Guest Reviews
- Raul (10/5): Would recommend to everyone - Great stay in Milan. Amazing host, sparking clean property with all the necessary amenities. Authentic Italian stay close the Duomo di Milano. Can't wait to be back soon! She was also very responsive and she helped me with everything she could. Thank you so much again! :)
- Marlen (8/5): Good location - The location is really good. Great restaurants around the area, good night life y shopping. The space is just enough for 2, the fan doesn't work and the ventilation is limited. Just a warning message and not fault if the property our car was parked in the street and during the night someone broke into it and stole all the screens and valuable dashboard items, we were lucky we could still drive it, so better pay for a private parking.
- Kavulu (8/5): Very good - I LIKED THE LOCATION, CLEANLI ESS AND PRICING.
- Lina (7/5): Pleasant and easy - We booked the studio on very short notice, "choosing" out of a few options for our budget. Thankfully, there were no bad surprises - the property is the way you'd expect it to be from all the info and photos. The bathroom is of an appropriate size, the sink has enough space around it. The studio is clean, with all the necessary facilities. It is 20 minutes away by bus from the Central Station (approximately the same time to other attractions), in a lovely neighbourhood. There is a restaurant, and a park with a fountain right next to it. The check-in was easy, you'll be sent a video with the instructions. The building itself is nice: you'll need to take 2 elevators to go upstairs, and you'll probably cherish each time because they're charming and kinda authentic. Having a kitchen came in handy: we were able to cook our own breakfasts and start the days with no hustle. It is small, however, not pressuring because it is designed conveniently (the way the doors open, the light colours, etc.). Still, there isn't much space to move - it is OK for 2 people but 3 would be a lil too tight although I believe the bed would have enough space to accommodate all. You wouldn't be able to stay there with a baby in a stroller - the elevators are too small. You wouldn't enjoy it if you needed extra facilities or luxury either. The biggest downside is the absence of an AC (although it probably also wouldn't make sense given the size and location). There is a fan but the ceilings are so high it doesn't do much. The nights are bearable with the windows open but then mosquitoes become a problem. Additionally, you can only reach the property manager by phone (whether via WhatsApp or regular call), so in case of emergencies you won't have someone close by.
