necessities like toilet paper nor soap in the bathroom. Unfortunately we arrived late at night and didn’t have the time to buy those things. Ok top of this, the landlord was rude and the locking system is a pain in the neck. Fortunately, I had roaming otherwise you would not be able to enter the apartment, which was difficult and very confusing in the first place. Finally the entrance to the place is intimidating and not very nice nor clean. To make matters worse, there is a mayor construction right infront of the entrance and made our experience even worse off. I would only recommend this place if you have no other alternative or of your only requirement is proximity to the city center.

• Ahmed (7/5): Good - The property is good. The staff were too cold to reply to me. I have to text all the number to have a reply and i wanted to have an iron and he replied to me " i will bring it to you tomorrow if i can" and they weren't friendly at all
• Yousif (7/5): Good - Nothing special 1. The picture show different then reality 2. Difficultly in the check in and finding the room and room facilities. 3. Left was too small ( MAX 2 pax) 4. Clean and not tidy. 5. Not acceptable for family with kids and stroller.
