• YAN (2/5): Pessima - La pulizia della casa è stata pessima. Nel frigorifero c’erano acqua e capelli, le stoviglie in cucina erano tutte macchiate d’acqua e nel lavello c’erano segni gialli. Anche il divano presentava macchie sporche. In bagno il rubinetto aveva solo acqua bollente o ghiacciata, impossibile regolare la temperatura, e la tenda della doccia emanava un odore sgradevole. Rapporto qualità-prezzo estremamente basso: a parte la posizione comoda, non c’è nulla di positivo. Da ristrutturare prima di continuare a ospitare.

• Monika (9/5): - Świetna lokalizacja, stacja metra i przystanki autobusowe 3 min. Blisko dobry supermarket. Łatwe wskazówki odbioru kluczy. Apartament czysty i bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Brak klimatyzacji. Są tylko wiatraki.

• Jaap (6/5): Good location, clean and complete; but the apartment doesn't make you feel welcome. - Good location, close to metro. All appliances you'd expect are there (including coffee cups for the nespresso machine). Very helpful YouTube video which makes it easy to find the lockbox and the apartment. - Every room has a card with 'rules' on it, containing at least one threat that they will have to respond to, quote: 'wrong behaviour', with a fine. For example, it is common sense not to throw in random garbage in the toilet. You'd think that sticker with just 'please only flush toilet paper' would have been enough. The amount of rules and threats left over the appartment made it feel very unwelcoming and awkward to use anything. Don't rent out your apartment If you distrust your guests so badly. - After booking, we found out that a creditcard is required (to complete check-in/ tourist tax). It wasn't a problem for us, but it might be good to add this to the listing. - Tourist tax is relatively high. It might be nice to mention that too to avoid surprises.
• Sean (7/5): Nice place but could be improved - Property was clean, modern and close to transport shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly. There is a fee of €25 euros to have linen on the sofa bed if there is 2 or less traveler’s meaning my friend had to sleep on the sofa bed with no bed sheets as we are 2 men and didn’t want to share a double bed
• David (8/5): Great space with all you need for a short stay in Milan - Host was very responsive and fixed the only issue we had very quickly.Cooking facilities were great. Was a little cold, but we did not use the heaters. A small blanket would be nice for when on the couch watching TV ^^
• Dolores (10/5): Great stay - Close to the station, facilities, great instructions how to get to the apartment, great mattresses. Parking near is about 23€ a day, or a little bit further from the apartment is cheaper.

• Iza (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location right next to metro station and bus stops, nearby many parking spaces. Apartment very well equipped, exceptionally helpful owner. Super easy check-in and check-out procedure.
